I was seeking an aid for my Grandmother. With very short notice, I came across expert care,they were not only willing but professional. The aid was so professional and very equipped. With COVID having caring and encouraging people around makes such a difference. I will definitely be using them if need be. Excellent service 👏

I hired Expert Care for an aide to care for my mother who has dementia. They were reliable, caring, and professional.

Stay away from Michelle or working for this agency. Loved ones should also pay close attention to the care that there parents are receiving. Michelle has the tendency to send workers to clients home without any paperwork on file and never bothers to collect them. Before working for Michelle, check out all of the complaints /audits she has received from the better business Bureau

Do not work for Expert Care Registry Inc (CEO, Michelle Grey-Fraser) She is a robber and dont like to pay. I worked 50 hours and she pay me for 40 hours and when I call her to discuss my check amount she wont answer my calls. I happened to talked to other folks who made the mistake and accepted job assignments from her and experienced the same thing from this woman. I wish everyone would read reviews before they sign up withe nursing agencies/registries, if I did then I would not be in this predicament.

This company should be rated less than a star. Michelle Grey-fraser who is currently at 2101 Vista Parkway Suite 205, West Palm Beach, Fl 33421 is a LIAR and a DECEIVER she is heartless and a crook (wolf in sheeps clothing). I will advise everyone to avoid this company. Her work ethics should be investigated.

THIS BUSINESS OWNER LIES AND IS CONFUSED. I was quoted a price different than what I was billed. This business was recommended by the hospital. I was quoted $13/hr by Michelle Grey. Since I did not receive a bill, I called approximately 2 weeks after services were rendered and was told no one came. Ms. Grey called me back the next day, told someone did come, and a bill would be sent. A bill was sent, but not for the correct person. I called again. A new bill was sent for $17/hr. I asked about the difference in price. I was told $13/hr is what the caregiver receives. WHY WOULD I BE QUOTED WHAT THE CAREGIVER GETS PAID? I asked whose car is used for transportation purposes. I was told the caregivers. That is not whose car was used.

Dont work with this lady she doesnt pay you i wish i could give her no stars very and highly upset michelle grey doesnt respong to phone calls or text!!!!!!
