We were called in before the appointment time to meet the new audiologist. Our experiences here have always been pleasant and this visit was no exception. Friendly front desk young women and Dr. Chmieleleski was extremely helpful.

Kate was caring and professional. She spent a great deal of time with me and helped me with my problems

Jan Glick is a wonderful, caring and expert audiologist. She fine tuned my device so that I may hear better and enjoy social settings.

I am so pleased I found My Hearing Center of Boynton Beach and am fortunate to have met and had the services of Marc Colman. Professional and Caring, he administered an ear cleaning for me, which immediately cured my discomfort. He was genuine, considerate and kind, unlike many so-called professionals. His experience and depth of knowledge was equally immediately apparent. I particularly noticed how he sincerely cared, a trait lacking in many health care professionals. My final comment is about his charges for his service. I phoned around and received ridiculous prices and was blown-away by his integrity not to overcharge his clients. His charge was unbelievably fair, peanuts in comparison to what the others wanted and he performed an excellent service. Run, do not walk, run to his small clinic. Do not hesitate- you will not find better.

Meeting Dr. Vanessa was truly life changing for my dad. We didnt know what to expect but this was above and beyond service. She took her time explaining everything and we felt like she genuinely cared. My dad was missing conversations and isolating himself from friends and family so we knew hearing aids were necessary. I had many questions and it was immediately apparent she is highly knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Vanessa.

Mr Colman was nice but we miss vanessa. He was not as helpful as Vanessa. She was more understanding and listened to what we had to say and didnt even give us cleaning aids or batteries.

Marc Colman first asked if I preferred to have an ENT clean my ears or if I wanted him to do it. I asked him to please do it. He first showed me how my ears looked on a computer screen. Then he cleaned my ears and showed me the “after” picture. My right ear had been so clogged that he was unable to see my ear drum. He showed me several gobs of wax he removed. I noticed a difference in hearing in that ear after the cleaning. He did some tests of word and noise sounds and explained what he was doing. I bought Oticon hearing aids. Marc set up the APP on my iPhone and connected to Blue Tooth. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything - sometimes more than once.

I moved to Boynton Beach recently and have Oticon hearing aids purchased in NY over two years ago.I experienced problems with my right hearing aid and called the Hearing Center in Boynton Beach and was told to come in first thing the next morning.I was greeted and treated most respectfully and my hearing aid was fixed and the receiving wire was replaced within minutes. No hassle, no waste of time and NO CHARGE.Thank you Jan Glick, audiologist , for your swift, friendly and professional service. It was way beyond my expectations. When I get new hearing aids this is the place I will be going to.Harry Rapaport
