Dr. Srinath and staff are amazing! I cant say enough. Always there for me when ever I need. Have I had to wait? Sure. That is at any good doctors practice but the wait is worth it! When you are with the doctor you are not rushed!! You dont feel like you are just a number to get in and out! They spend time with you. Answer any questions or concerns you have! I wouldnt trust my health with any other infectious diseases specialist!!

Ive been a patient at ID Consultants, INC for several years. I must say, I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Latha Srinath as my doctor; unlike other doctors Id seen in the past, Dr. Srinath listens, works with you and makes you feel she cares for your wellbeing. I have also been seen by other doctors at this office as well as the staff in the Infusion Center, all have been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am very satisfied with the treatment I have received though the years in this office.

The doctors personality is wonderful and the person who works for the doctor awesome lady. Infusion back office they are very caring people especially for elderly patient but the front office staff was a mess rude attitude. Every time I call for an appointment you always had somebody else to call back to give you the appointment and a lot of the times they did not I have to call more the. 20times till finally someone answered but it’s very confusing the staffs who answers their English is very bad but never see them at the office. Also the doctor kept me on a med that was obsolete and could cause liver damage I was surprised with her extensive background in HIV care that she would be more on top of what was going on that really disappointed me. Unfortunately I had to find another doctor and I always thank her for what she did for me because sometimes you’re very tough and difficult best of luck Also the doctor kept me on a med that was obsolete and could cause liver damage I was surprised with her extensive background in HIV care that she would be more on top of what was going on that really disappointed me. Their office staff is very incompetent. I arrived slightly early for my appointment and they insisted that it was for hours later So I had to sit in my wheel chair for about three hours. When I got back to the rehab center I found my appointment card. It proved that I had the right time. This happened more than once. They sent a company to my home to take blood and never notified me that they were going to do it. When I needed my pic line removed, I tried to make an appointment but all of their phone lines had error messages so I went there. The front desk refused to do anything to help me. Finally after arguing with the girl for about 10 minutes she gave in and I got to see a doctor an hour later. Stay away from them.

Besides a little bit of a wait to see the Dr my first appt here went very good. Friendly staff but front desk ladies are busy with office patients and calls as well. So keep that in mind. The doctor I saw was nice and very informative. The office and patient rooms were clean and decent. If you need a ID doctor no reason for you not to come here.

Terrible experience with this outfit. From the first meeting in the hospital, the Dr. Was evasive and vague answering questions. Later after discharge, they were tasked with my home health care. The lack of communication, and incompetence of the staff was stunning. After switching my medication, I had a sever reaction the next morning. I went to the office and showed my recent outbreak of hives to the receptionist. She had me wait, sweating and miserable for 45 minutes, before sending me in for another treatment! Not to see the doctor, but to get another round of the drugs that had reacted so badly with me. On top of all that, the infusion room is disgusting. Stay away from this place.

ID Consultants is an IV chop shop.A handful of doctors banded together to open this iv shop down the street from Bethesda. As an off shoot of the infectious disease program there.Since the doctors work full time elsewhere they all split the time at the chop shop. Doing one week a piece every two months. As you might imagine treating people for complex infections when you never have the same doctors at the office is beyond problematic. Especially because these doctors never speak to each other and have zero working synergy or information sharing infrastructure. This problem is compounded by the fact that the owner Dr. Latha Srinath is completely disorganized, shows up late, and has zero leadership skills. She is often seen yelling at the staff, threatening to shut the office down, and is regularly undermined by the other doctors. Creating an environment in which your care and medicine is changed almost weekly and never by your original diagnosing doctor. The staff especially the front desk staff is in open mutiny to the owner. As soon as the owner turns the corner they all start talking about her behind her back. There are other family members to the owner hanging out and seem to be running the place day to day with no medical background. The staff has trouble with customer service, phones and fax lines are often down. Patients and other care agents are left on hold for hours. While waiting room times push two hours or more on a regular basis. As if thats not bad enough they are treating people with incomplete medical records, making mistakes in their care, and are attempting to cover up the medical malpractice by dodging and off loading any of their patients who question the malfunction. In conclusion this office is very dangerous and should be investigated and shut down by the Florida Board of Health. These doctors should all have their licenses revoked for being associated with this kind of gross negligence. Insurance companies, referring doctors, and especially patients beware!!!

My husband was in the hospital for 4 nights because his hernia surgical sight became infected. He had to have the mesh removed. Because it was infected the infectious disease doctors stepped in. My husband was given a prescription for 2 antibiotics. One had to be preauthorized. It was not. So he had to take a substitute med. They still wanted him to take the original med so it still had to be preauthorized thru the insurance company. Their office said they sent it to the insurance company for authorization. Well I have been in contact with my insurance, BC/BS. The insurance person called me today, 8/2, and said they still dont have an authorization request! They called the office manager to the infectious disease doctor and said she would look into it. Really??? What kind of people do you have working for you? My husband could have died by now from negligence!! The girls that work in that office should all be fired. I have read the reviews and they all say the same thing. They dont care. There is no sense of urgency or anything. And very unfriendly! I wish I could fire them all!!!!In the meantime my husband does NOT have the medicine because of their incompetence.8/7 Update: Insurance company never received the authorization. I will never use this company. They just dont care.

We have seen couple of doctors in this office. One was a little bettet. However, We will never go there again. The receptionist is absolutely miserable......Makes you more sick talking to her....dont these people understand that people that go to see a doctor are sick and need more respect......plus we pay a lot of money for the crapy service!!!I called them three time to make sure they would consult with my daughters surgeon before the appointment....well, they did not. After 5 weeks of being under their care, They end up taking her off antibiotic and gave her antibiotic cream for the surgery area. She started to have fevers again. Our surgeon send us to a much better ID doctor. He laughed at the cream. He had to put her on a different antibiotic, based on the culture sample that the surgeon had taken.....that is why I was trying to get them to communicate with the surgeon!!!! But no they did their own thing. Also they had my daughter on invanv antibiotic for 5 weeks....very strong stuff...but didnt do much on her.Overall I was not impressed at all.

Two times the office doctor sent me home without proper care first time I was misdiagnosed ended up hospitalized with infected lymphnodes near carotid artery.Second time no follow up treatment until I went to my primary complaining of not feeling well she had to call the infectous disease office doctor to get me follow up treatment. I am not treated with compassion and leave there feeling frustrated! Now I am told I cant see any of the other 8 doctors because they are ALL on vacation!!
