Dr. Madhav is great. He is very knowledgeable and will explain in detail to make sure you have a clear understanding. My experience was great with Dr. Madhav. On the downside the office part sucks. Every time I had a appointment I would be over charged for the office visit. I tried to explain to the receptionist that they were overcharging me she would not listen. She will quote you prices over the phone for procedures when you get to the office you were told another price. I have witnessed other clients go though the same thing. Nina is very unprofessional and does stop to listen to the patients. Keep in mind I was overcharged almost ($700). I am currently waiting for a refund on a procedure that I paid 25% for and canceled due to her poor customer service. Was told a price and she deducted out of the $700 that was owed to me. In which I communicated with her not to deduct the money from what I was owed. I would pay when I come in for my pre-op appointment (again she don’t listen). Dr. Madhav is a great doctor I would love to still be his patient but due to the unprofessionalism w/ the receptionist/billing I have decided to part ways. (This was a very tough decision because I finally found a great OB/GYN in South Florida and this happen).

Doesnt respect the appointment time instead prioritizing the old customer they have. Doesnt have a decency to close the door to discuss about a private personal information theyre asking. Would never recommend this place. I regret wasting my time coming on this office.. wasting my 2 hours time for nothing.

Dr. Madhav and his crew were incredibly amazing. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I could barely feel the pain after the procedure because he was so calm. Honestly he is the best doctor Ive ever had. I highly recommend him as your doctor 200%!!

Dr. Madhav and his staff are amazing. He is very diligent and thorough with his testing and your care. He was personable and cared about my life not only my pregnancy. I had to move out of state mid pregnancy and they have called to check on me to make sure the baby and I are still doing okay! He made sure I had everything taken care of before I left. I wish I could still be under his care because he truly cares about your well being over anything & that’s hard to find in a doctor!

He is an AMAZING doctor. Its hard to find a doctor that is extremely knowledgeable, and he always have his patients best interest in mind. Ive going to his office for about four years now, and I dont ever want to stop. He is a great human being with an amazing sense of humor and is very truthful. He always takes the time to educate his patients. Since Ive been going to his office, not once did I feel rushed (I ask thousands of questions) he always takes the time to answer everyone of my question and makes sure I understand exactly what he is staying. His staff are the best, they treat everyone with respect, dignity and more. Nina goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care of. Great office, amazing staff, and overall a great experience with every visit.

Very patience and knowledgeable Doctor. Though the waiting time is more, it kind of worked for my schedule of consulting him after office hours. C- Section for my baby boy was been great experience from Delivery to Recovery. Would highly recommend him. Office staff too is very co-operative and nice.

I delivered my baby boy last July with Dr Madhav and I couldn’t have had a better experience.Since the first appointments he was very kind, respectful, super professional and understanding. He was always opened to listen to my concerns or doubts and address them the best way. His staff is also very supportive, caring and friendly. I have complete confidence with Dr Madhav’s care, and he is always available. He didn’t disappoint us when my water broke middle of the night. I had a C-section and his long experience and practice made a difference. My incision is super low and is already almost invisible exceeding all my expectations. I wish I could tell you my entire experience but I am limited. Dr Madhav went above and beyond for me during my first pregnancy and even afterwards. I moved to Florida and I was not aware I was pregnant... so I didn’t have medical care immediately until I were about 3-4 months pregnant. I went to Dr. Madhav based on his google reviews because I did not have anyone else to recommend an OBGYN for me. That was the best decision I ever made. He immediately took care of me and made sure that all basis were covered and even made sure I was seeing a high risk doctor too for other medical reasons. His staff were always friendly and Naina is such a blessing in his practice. They answered all questions I had, and even made calls after pregnancy to make sure me and baby were well. I feel as if I am apart of their family. They are always understanding and friendly. I have given this doctor two chances at proving to me that his ridiculous wait time was worth it. It is not. After waiting 1.5 hours to get a depo shot, I was already skeptical. Then when he insists I get an ultra sound for fibrosis on Thursday at six pm. Then his moronic staff in their hood and ghetto doctors office in the bad part of Boynton beach, reached out to reschedule my appointment because they somehow forget he had to give a lecture at a university. How do you not know when your doctor is out of town?! Then when I fit their reschedule time they are insisting I take, they make me wait almost one hour to get an ultra sound and I left after one hour since I never saw a doctor. Do you know how hard it is to hold 48 ounces of water in your for an hour. It is actually painful. The worst experience ever. And then at the end of it his wife made it near impossible to find out what they were testing me for and she only informed me after I demanded my health information. Because she was too busy trying to persuade me to reschedule. This doctor also randomly tested my prostate without telling me, and no one likes a surprise finger up the butt.

I was very impressed with Dr. Madhav, he answered all of my questions.

I was scared of having a csection but after all of the nurses saying Dr. Madhav has the best patient recovery I got it done. I was walking the same night, he showed me a couple stretches to do after the surgery. The stretches reduced my pain from a 8 to a 2 within the matter or 20 minutes, without taking any narcotics. I am so glad I made the decision to complete the csection.

Prescribed ultrasounds every two to three weeks during my young wifes normal pregnancy.Owns or leases his own ultrasound machine.Keeps my wife waiting every appt up to an hour past appt time with full bladder for ultrasound.Office manager (his wife?) says she cant give us a copy of my wifes medical records. (Later conceded that she would print for $1 per page.)Took an $800 delivery deposit during second trimester and has not refunded as promised after we have switched to a new Dr.Charged my credit card for an ultrasound that we ended up refusing after promising not to let the charge go through.Used fear mongering tactic and copped a major condescending attitude when I questioned his prescribed ultrasound frequency. If you dont trust me then we shouldnt do business. And youll have to sign a paper saying you dont agree to prescribed ultrasoundsSet up shop in Boyton neighborhood Im guessing where he thinks people are not going to know better to question him.

Dr. Madhav is an amazing doctor and I hope he lives forever because I am terrified of going to a GYNE other than him. I always have complete trust in him because hes amazing in everything he does! Yes there maybe a wait sometimes but it just shows how much time he spends with his patients. People dont realize the amount of time they are using but will be the first to complain how long theyre waiting. Ive had 2 surgeries performed by him and like I said, I wouldnt have picked a better doctor! The staff is very kind and friendly as well.
