I brought one of my elderly clients here and the gentlemen were very friendly and professional. They really went above and beyond to help her find the right product. I highly recommend.

My husband has a problem he has to have oxygen 24/7. After trying hearing aids from this company and trying adjustments his pulmonologist said while WE can hear the oxygen a hearing aid will amplify the sound even more thereby making the hearing worse. After returning the hearing aids, batteries etc etc we were given a return, receipt less $200 and it was within the return period. That was June 16, 2017 , I tried calling last week several times only to get the answering service and the credit card company had nothing even pending, the girl said call back Mon. Today I called and was told by the answering service just dispute the charge. I did that, however, my husband, an attorney, may also file a complaint for fraud and elderly abuse as after 5 weeks they will not speak to me or him and is tying up an additional $1600. This is a felony and they have violated their own policy and the law. I am sure since I kept all the paperwork etc. it will work out but you cannot just refuse to speak to someone after taking $1800 . This needs to be addressed forthwith and will.
