I get chronic your infections and came across my worst one in four years and after seeing a local DO that just looked at my ear and diagnosed me with an infection, I ended up getting referred by my boss to Dr. Brodners office to see Jules.Jules saved my life, my ears and a lot of time I may have missed from work. Jules performed a well needed culture and identified that I in fact had a fungal infection and a perforated eardrum. They got me right in on the same day and each time that I had pain I was able to go back in for Maintenence during a three week treatment period of medication. Jules is extremely kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I honestly have no idea what I would have done if I didnt find her. She is such a gem, bed side manner of a saint. Seriously. It sucks to find out that youre not being treated properly and in contact horrific pain, but to know someone that truly cares and knows your pain is truly comforting. My boss comes here for sleeping problems and I know theyve helped him a lot as well.I cant say enough good about this office. So glad I found them.

I have been a few times in Dr Brodners office and I was very happy with the way I was treated. Everybody was nice and friendly. The office is very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Sent an email and web request for an appointment three days ago and never heard back neither by phone or email. Called now and I get a recording sstating their business hours and lunch hours (lunch ends at 1:30pm) and telling me to call between regular business hours. I did, its Friday at 2:03PM. They have an option to reach an operator if youre a doctor or patient with an emergency, so I dialed it, and hung up after 4 min waiting for someone to pick up. Thats unfortunate, I was looking forward to an appointment with this doctor, but I take this as a sign that I shouldnt go there.Update: whether its 1PM or 1:30 that you end lunch is irrelevant, I might have misremembered the exact time. The fact remains I called at 2:03PM during regular hours, got your answering service, and the only option to speak to someone was offered by the recording to doctors or patients with an emergency. Everyone else was told by the recording to call during regular business hours. I was a rebel and dialed 0 and still nobody answered.Its curious that every negative review is countered by oh maybe you got the wrong office - its never you guys. Even though I did call the number you gave me. Which is the number on your website. This doctor either needs to shake things up in his office, or retire if this is how he runs things.I would much rather have received a sincere oops, we messed up, how can we make it better? Than a you clearly must have the wrong office, dolt. This arrogance TRULY convinces me that I should NEVER step foot in this office. Thats how theyd probably react if you had an adverse reaction, or an issue with their surgeries you must have had it done in an alleyway, cause that defininitely wasnt us!!!Take some responsibility!!! Best of the Best MDs and Staff - They know their stuff - Ive been going here at least 6 or 7 years since moving down to Boynton Beach, FL nine years ago. Dr. Brodner (ENT, Sleep Apnea), and Julie Moreno Falk (PA-C), plus the entire staff, are always professional and highly competent, giving the best and most up to date care, treating everyone with the utmost respect, kindness and compassion. Really cant say enough about how wonderful they are. I recommend them to all and any who need medical care in this field, knowing that their experience would be as positive and helpful, as mine has been throughout all these years.

I set up an appointment with this place, took the day off from work and was told I need a referral after they verified all my insurance info. They wouldnt even accept my other insurance. This place is a waste of time. Horrible people!

Great Job guys!Update: Poor follow-up 4 days before they got back to me after calling 2 times and when they did they had no clue did not even have the file with them nor did the Doctor review the data then after a conversation with the PA they got back to me with a suggestion that was based on a symptom I did not even have. Based on my experience this Doctor only cares if he can sell something stay away if you have a case that requires more than a salesman you should find a true a Doctor that has a concern about their patients health.

I had a very good experience with Dr Brodner. I had been sick for some time and he got my symptoms treated and got me the tests I needed. The Ballon Sinusplasty was a treatment option for me which I opted to get done. The surgery was done in office and I went home nearly 1.5 hrs later. The surgery went well and I had minimal discomfort. The next 5 days I experienced congestion and a continually runny nose. The staff at Dr Brodners office is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very good about answering the phone and returning messages. I am feeling much better and will seek treatment here for future ENT needs.

Dr. Brodner was excellent! I had an allergy issue and nasal congestion and the procedure he performed REALLY helped. I call it the clown balloon procedure - was great. Had my daughter do it too - she is super happy. In addition i actually had sleep apnea and had an operation with him and Ive been sleeping GREAT ever since. Very Happy

Nice staff but dr a little moody. Stuck a camera tube up my nose and my reaction I guess want appropriate. However u should warn someone before sticking camera up anything in anyone. Then never fixed my problem. Thank you girls for making my experience better

Not only did Dr. Brodner perform my sinuplasty procedure with excellent results, but he made me feel 1000 percent better! He is a caring and excellent individual and I am proud that I found him! Dr. Brodner completely wasted my time and left no doubt he felt the same way. He has the bedside manner of Doc Martin and/or Dr. Gregory House without the warmth. I suppose I can infer that he didnt see an underlying cause or disease for my symptoms but I think that is his job. He does have a lovely staff and offices.

Fast , efficient and courteous , the staff is a prelude to and a reflection of a premium medical operation. Though its rare to visit a doctor who is not quick to order tests at the drop of a hat (who owns at least a dozen hats) Brodner is clearly not about the money . He seems to treat people instead of diagnostic numbers . And when was the last time you had a physician actually culture for bacteria before prescribing antibiotics to treat infection ? Just got my ear wax build up cleaned by Dr.brodner for a second time. This Dr is amazing and he does the procedure in such a clean manner compared to other places that i have had this done. His staff is super friendly and i do not see the need to visit any other ENT, i just wish he worked with pediatrics as well cause my son has the same issues and Dr. Brodner doesnt do pediatrics. But i am grateful to go to a very clean office, with nice staff and a truly understanding and caring Doctor. Thanks Dr. Brodner😊

Great office

Im new to the state and needed a Dr. to order my sleep machine suppliesfrom as my old company diesnt ship to Florida. Just by conicidence, I happen to mention I had a cold, NOT WHY A CAME, before I knew it , Dr had swabbed my nose and started giving me directions about sinus infection possibility! I never get sinus infections and knew it was just a mild cold, on the mend! I was told I would be notifified by by company for equipement I need to order in a few days. Waited a week, then called office and they told me it should be soon. Waited another week, stillno call, so called Drs office AGAIN, and they said company never got my info and they will send it again. Now two weeks later and nothing! Also saw EOB from Medicare for office visit and they wrte billed for surgery and more!!!! Are you kidding me......No wonder our medical insurance has gone crazy! Do not go to this Dr. & wish I had read other reviews first.

Ill give you my honest feedback: Dr. Brodner is ok at best. He comes across as very arrogant and he also seems to be in a rush all the time. Heres an account of my whole experience since the day I sought help. I went in for my first appointment and got diagnosed with sleep apnea and a deviated septum. That was 3 months ago. I was told Ill be contacted in the next few days and Ill be sent a sleep monitoring machine. This alone took at least month to happen. And then I went in for my second appointment. I found out (from the results of the sleep monitoring machine) that my breathing stops as many as 45 times/hour. Next thing Im told is that Im supposed to go to a sleep study center. Fine! They called and was given an appointment one month later. They also said Ill be contacted a few days before the day of the appointment for confirmation, etc. NEVER HAPPENED. Called Brodners office one day ahead of the sleep study appointment to let them know that I havent been contacted yet; and I was shown no consideration whatsoever. It was as if I wasnt a patient! I then called the sleep study center and left a message. Finally, they called the very next day and left a message. Frankly, I didnt even take the call because I was already upset and frustrated. I later found out they had computer problems, and thats why they didnt call.Seriously, why the F*** do I have to wait 3 months to get what I need once Ive been diagnosed with sleep apnea? Give me a prescription for a cpap machine and mask and let me go home and have a good night sleep!!!

I went to see Dr. Brodner for a reoccurring issue with my throat. Upon arriving at his office I filled out the standard forms noting that one was all about sleep. When he came into my room and examined me Dr Brodner was insightful about my problem. He scoped me through my nose and told me that I have a deviated septum and that I have a nasal drip that might be causing my problem. He suggested a prescription for a nasal spray and did a swab to check for any issues. He then inquired about my sleep and completely focused the balance of my visit on sleep apnea and how poor sleep effects your life. He is a sleep apnea specialist! Im sure that he helps many people with sleep issues, however that is not why I visited him. I am still waiting on the results from my swab, its been 2 weeks!!

VERY, VERY UNHAPPY WITH DR BRODNER!!! My son had to have extensive sinus surgery and he was scheduled to have it done by two Dr. s in the operating room, Dr. David Brodner and Dr. Ira Stein. The surgery was even rescheduled to accommodate Dr. Brodners schedule. On the day of surgery we got there early, we saw Dr. Brodner there doing other surgeries and he was aware we were there although we did not talk to him (only visually saw him). Anyways, Dr. Brodner left my son in the surgicenter and took off. Dr. Stein (who is wonderful and I highly recommend) completed the surgery alone. The surgery was set us as a tag-team surgery because of the extent of the surgery. Dr. Brodner was called prior to surgery to see if and when he was going to come back however we were told he was seeing patients at his office and would not be returning. We were given the options to either reschedule (at this point my son had already been on IV fluids for over 2.5 hrs) or to just let Dr. Ira Stein continue and complete the entire surgery which he did. I cant tell you how not only unprofessional Dr. Brodner and his office were but what disregard he showed to my son (a minor child). Not only would I NOT recommend Dr. Brodner because of his lack of compassion and because of his disregard for patients. I would however highly recommend Dr. Ira Stein because he was wonderful (also an ENT). - I only gave him one star because that was the LOWEST I could give or he would have gotten none from me

To put this in a Nutshell, Dr. Brodner saved my life. I had been suffering for a long time with two major problems. I had a deviated septum and horribly clogged sinuses that left me unable to breathe through my nose. I literally lived my life, breathing through my mouth only. I couldnt taste food well, it made exercise more difficult, and I looked silly because I always had my mouth open a bit, so I could breathe.Making matters even worse, was that I was also a horrible snorer. My poor wife suffered countless sleepless nights, and I was putting serious stress on my heart and brain during the night, as my body struggled to get enough oxygen. The problem wasnt just my non-functioning nasal passages, but also my throat. As I would sleep, the fleshy part of my throat, and the back of my tongue would rattle and vibrate, blocking even the air coming through my mouth! It was a seriously dangerous condition, as you can imagine. I was tested for sleep apnea, and it turned out I was in a high risk category for life-threatening problems.I researched around our area (I live in Jupiter, FL) and asked at least 5 other doctors I knew around town and at my golf club, who was the best surgeon they knew for nasal / sinus procedures and also for sleep and snoring issues. Surprisingly, everyone recommended 1 doctor. David Brodner. Thank GOD they did.My first consultation set the tone for our entire relationship. I was literally treated like a VIP in their offices in Boynton Beach. Dr. Brodner took over an HOUR of his time with me, just explaining the procedures and tests we were going to do. I felt like I was his most important patient. He left no stone unturned, in determining the causes of my problems. We ran allergy tests, did a CT Scan, did exams with a tiny camera in my nasal passages, and more things I cant recall. Finally, Dr. Brodner determined that I needed Septoplasty, Turbinate reduction, and Uvuloplasty. All minimally invasive procedures.The procedures went off without a hitch. The Surgicenter was great (so were their staff), and Dr. Brodner immediately greeted me, explained what was happening, and then completed the procedure. While I was still under anesthesia, he took time to meet with my wife in the waiting room, and quickly put her mind at ease with the good news of how smoothly the procedure went. That meant a lot, because I think she was more nervous than I was.Dr. Brodner did a great job of setting my expectations for my recovery, and followed up with me DAILY, by personally calling me on the phone. I cant tell you what a relief it was, to have personal attention like that, every step of the way through my recovery. He also set an appointment with me 1 week after the surgery to check on my progress. Once again, his office staff was great, and the time and care he took to keep me up to speed on the process was just fantastic.Im thrilled to say that its 2 months after my operation with Dr. Brodner, and my life has totally changed. I can BREATHE through my nose! I cant believe it. What a relief. I no longer snore, even the slightest bit. My wife is so happy. I no longer have sleep apnea, either, so my body and heart are no longer in the high risk category.As I said at the beginning of this review, Dr. Brodner Saved my Life. He truly did, and Im a grateful patient who hopes that sharing this story of success will encourage others to trust him, as I did.

Very unprofessional and condescending, not understand of problems at all or a logical solution. Poor communications as Ive noticed in other reviews. Not a nice man and should not be a doctor dealing with any patients or human beings .
