This place deserves no stars .They are very very unreliable their aides do not show up at the schedule time.They call and say they cant make or they dont call at all.My parents have sat waiting for them for two weeks now still no show.The management in this place is even worse.Yesterday the manager Kerry promised me that if she had to make the visit herself someone would be there.Again no show .Im writing to let anyone looking for a home health care agency stay Away from this one.When I called to see what the problem was today she gave me another lie.Needless to say we are done with these people
