Dr. Tackey and his staff took care of my guy and lets just say that when your guy sleeps better, so do you. Dr. Tackey is extremely well educated and also kind and caring, which is so important when the problem is difficult to solve. And, he has the nicest staff! Thanks!!

The office staff and Dr are AMAZING!!! We needed to get surgical clearance within a VERY short amount of time and they were so helpful and accommodating with appointments and phone calls. Will definitely be using them from now on.

Dr Tackeys a great listener and had helped me get me breathing better. When I first went to him I was on so many medications. Now, Im on one and I could not have dinner it without his help and guidance. Any time I have a question or need anything his team is there. Thank you Dr. Tackey!

Sometimes you have to check the dr/staff out for yourself. My mom had apt. today and we felt Dr.Tackey was a true professional. He accomplished more in our 1st apt than the previous pulmonary dr. Rhonda and Bree were extremely competent. I hope if my mom doesnt listen to Dr. he would be stern. She needs help and we are confident Dr.Tackey will do everything he can. I have been seeing Dr Tackey for over 3 years and cannot speak more highly of him, his medical talent and care. For a few emergencies that I had Bree got me in for an immediate appointment and have never been treated poorly in the office.

So unprofessional. The admin stuff is rude, they never get back to you and they also lie. This doctor wants to feel important and ask for referrals when my insurance does not require it. There are plenty of great doctors out there that will take you right away.No wonder why all the reviews about this doctor are horrible. I had no choice at the hospital but to take him, otherwise he would never be my choice.HORRIBLE, DONT CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR.

Dr. Tackey is a very rude and short doctor, which I could have overlooked but his staff is severely unorganized and messy. I scheduled a PFT two weeks in advance and they call me the day before at 430 in the afternoon to tell me they haven’t gotten the referral from my primary care and I should go pick it up. I have a job and can’t just leave. I asked them why they didn’t tell me sooner so that I could contact my doctor but was given a short “sorry”. I was forced to reschedule again for another two weeks but I desperately need help/answers about my breathing problem. They weren’t apologetic, they don’t care. It’s been a month since I first saw Dr. Tackey and I still have no answers. My advice is to see someone else! There are plenty in the area and they might actually deserve your business.

This office is a disgrace. The culture is terrible. Do not place your health in the hands of this practice. Please, read the reviews and if I have to talk the front desk, ask to talk to someone other than BRIE, she is rude and condescending. BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE!

My name is Cathy Swan. I am sitting in the parking lot of Dr Tackey’s office upset at how I was just treated. One year ago I was tested for sleep apnea and at the same time was diagnosted with cancer. I explained to him why I did not follow up Abe replied that’s no excuse. He said I was neglectful, said You gained 10 pounds and what does that have to do with your cancer. At this point I felt this man has no reguard for my health on breathing. He stood up, opened the door and told me to leave. Dr Tackey, I have never seen such a open display of rudeness, arrogance, disrespect towards me by anyone but coming from your profession as a doctor. You sir need Jesus. I will be praying for you...

Was admitted via ER for SEVERE respiratory infection. At one point I was soo sick, I was ready to give up. But Dr Tachey attitude, care, smile just gave me confidence to hang in there and not give up. Due to his great care I am making my way back. He was only one of 3 drs that did my care. The other drs spoke very highly of him.

I have NEVER in my life dealt with such an incompentent office. Brie who answers the phones for appointments is an absolute disgrace. I have never in my life had to fight to be seen by a medical proffessional. I have explained and my insurance explained I DO NOT REQUIRE A REFERRAL OR AUTHORIZATION to be seen. The ignorance and condesending attitude of this woman was unacceptable. I am embarrassed for anyone who has ever dealt with her. Her response after speaking to my insurance company was I will see if the doctor will take it but I doubt it. Really? Thats your response. YOU ARE A JOKE. Makes sense to me now why this is the ONLY pulmonology office within a 50 mile radius that has almost immediate availabilty. WHAT A JOKE. I gave one star because I had no choice and absolutley love love love that it indicates I hated it.

Came here without a referral, the admin staff is nice and Ive been here a few times. The doctor took a lot of time himself personally to sit with me and help me figure out what was going on.
