Everyone at Dr. Eastmans TWO offices is focused on the patient. It is a well-run practice in which each employee has a job to guide the patient through what are often multi-step, multi-appointment procedures. They are very sensitive to any anxiety a patient may be feeling and every person, from the front desk to Dr. Eastman himself, as well as his daughter, Dr. Craighead, will spend as much time with you as you need them to alleviate your anxiety and answer questions. They really made things easy with the coordination with my dentist and with insurance company as well. This is a top-notch place with caring professionals.

I haven’t been to Doctor Eastm@n in years however when I called in for an appointment not only was I given an appointment within a couple of weeks, they still had my records from my previous appointments. Everyone was so pleasant and explained every procedure. Alicia, Dr Eastman’s assistant was wonderful in explaining every step she preformed.When Dr Eastman came into the examine room it was like I had I had just been there last month. He has previously worked on all of our family, myself, our two daughters and continually worked on my husband. He is so knowledgeable and so honest about your dental needs that you immediately feel comfortable and cared for. He is highly thought of by all members of my family and truly a caring and likable person.My visit turned out well and I felt reassured about my dental concerns and treatment. Thanks Dr. Eastman!

This was my first ever oral surgery and I was most impressed with the service. I was picked up from my car in a wheel chair, got into the surgery chair and immediately staff began getting me ready for the surgery. Dr. or staff told me everything they were doing. I felt no pain and was back home within 3 hours. I have had no pain since I got home. Slept like a log for about 4 hours after I got home. Nurse from office called shortly thereafter to see how I was doing. I am amazed. Would recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.

Everyone is in this office is absolutely amazing! My son who is 12, was nervous to go but they made him feel so comfortable and welcoming. They answered every question and made him feel at ease. After his procedure they called every day for 4 days to make sure he was ok, they even sent him flowers! They went above abs beyond! I wish there was more stars to rate them because they deserve it! I have a very debilitating fear of dentists.This fear comes from one major bad experience and several recent and some would say minor bad experiences. I was referred to Eastman Periodontics by another periodontics office who I recommend as well. The entire staff is sincerely all about the patients comfort.At no point in my treatments and procedures did I feel that they weren’t taking my apprehension seriously. They were compassionate, professional , and comforting. I even called on a Sunday morning about a concern and Dr Craighead responded within 10 minutes ! Who in the medical community does that ?? Dr Craighead does !!!. I highly recommend this office . Both Mr and Mrs Craighead are wonderful.

I just completed the first part of a complex periodontal surgery with Dr. Lindsay Eastman. I am pleased to say that given the amount of work he had to do, I had a wonderful experience. I was well prepared for the surgery, his office staff, was extremely helpful, and Dr. Eastman himself could not have been kinder and gentler with me. I was made comfortable throughout the surgery and I felt no pain. I was sent home with clear instructions on wound care, medications, and anything else I might conceivably need. Dr. Eastman called me himself later in the evening to check with me that all was well. Much to my surprise, I was also sent a surprise gift of a floral arrangement. I do not see how anyone could do things better than Dr. Eastman and his staff.

I have recently had periodontic surgery with Dr. Lindsey Eastman. The whole experience was professional and excellently performed. The staff was excellent as well. A full explanation and evaluation with various options was given prior to scheduling the surgery with all questions patiently answered. The surgery was performed carefully and with minimal discomfort during and after. Post operative follow-up was helpful and just as carefully given. I was very satisfied with the experience and outcome.

My 17 year old son had a major surgery this morning at Dr Eastman’s practice (Dr Justin did the work), major bone and gum graft across the entire upper arch and partly lower arch from both sides. Major work. His nurse Shelly, who is a total rockstar, said to me that Dr Justin is a master, I can see why. The local anesthesia is worn off by now and my son is happily playing video games with his brother and has ZERO pain and only mild swelling (I know it will potentially worsen in the next 48 hours). I just want to give a shout out to Doctor’s Lindsay/Justin/Christie and their team for their impeccable clinical work as well as the superior organization of their entire business.

My general dentist referred me to Dr Lindsay Eastman for an evaluation of two teeth with rescission. I was given a comprehensive examination of my entire teeth and gums and the muscle areas below the gums. Many x-rays were included and shared with me. Dr Eastman was extremely through and very detailed in his explanation of what he found and in his explanation for what needed to be done to correct the problem. He was very easy to talk to and made the entire experience relaxing. His staff was super to deal with also. This is a long process for me based upon a challenging need for an implant. I am perhaps 75% complete and the care and concern has been impeccable. Staff is consistently kind and efficient and the medical care highly professional. I feel very safe.

I interviewed several periodontists....each recommending pin hole or a flap procedure.Fortunately, Dr. Eastman had several options for different areas of my mouth. Eastmans practice includes two other periodontists, with a diversity of tools to address multiple procedures. Also, a saliva test was administered to see if antibiotics were necessary to resolve possible gingivitis progression.I truly appreciate his explanation of needs and l will proceed with his plan.
