There are a lot of old reviews on here, so I wanted to leave a more recent one based on my experience with contacting this office. I have not had the appointment yet for my son and I hope to update this review at a later date.This office was recommended by my OB. I called towards the end of my pregnancy about the circumcision process (my first son had his done in the hospital by my OB group pre-COVID). Someone did call me back to explain the process. I called once he was born and had a referral sent over from his pediatrician. I left a message and received a call back from Stephanie the same day who took his information and scheduled him an appt.A lot of the reviews say that they don’t receive a call back, so I wanted to share my recent experiences.My only complaint so far, is how far out they’re scheduling circumcision appts. My son was born 9/18/21 and doesn’t have his consult until 11/1/21. The procedure will then be a few weeks after that. I wish they were more sensitive to these situations and scheduled these babies significantly sooner. So, if you’re in this situation, be prepared for how far out they’re scheduling.**Again, I hope to provide another review based on our visit and procedure in the coming weeks.**

When you go to the best and only one of a couple Pediatric urologists in the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches, you expect to wait - And its worth it! Once you see Dr Flack in pre-op you realize he is completely and entirely focused on your child! Id have no other urologist work on my baby twins! Though they could use help with the logistics of appointments and phone calls, who gives a S*** about that when they do indeed take care of your children as if they are their own. And if its a real issue, keep calling until you get the practice administrator and let her know your frustration. She went many extra miles to make sure our babies were taken care of!!

Impossible to get ahold of anyone. No one ever answers the phone. Took forever to get a appointment and had my sons procedure set. Got a call 10 days before the procedure and was told the doctors are going on vacation and they would have to schedule it for the following year. Even though it had been booked a month prior. Which meant I would have to pay my deductible TWICE. And they acted like it was no big deal to have to pay it twice. I had to beg and plead to finally get a appointment that day. The procedure went ok, but the staff sucks! Just so glad it’s over with and there’s no reason to go back.

Dr Flack is amazing doctor but his office staff is the absolute worse!!! My daughter has been a patient of his for 7 years. And its always a nightmare getting a hold of anyone. She needed refills on her meds (takes 4) I called everyday for a WEEK (sometimes 2 times a day) DO YOU THINK ANYONE WOULD CALL YOU BACK?!!! Today I finally blew up and threatened to go in the office and cause holy hell if I didnt get a call back! Thats when they call you back!! I cant wait to see the doctor..Im going to give him a piece of my mind and hopeful he fire all of them!!!!!!!

Clean and child friendly environment, quick service with prior appointment, reccomend Dr Flack. Very friendly and assuring pediatric urologist!

Dr. Flack is a very great doctor tells you how the procedure is going to go step-by-step, he did my sons circumcision three years ago i’ll do it all over again if I have another son.

Insurance Crooks!!!! I was referred to a Childrens Urologist last year for my son. We went and paid our Co-pay and after hours of waiting received his exam. I was told to follow up in a year. We followed up early this year, a year later and another routine exam was done. Months later received a bill in the mail for $500+ for our portion of the bill and some collection calls. When I spoke to the billing department they said I was responsible for this amount and insurance paid their portion already. Nothing was done to justify this amount. So not only do they charge you a co-pay, bill your insurance but then expect you to pay them the balance they want to charge that is over the contracted rate with your insurance. I will be searching for another office and they can take me to collections.

Dr Flack did an amazing job with my sons surgery and fixed it perfectly, that you cant even tell what procedure my son had.Dr Flack is very direct, which can be a little off-putting, but is very knowledgeable and knew how to correct my sons uncommon condition. I felt comfortable allowing Dr Flack to perform the surgery.I feel like maybe it was a little much that we spent on the surgery and co-pay, I thought our insurance was going to cover more of the out-of-pocket costs. I would have paid any amount for my son to be healthy and have his problem taken care of now rather than later, when there could have been complications.

Dr. Flack is an excellent doctor! His demeanor is confident and he is thorough in explaining which made me feel very comfortable having my son circumcised by him. He was personable as well which helped me relax (first time mom here!) Also, very friendly and professional office staff and one of the nurses helped calm my crying baby down, helped change and dress him and put him in his car seat which she did not have to do at all- it was sooooooo nice! Each visit our wait time was short and the office is very inviting and clean. The room where my son was circumcised was super nice, organized, clean, professional. Im sooo relieved and happy that we had Dr. Flack do this procedure!!

They took really good care of my son but I had to deduct one star because it took us over a month of trying to get in touch with someone to get an itemized bill. Nobody answers the phone. However, the medical care provided was top notch. Front Desk staff does not know how to pull a simple bill from their system. Time to hire smarter Front Desk staff!

After almost two hours waiting in the waiting room we walked out.Way over book and dont care how long we wait as a result!Terrible office, stay away. Drive, if you have to! Itll be better service.Money Mill Warning. Quantity NOT Quality!!

I am very disappointment with the new patient coordinator. But I think its also the common problem with their office. I am have been calling since last week to make an appointment for my child but so far I have not been able to talk to anybody. I left several messages and I only received 1 call back which I missed because I was in a meeting. I tried other option in their telephone menu to reach to someone but no luck with that. So far every department I called I only got an answering machine. I just went to google to see the reviews and everybody complaint about the same issue. if you dont want patients then close your practice. they are disgrace

Dr. Flack and Dr. K are geniuses in their specialty. They saved my 3 month old from losing his kidney and went above and beyond in taking care of him before it was too late. The staff up front is not the greatest or friendliest, except for Ashley and Chela who are always very helpful to me. However, Im forever grateful for these incredible surgeons; their unbelievable skills and knowledge in what they do and how they do. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

My sons circumcision went superb!

Never will I go to them ever! I will drive two hours to another doctor if I had to. Their main office is okay but talk about their office in Port St. Lucie, it’s the size of a shoe box. When I arrived the 8x6 sq ft waiting room was packed with crying babies, kids and their parents. How does that not violate fire safety?? I had to wait outside in the hallway. Also when I called concerned about my son the nurse would just ask us to send pictures of my sons private parts and never got a response back!

Dr. Flack saved our baby. My son was born with a blockage causing fluid to build up in his kidneys, we met with Dr. Flack from the time I was pregnant and knew of this condition my son would have. He answered every question and was very straight forward with us. After my son was born he saw Dr. Flack and had surgery to correct the problem at 5 weeks old. It was a very scary thing to go through as a new mom however Dr. Flack did an amazing job my baby is okay as he was in very good hands. The cost of his services are pricey but what Doctors office isnt. My sons well being and health have no price tag. Best Urologist hands down I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Flack is great. The surgery he did on my son was successful. He made my son (4 years old) feel comfortable and my son was smiling while headed to the OR. Very happy with Dr Flack and his staff.

Absolutely horrible! The office in West Boca is a joke! Completely unprofessional and total liars. Every appointment the office called to reschedule, last appointment they call 3 times to reschedule for 2 months from now because the doctor will be away that day. As soon as I said I want my records and we wont be coming back, the doctor is all of a sudden not going away and I can keep my appointment, this is happening within a minute on the same phone call. The story repeats the next day. Make up your mind people, or stop lying! Fast forward to appointments - its at least 1.5-2 hour wait each time, to see the doctor for 2 minutes, who has never heard of bedside manner.Do yourself a favor - find another doctor!

Honestly, gratuitous. We had Dr Nikki, her and her team of nurses were absolutely amazing!!! As I am a stay at home mom and my son has never been out of my eyesight or care, I was crying my eyes out due to anxiety. He got the procedure done at 6-7 weeks old. It was done within 10 min. When they brought him out, he wasnt even crying... Like I was lol. I hope this is helpful for all of you that have worries. And cant judge a medical practice from the people taking appointments, I too was pushed to a different day and time. Be thankful you even get an appointment, go to any dr office and its like that... I know all too well. Be concerned on the procedure, Drs and the nurses. This place is great.🙏🏽💕

Called 5 times to set up an appointment for my 6 month old son. No answer all 5 times.

Dr. Niki is great, Dr. Flacks office is like everyone says overly busy. Office staff not helpful at all. I have been here for more then one child, next time I will pay out of pocket to not deal with the insurance nightmare in that place, every time i go there is a problem on their end with insurance, i get referal they need authorization, i get authorization they have to reschedule.

Love Dr. Flack, he saved my babys life. You might have to wait in his office but if you want to save you child then bring a magazine and snacks. He is the only Pediatric Urologist from Ft Pierce to Miami so he is very busy.

Dr Nikki is great, she always take the time to explain everything. Customer service unfortunately most of the time is terrible

Great doctor and thats what matter but office is rude! Got a phone call threatening to put an account in collections over $11.00 charge. Seriously?! I just paid for surgery for my son!!! It would had been nicer to contact us first.

My son is nine months... We were asked to go into a room after measurements were taken the nurse asked me to strip him down to his pampers... an hour later they completely forgot about us left us in this cold room no one bothered to follow up. So irresponsible!

They are working on your money only ,too bad let thinking about MD....they just want more and more.....money from babies!!! _

They are money grubbers. Worst experience ever. Brought my son to appointment to see one Dr. and they wanted me to see someone else. I paid then was asked to do a follow in 2 days. I asked about copay again and spoke to off mgr shayla & was told I didnt have to pay it. I would get a call by 1pm if anything changed. My sons appmt was at 3pm. I got a call at 3:08pm. I was in the lobby of the Dr. Office imagine my frustration i live 40 miles away pissed b/c now theres a copay and lab work and test. They dont communicate and staff is a joke.

This place was a god send! The doctor and the nurse practitioner were amazing as were the nurses. Kind of expensive but totally worth it!!

Communication in this office sucks. These people never answer the phone and never call you back. Ridiculous.

This doctor overcharges. Would not see my son unless I paid up front and in full over $800 for a single visit. Receptionist was also very nasty.
