I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lotus. I am so grateful to the wonderful members of this team. My husband and I both have begun counseling at Lotus and have recommended it to numerous friends.They have created a modernized process for pairing their clients with the right therapists and I fervently wish it was an industry standard. You start with an orientation meeting with the companys founder, who then pairs you with a counselor based on your needs.They also go to great lengths to work with your insurance so you dont have to which again, is vastly different from the standard experience nationwide. That type of care is a great representation of Lotus as a whole, as financing is what keeps so many people from getting the mental health help they need.Thank you Lotus!

I went here for a a few months for some mental health therapy.My therapist Megan was great.Owners Jeffery & Jennifer are awful & money hungry. I have aggressive pushy messages trying to take my money after the flex pay card I had on file through my fathers insurance was out of money and I was not aware for multiple appointments. One I had missed due to being very sick unable to get up out of bed.They are now withholding my mental health information my doctors are asking for so I cant get the right treatment & medication I need until they receive payment.They havent benefited my mental health but have made me more stressed & depressed because Im unable to pay them out of my pocket. I am stuck with no treatment because they feel so entitled to push me for my money I dont have right now & hold my mental health records.please dont give them your money or time if you need help. I really do not recommend. Im sure somewhere else out there will benefit you so much more.

I went through a really hard time when my father died. The only way I made it through was with the help I received from my caring and supportive counselor at Lotus Counseling. 5++ stars.

Jeff was a fantastic resource and a tremendous help. I was apprehensive about therapy at first but he made the process very easy! I look forward to our sessions.

Amazing counseling center....have recommended them to my friends and family. Everyone is so great to work with, they truly care!

This is a wonderful counseling center, they made me feel incredibly comfortable and were easy to work with. You can tell they really care about their clients.

Please make sure you are seeing an actual licensed counselor. I will not make this life altering mistake again. It pays to do research and get personal referrals for a counselor.
