Just had a massage with Cami today. She is wonderful! She was very thorough and extremely professional. I strongly recommend her for a management position with Massage Envy. The front office ladies are very sweet and provide great customer service. My only issue is the high turnover with the masseuses and the aestheticians. Strong and effective leadership is the key to employee satisfaction and retention. Thanks Cami! I scheduled another appointment with you next month!

I am only choosing one star because that is the lowest I can rate. I only gave my business because I was given a gift card to them.I will start with that I have been dealing with Massage Envy for about a year now. The therapists that I have dealt with have been wonderful! I dont want that to go without saying.*disclaimer* I should have read the fine print. But, I started my membership, not knowing it was a year long contract, in September 2016. (I still think companies should make that known to their members) When I went to cancel in Dec 2016, the lady told me there is a contract BUT that I can suspend my membership for six months then it will reactivate and I will have to pay one month before I can suspend it again until the end of my contract.This is not true. After the six months, I went in to suspend my membership again. Then I find out that this has prolonged my membership for 6 more months and I cannot resuspend for another year! This was not what I was told. At this time I was dealing with a different manager than before. (Apparently the former manager wasnt doing anything right)So, were at June 2017 now. The new manager said she will do me a kind, and let me cancel right away with no additional charges. It is Sept 2017 now and I have been charged monthly charges for July, August and September. I am so frustrated with this place and I never leave bad reviews.I went to discuss of the matter tonight, on a Friday at 8:27pm because I could not contact them during the day to find that they closed early.I needed to get this off my chest. Better luck tomorrow.

I have had many wonderful experiences at massage envy in Bozeman. The front desk gals are always friendly and helpful. I have experienced multiple massage therapist and have been very satisfied with most of them. Very welcoming and helpful environment and a great place for a massage.

I was concerned that a chain massage therapy place was going to be a let down, but this place and the membership program are AMAZING. I seriously appreciate the ladies up front. They are understanding of my work schedule (veterinary technician) and that occasionally I can get caught in surgery for an unknown amount of time, they take care of me and make sure I get a spot on the schedule. The courtesy calls are helpful and thats just customer service! I see Heather and she is the full package. She listens to you about what kind of massage you want and totally customizes your experience. I will be a long standing customer and I recommend Heather to all of my friends!

I recently went to the Massage Envy here in Bozeman. I had heard about it from my sister that lives in Seattle and she said she loves Massage Envy. I was excited that one opened here and I have to tell you I loved my massage. I actually splurged and received a facial as well, I thought why not for the price. I left there feeling like a new person and that night I slept like a baby. I highly recommend trying Massage Envy. I joined their program without even thinking twice. I was also pleased with how friendly the staff was since I asked what seemed like a million question. Im already looking forward to my next visit!!

Horrible service, I have been asking them to cancel my membership as I am going through medical issues and yet they want proof. I have asked them to refund me and they are all very rude. I should not have to prove anything to them as I joined willingly and every other place you are allowed to cancel at anytime if you need to. Poor poor customer service and horrible management

Drove an hour and a half from gardiner MT to fill out paperwork in person. Was 6pm when I arrived and store was closed even google and your office posted hours said you were open to 10 pm today. What?!

Extremely disapointed. I have been a member since you opened in Bozeman. Stood by when you closed for a month. I have called 3 times this month to get a massage giving you 3 to 4 days notice. Yet you are always booked. You clearly take my money every month. Yet I cant seem to get a massage.I would not recommeded you to my friends at all! You either need to hire more people or quit selling menberships.When my year is up I will not renew.
