My wife had good things to say about the doctors, however dealing with the billing dept is a nightmare. I continue to get bills from theses people after they’ve been paid in full. Zero accountability regarding their bookkeeping. Still getting harassed about a bill after being told all is fine on the acct

The worse experience I ever had with a physician. I was treated disrespectful and Dr Benegas rudely told me he was only a surgeon and that he couldnt treat me for my other symptoms. He Left me crying in a room not caring at all or at least referring me to a physician that could help me. I would never come back to this office. Everything is about $$$ Just terrible physician bed matters.

Incompetent staff!!! Made an appt, they changed it. Then days later on message we dont take your insurance!! Made sure ahead of time they took my insurance because I had called 12 different places that day. Incompetent!!!!

This group of gifted Doctors is without question the place you want to be.Id like to thank Dr. Stuken for the great job he did with my friend Kathy Pakradooni, her shoulder is doing great.As for Dr. Baluch I cant begin to thank that human mechanic for fixing my back and keeping me out of a wheelchair.The whole group you are the best.

Everyone here has been amazing. I first met with Dr. Shapiro who was very nice. He referred me to Dr.Stucken, and made sure I got an appointment right away. Dr. Stucken is very professional, polite, and you can tell he really loves his profession. Pam, his coordinator is beyond helpful and goes out of her way to make sure things are done right, she’s great!! I had my surgery on my shoulder yesterday and I’m excited for it to heal!! So happy I found them!!

This is what you should expect when coming to a specialist office. I had a nightmare experience with tons of billing issues at Spine and Orthopedic Center and when I came to this place it was night and day for the much better. The office staff is quick and on point and Dr Baluch takes the conservative approach and offers suggestions without being rushed.

The receptionist was very nice; after a short wait, I was first seen by a PA who asked me several questions, sent me for an Xray to determine my condition and prepare the doctor for his diagnosis. Dr. Luskin was very thorough in his examination and answered all my questions and concerns and administered a cortisone shot after explain in all the possible side effects. I felt confident that I was getting the best possible care. Will definitely recommend this practice to my friends.

I was called in within 5 minutes of signing in. Dr Stucken was great. He treated my injury. I was done in 30 minutes or less. I am very happy with my result, so far.

Dr. Grandic discussed alternative treatments for my arthritic knee. He explained each alternative giving the positive and negative consequences. We mutually agreed upon a treatment that meets my needs. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in knee surgery and I was left with confidence that I had chosen the correct surgeon.

Dr. Wang and his entire team were all outstanding -- I couldnt be happier with the results of my knee replacement.

Orthopaedic Surgery Associates has some of the best orthopaedic surgeons in Palm Beach County, including an on-site physical therapy clinic. They also have an orthopaedic spine specialist and an orthopaedic hand specialist, plus they are listed on all major workers compensation networks.

I was referred to Orthopaedic Surgery Associates and I saw Dr Elvis Grandic regarding knee issues. He preformed double knee replacements for me last April after waiting too long to address my situation. I was at the point I could barley stand. Now he has given me back my mobility again!! He is such professional and along with his wonderful assistant Diedra, I would refer them to anyone. I also saw an ankle specialist, Desiree Garzon who was so professional and informative for a future surgery. This office has many doctors for all areas. You wont be disappointed if you see any of them for their specialties. I refer them to anyone that asks.!!

The staff was great and I loved Dr Stucken. I would have given 5 stars if the Xray tech wasnt so rude.

Getting an appointment was very timely; Dr.Hepler followed through quickly with examination, MRI setup, and follow-up with epidural; Kanisha, his assistant, facilitated all procedures and paperwork; I was helped greatly!; great all around!

I have been a patient with Orthopathic Surgery Associates for years. My experience with the Associates have been better than very good. I will never forget Dr. Van Houten the 1st doctor I seen. I loved him. He retired 2x then a final. Dr. Stucken is a gem. I love him. Dr. Elvis Grandic, another gem. I love him. Dr. Grandic performed my tedious double knee replacement 5/2/16. I can truthfully say he did a great job. I am doing great. Thank you Orthopaethic Surgery Associates for having great competent Doctors.

Lost a day of work because these idiots decided to cancel my appointment without notice (supposedly left a voice mail) Looks like Doctor Luskin scheduled his vacation time and screwed his patients.

Doctors are ok but they double and triple book appointments and you wait for hours.
