A heartful thanks to the crew at Family Eye Care Professionals in Boynton Beach. Very compassionate workers. I went to my medical doctor yesterday and I was told to go immediately to an Ophthalmologist to have my eyes checked. After 3 1/2 hours calling doctors along with my insurance company who tried to help, I was told to be able to go to a doctor I had to be first diagnosed. Diagnosed as to the medical condition of my eyes.Out of frustration I called different eye clinics and no one could accommodate me that day. However when I called Family Eye Care Professionals I was told the next available appointment would be in 8 days. I explained my circumstances to Christa (receptionist), she was very understanding and caring. She immediately gave me an appointment for that day. Within two hours my eyes were being checked and tested. What a GREAT relief for me to know what was going on with my eyes.I cant thank them enough.FIVE STARS to the group for the outstanding job of being very Professional, Caring, Compassionate, and most important understanding...Judy Burns

Dr. George is kind and professional. His staff makes eye care a breeze. I was thrilled with how the staff sanitized everything before and after each person touched anything!

I think the people I met at my eye exam were very cordial and kind. This was my first visit since my eye doctor was booked up. I will not go with anyone else for my eye needs from here on out. They were at least 50% cheaper than what my eye doctor charges, and just as thorough as my eye doctor. Dr. George was great and she took her time with me. They were awesome! They are worth the trip!!!!!

It was easy to make an appointment and I was able to see Dr. Barbara George the next day. Ive been going to see her for 8 or 9 years and have been very happy with her . Shes a very nice person, and she takes her time to make sure you get the perfect prescription .

I went in twice, once for an exam and then for a follow-up to get my contacts.After the first visit, I got a survey in the mail asking me to rate them from 1-10 stars. For some reason, I chose five stars. I dont recall what motivated that rating. It may have just been that I felt it was an uninspiring, ordinary visit to a competent place, but nothing more.In other words, a five is not a one.When I went in to pick up my contacts, I was given a test pair that were accidentally mis-labeled left from right. So I was completely blurred out and blinded.I assumed it was an error until I walked into the doctors office and literally the first words out of her mouth were Do you mind if I ask why you only gave us five stars?Now Im wondering if they deliberately switched my lenses because they were upset about my rating.So this rating is the same as the last one - middle of the rating block - with one star subtracted because of the follow-up.

Dr. Barbara George is an excellent Optometrist and a wonderful doctor to deal with. She listens and takes care of all you needs. I would highly recommend her. I have been with her for years.

The staff is knowledgeable and patient. I made an appt for a contact lens exam and left with everything I needed to succeed.

Went for yearly eye exam. First time using them, as previously had used Target Optical. Very professional, thorough, and efficient. Im really happy with my glasses my wife and I received compared to our last experience at Target.

Love the optometrists. They are so caring. The opticians are so helpful with my glasses needs.

I was on my day off from work and decided to take care of all my personal business so I walked in to Boynton Eye Care but was told that they were fully booked and I would have to make an appointment. I told the the receptionist that I was on my day off and would not be able to come back anytime so and amazingly she squeezed me in. I was so happy.
