I was recommended to AerocCareby the pulmonary specialist and the follow up was within 2 days to get a call from them and the next day they delivered the unit for home use of oxygen and portable unit for outside use.The consultant who delivered the units was exceptionally informative and showed us a number of times how to operate both units.The whole process was easy, fast and totally covered by our health insurance.This is a number one local company in South East Florida I would highly recommend!

Had a Sleep Study due to Brain Injuries and was prescribed a CPAP and directed to this store.The Gentleman didnt or wouldnt realize I have a Brain Injury and if I tried on the Head gear I would be obliged to Purchase the Unit,thats odd but I did anyway.Fast forward over a year later,I get around 3 calls per week and dozens of emails to re-order Supplies.Ive asked them to not call me as I know when to order Hoses,Nose Pillows etc but the last straw was a rep.asking me if Im cleaning and replacing the parts,my reply was Are you a Doctor ?and I hung up.Two days later I get another reorder call at 5:20 PM while having dinner,again hung up.This morning another email to reorder,ENOUGH ALREADY!This is one day afer I sent an email to stop harassing me.I know you work on commissions but I have a drawer full of Aerocare CPAP Supplies Medicare Paid for,my next email will be to Medicare and my Prescribing Doctor to eliminate this Vendor.Take me off your list already!

I have used a c-pap machine for more than 25 years and have dealt with many different companies along the way. Some were horrible, some were ok, but none were as easy to deal with as AeroCare. We had a discrepancy over how much I owed and IT WAS RESOLVED IN 1 DAY! With other companies this would have taken weeks. I went to their office to pick up my new machine and supplies and it could not have been easier. I was greeted with a smile immediately, did not have to wait at all, and Ron (my therapist) was very knowledgeable and helpful. If they continue on like this I will never use another company again. Great customer service making my life easier to clean breathing. The representative Ron was amazing- he was very informative, caring, personable and clean( came in with gloves and mask) which put us at ease. I really appreciated the way he took his time also - he didn’t come in and rush out, he made sure we new everything in relations to even cleaning our machines parts. CPAP other supplies, try to avoid Aerocare, Boynton. I thought Apricare and Lincare were difficult but just getting started with Aerocare has been difficult to Say the least!6 months ago my pulmonologist sent a new script for Supplies, just supplies not even a machine. A few days later Aerocare called asked for info.Couple weeks later, I checked, was told the had all the info needed.Month or so later get a envelope asking for all the info the have.Called them and discussed the mask and supplies needed.Month later another request for insuranceOther day got a new envelope and today a call. Asking sameHand delivered the paper, asked if supplies would be sent, was told “they are creating documents”I asked what that meant, they were going back to the doctor for info. Whaat? I left I see the doc in 2 days maybe we can go back to prev supplier

Husbands oxygen generator malfunctioned during the night. The next day AeroCare came out, replaced the machine, and all was well. The new machine was lighter and smaller, and generated much less noise and heat! AeroCare is the best.

My experience with them has been less than stellar! In all honesty I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone! Weeks on end with no one calling to the point when I call to check on the order of the cpap, I get asked, “ do you want it”! I repeatedly told them that I need it for work and now it’s come to be 4 weeks I’ve been out of work because I need to use the machine 7 days in order to getting approval to work again! Surely this place is unprofessional and gives you the run around telling me you need papers that I repeatedly sent and was told everything was approved week 1 thanks for nothing because I been sending emails and calling and I get tired of explaining the whole story over and over again! Despicable place, you guys have cost me dearly! Edit: Well I understand the Hippa law but your still not dealing with a 1 month turn around to get a cpap that blue cross gave me a supplier list! If I knew it would take this long I would’ve let holy cross hospital do the sleep study and not dealt with any of this! Furthermore I contacted blue cross for another supplier because you guys are just horrible! Not customer service oriented in my opinion!

James gave detailed information, was clear and easy to understand. And he was very friendly and efficient. I would have given 5 stars but during a pandemic I would have wanted a test machine to be used for the instructions, not my own. And to inhale in the machine after the filter had been touched made me very uncomfortable. Then smaller details like signing on an iPad with your finger and having my mask laying on his iPad and keyboard...yes, it made me very uncomfortable when the COVID-19 is due to a respiratory virus.Also, for their information; searching for their address brought me to the wrong address that should be corrected in the search engines. Other than that, so far so good.

I had a horrible experience at this place because I was mislead. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in the beginning of October so my pulmonologist wanted me to try the sleep apnea machine for night time sleeping. I had a feeling I would not be able to sleep with a machine so I asked numerous times if there was a trial period in which I would not have any financial obligations. I was told on three different occasions by AeroCare staff that the first 30 days were a trial period and I would not have to come out of pocket with any money. Within the 30 days I tried three different head pieces but I could not get used to any of them. I was very diligent to make sure I returned the machine and all of the equipment back to AeroCare in under 30 days. Later I found out that they billed my medical expense plan $331.52. The medical expense plan is still my money. I made several inquires into the charges and was given the run around for months. The whole machine should not even cost that much and I returned everything back to them. Plus I did ask multiple times if there was going have any financial responsibility and was misinformed each time. Finally months later I spoke with someone in the billing department, which is in a separate location, and they told me all they could refund me was around $75 because the staff misinformed me so basically I was out of luck. It was a very unprofessional experience.

Sulvaune was well informed and easy to understand when she contacted me to schedule my appointment. I was greeted warmly by the front desk person who made me feel comfortable and at ease in spite of my nerves. James, my assigned pulmonary therapist, was so very patient with me as I asked so many questions. His product knowledge and instructions were clear, concise, and delivered to me in a way that made me comfortable with my new equipment.I would recommend this company and its staff to anyone.

Extremely rude people. The first one hung up on me so I called back, got a second gentleman. He hung up on me too. I kept trying to explain the last two hoses I got were rotted, and busted up shortly after I got them. When this one, that I had kept unused in the plastic, does the same thing, I can only assume it will because it’s from the same office (do they keep their merchandise in a hot warehouse so it rots from the heat?) I will have to resort to duct tape. Or call a different office. Or call a different provider. I can take my business elsewhere and let them profit. Conveniently neither of the gentlemen had a boss or supervisor around, so I couldn’t handle this in a more private manner. And calling this early in the morning isn’t appreciated either. I’ve asked before to call later, I guess they don’t keep records. Guys, really? There are more unemployed people right now than during the Great Depression, so I don’t think I would feel so confident about hanging up on paying customers. There would be hundreds of waitstaff and other restaurant workers and college kids who would take your place in a heartbeat, and if they were raised right, they wouldn’t have bad attitudes. The first one started out polite but then stopped listening and began interrupting. I had to tell him, if you ask a question, you have to let me answer, stop bulldozing me. The second one had a chip on his shoulder from the beginning. That call didn’t last two minutes before he hung up. Ok, that’s fine. I’ll trot my business over to somewhere else. Bottom line though, BUYER BEWARE. THE CPAP HOSE POPPED OFF OF THE COUPLING, BROKE IN TWO. THE SECOND ONE I RECEIVED, THE SAME THING HAPPENED. The previous Aerocare office didn’t have a quality control problem with their merchandise. Just South Florida.

If there was a zero star rating, thats what they deserve. Need to talk to them for the first time.Their phone system is awful..... it rings and rings and nobody answers the phone after over 20 phone calls, no matter what extension you pick. They should go out of business !
