Weve worked with Digicare for the 7 years weve been in business. I have been responsible for equipment maintenance and repairs within our hospital for about the past 4 years. During that time I have worked with Digicare multiple times on Life Windows repairs, addition of telemetry and other equipment updates. I have found their service, and specifically, Danielle Witmer, to be exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Its great knowing that when we need information or assistance, I can e-mail Danielle and be able to count on a response within a day. Digicare is one of my favorite vendors to deal with, because of their excellent support, their provision of loaner monitors when ours need service, and Danielles helpfulness in coordinating repairs and installations/set-up.

They do not stand behind their brand new products. Turned Life windows monitor on for first time, immediate networking .dll error message; several months later of them pushing it off and let’s try trouble shooting one more time, theyve stopped responding other than to tell me its been too long to return now. Their tech support is also extremely limited with their knowledge of software and networking; I cannot tell you how many times I heard worked before I shipped it while reporting the issue.This issue however is a software issue that occurs as soon as you turn on and log in to the monitor - it was absolutely there when they shipped it which means they knowingly ship defective products. Once they found out I have several years experience in software and networking they wouldnt allow me to return it rather they wanted me to keep troubleshooting and find the problem for them.There are several better solutions out there with companies who stand behind their products.
