We were visiting the Bozeman area but I was way overdue for a haircut. Aveda Salons and stylists have always been a safe bet for me while traveling. Becky was fantastic! Very personable and easy to talk to. I have curly hair but wear it straight a lot too. I have had many stylists not know how to cut my hair before but she understood and did exactly what I asked for. She made me wish we were staying in the area just to come back. Thanks Becky for making my hair look and feel amazing again!

Becky did an awesome job, so gave a higher rating. However, felt that it was WAY overpriced for the service I received. Was charged $85 for a simple wash, cut, and dry. Am used to paying around $40-50 in other establishments Ive used for the same service/quality. If you are planning on going here, Id ask the price before you get a haircut. I certainly had a sticker shock.

As a first time client I am extremely pleased with the end result of my haircut. Deana gave me exactly what I asked for. In my experience its not common to get exactly what you envision, as far as hair goes. I already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend Moxie. 🙂

All stylists are lovely, helpful and responsive. I’ve seen a few different hair dressers here and they’ve all been just amazing. My favorite spot in town to get my hair done!! Also, short wait time for most appointment. They tend to run on schedule which is wonderful!!

As usual, the staff was friendly and professional and the haircut great. I have difficult thick hair and they always know how to tame/ cut it. Plus I love all their enviro conscious Aveda products.

I googled, salons in Bozeman before I came to visit my daughter, Moxie had high reviews so I thought why not give them a try. Deana cut my hair EXACTLY like I was looking for, she did an amazing job. Her front desk staff was friendly and helpful and her shop was clean and relaxing. I will be back on my next trip to Montana!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Moxie. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted so warmly you feel as though its a place you can call home. The staff is incredible and has such a great energy, you can tell that its more of a family then just another salon/business. A couple weeks ago I received a blow out and deep conditioning treatment from Megan and couldnt of had a better experience. I had never had a blow out before so I wasnt sure what to expect, however Megan made sure to walk me through what I could anticipate, as well as explain each product she was using which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE. Six out of five stars for this salon - hands down. I would highly recommend to anyone and look forward to returning again soon!

Super adorable salon! Loved the intimate setting of all the separate rooms, given that it used to be a home. Was given a phenomenal blow out by Megan. She even included a complementary scalp massage and moisturizing hair treatment. I still can’t believe I got all of that for the price I paid. Such an awesome deal! Would definitely go back!

Highly recommend this salon! First time for me and couldn’t be happier with Deana, my stylist and owner of the business. They are doing a great job practicing safe procedures in this time of Covid-19.

YIKES!! So overpriced. I went in for a consultation for a perm, and the moment I walked in, it smelled expensive. After the 5 min consultation that consisted of questions that I could’ve answered on the phone, I was told that a perm would be $120, with an added fee of $45 for a “conditioning treatment and cut”. No thank you. My normal rate at my old salon was $90 including a cut, and she always did a fantastic job! I’m sure the services are great, but the outrageous prices made me walk.

Megan always gives a nice haircut and Moxie is a comfortable environment.

Great service. Owner usually on-site and very involved. No extra fees for taking care of my beard. Very accommodating. Ive been going there for a little over 2 years. No plans to change.

I have been coloring my hair professionally for thirty years, experiencing great successes and pitiful failures in the attempt to look my best. On Memorial weekend, this year,on a glorious Saturday afternoon, Deana, the owner of Moxie, spent two and a half hours with me hand walking me through a corrective color process. She was amazing with her knowledge, her experience, and her passion about hair. I felt totally understood and heard...better than a therapist for sure!! My hair turned out beautiful and I am committed to Moxie Salon and to Deanas care.A week earlier I had a Body Polish with Aveda Products that totally rocked!! Moxie is a true Salon Experience.

I would not have known about Moxie had it not been for my local Doctors recommendation. Im happy to say I called and was all that my Dr had said it would be. My appt was with Esthetician Taylor. My eyebrows needed special attention. Taylor made me feel very comfortable she was gentle with the end result A Happy Me. Ive seen her several times a great job everytime. Shes sweet too 😊. I recommended Taylor. Cool place, If you love Aveda products they have a nice selection. Price is right too.
