I was a walk in a few months ago and was fortunate to meet Liz.Liz is very talented and gave me a wonderful short haircut. I explained what I was looking for and within minutes Liz searched her phone and showed me a few pix and made sure of what I wanted.It came out beautiful! My friends, family, neighbors and people I dont know are constantly complimenting the new do!The salon is clean, the young ladies are friendly and professional. It was also fun to pick out a free product because I recommended a friend and will continue to recommend Liz to anyone who asks where I got the fabulous haircut!

Every single time I make an appointment with Che Bella I am more than satisfied with my choice. Every staff member is kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. My hairstylist, Mary always does a phenomenal job of providing me with the services I request and positive feedback. Aveeda products are so amazing I leave the salon after a color treatment with my hair being healthier than when I went in. The service was phenomenal!! I went it for a first time Brazilian wax as I’m 34 weeks pregnant and so tired of shaving and I was not disappointed! I will go to an Aveda salon for a hair cut. Stylists are trained to give a good cut. Always professional. Aveda salons. Aveda will always meet or exceed your expectations.

Very nice salon for men and women. I was tired of going to fast-food-chop-shops for inconsistent cuts. I found this salon and now have a true gentlemans modern cut. (Thank you Liz!) The owners are also really awesome and treat their customers well.

Probably one of my favorite salons by far! The staff is always super friendly. I always see Miss Amy when I go, she is very skilled and always does exactly what I want. Very reasonably priced for the high quality skill sets. Totally worth it!

After relocating from another state, I was very anxious in selecting a salon, especially since I have an unusual platinum hair color. The new owners were very reassuring and linked me to an exceptional stylist, Mary, who did a fabulous job for this very nervous and picky customer. Then after the salon went to Aveda, they again worked with me to find the same coloring and I was extremely pleased. The salon is clean, professional, and welcoming. The owners are new to the salon but have brought with them a varied background, which has brought the salon to a higher level. Would definitely recommend them.

I got my hair cut and highlighted. I asked for an ash blonde and got a golden red. My cut was suppose to have long layers and it looks more like my 5 year old was cutting my hair. I guess I expected way more from an Avada salon. Will not be returning.

What a great find! I recently moved from Fort Worth, TX . My office is in LWR . I had the pleasure of speaking with Van, one of the owners, who was more than helpful placing me with the perfect stylist for my needs. He was 100% spot on.. Upon entering I was greeted by Jamie and Amber. They were so warm and welcoming. The salon/spa is beautifullly appointed and provides a very relaxing atmosphere: Now I must write how fantastic Jamie is. She was a traveling instructor for Aveda prior to coming here. She took time to discuss options in a friendly, patient manner. She is just as sweet as pie. Quite the professional, her technique is suberb, her joy contagious. When I walked in my hair was a disaster. After Jamie’s magic talent, my hair looks great and is perfect for a “hair challenged” person like me! Amber is also quite well versed in massage and took time to talk with me about specific types of treatments. I’m looking forward to seeing her soon. I have already made my appointment with Jamie for next month. Kudos Che Bella🙌. I’ve found a new home!

Worst salon I have been to in my life! They pretty much completely ruined my hair. They stuck me with a new stylist. I had spoke with the front desk and actually asked them for someone experienced since I have red hair and was nervous about going to a new salon to begin with. She had no idea what she was doing! but I expected so much more going to an Aveda salon. I spent over $200 for basically 10 highlights that started halfway down my hair in the worst yellow blonde that I have seen when I asked for a more platinum blonde to begin with in an ombre or full highlights style. Either would have worked for me and the worst haircut Ive ever had. I went back to try and have them fix it to just have her cut my hair even worse than before. I was supposed to have color done with a senior stylist after I called back for my next appointment after the first stylist ruined my hair again on the second cut. but I canceled that appointment because I was too nervous to go back to the salon at all At this point. Needless to say I would go to probably any other salon around town. Ive heard good things about other ones after I shared my experience with some of my friends at work. Too bad it was too late and I wasted about $230 to have the worst experience of my life at a hair salon especially an accredited one like an Aveda salon :((

I am from Chicago, I came here in 2012 under different Management. It was ok then. Not the best, agree with other reviews. Came back in 2014 and new management, sales friendly, though I am not sure the stylist are up on current trends in color or cuts.

Great place and everyone is so nice

Very bad experience, first time going there. I went to touch up color in my roots and blow dry. the lady that did my color was Jessica. I have gone to other Aveda salons and I always get a great wash and massage on my head. This was just a wash and I asked her to please wash my hair twice because I did not feel she washed all the color out. She washed twice and that was it.. Then when she started blow drying my hair she was just drying with the blower, used a small round brush at times and used a square brush. The small part of my hair that she tried to blow dry was all frizzy. She kept telling me that I needed to flat iron my hair. Of course because she does not know how to blow dry... very upset I had to pay 65 dollars for a touch up to my roots. Left with my hair wet, had to go to another salon to get my hair blow dried. The lady in the front did not even offer any discount since I was leaving with my hair wet... very upset and disappointed.
