Best vitamin shoppe in town! They have a range of high quality, organic plant based products. Along with essential oils, healing clay masks, and even kombucha on tap! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. I love that they offer natural forms of healing the body.

This is my second complaint at a vitamin shop, similar situation. I walked in, picked up an item and went to the register. There were two lines and two cashiers. The first cashier was having complications with a return which was going to clearly take some time to complete. I was next in the second line and after the lady was done with the customer a man went up to her and asked her questions and she left to help him! Can you imagine? When i was next. Smh. I left my product there and walked out, again. Just bad customer service. Her name was either Chloe or Alex. 2:40 PM August 2, 2019. I’m never going back to vitamin shop again. It’s whole foods or Earth fare for me from now on. They seriously need to train their people for a better customer service.

Probably the worst service Ive ever experience. I dont know why torture myself going into this place when I can just order what I need online for half the price and not have to deal with aggravation. Worst they never have what you need, when you ask their clueless and you wait at a register and they dont even bother to come over and check you out. Im done with this place!

Sad experience. Came in need of a vitamin for a very uncomfortable UTI after visiting another store that didnt have it. I called first to check if they had it and because I knew it was close to closing time . I let the worker know I was on the way and would be there very shortly. I made it with 1 minute to spare but he had already closed and locked the door. He came to the glass door but refused to help.

I recommend this store.They were extremely patient and walked me thru the supplements i needed. They tried to find the best option for my needs and at the best price.

Let’s keep calling these racist out. On numerous occasions I’ve visited this store and the treatment they have shown to African-Americans and other minorities it’s totally different than that of white patrons. It’s amazing to believe their behavior considering the demographics of the people in the neighborhood where the store resides are predominately African-Americans and minorities. Once again today I witnessed the horrible treatment of a black male who had a language barrier and was trying to purchase vitamins for his small child. They seem annoyed and disgusted when African-Americans and minorities are in the store. Also if an African-American or minority is in line or next in line they will ignore that person until a white person comes to the counter and nine times out of 10 they will take the white guest over the African-American or minority already standing in line. This is a pattern and disgusting display of racial profiling and prejudice. It’s been ongoing and needs to stop.

This use to be the go to place. Store employee had the answers to most of your questions and took an interest. If they didnt have an answer they looked in a book at the counter. Today I had to seek help in an empty store. I asked a blonde hair female if she knew any vitamin manufacturer who manufactures blackcohosh, she tried to get assistance from her disinterested manager, ....but the manager gave a quick I dont know and went to the back of the store and continued to chat with another co-worker. She couldnt care to help me or the employee asking the question. After finding the answers myself, I visited the restroom and found the manager and another co-worker hiding in the back and chatting amongst each other. Bring back the other employees or employees who care enough to take care of your customers. Im going to another vitamin store thus is disheartening.

As soon as I walked in a Female attendant came up to me immediately. She helped me right away and got what I needed. She was cute too!

If your not old and WHITE dont expect customer service walked in same time as an older white lady immediately two workers came up to her asking her if she needed help so I went to the register asked one of the employees where was the protein bars miserable black girl just points towards the wall not even making eye contact with me like if I were asking her for money or something not finding the Luna bars I was looking for I go back to the front wanting to ask if they carry those bars a male employee on the computer looks up at me and continues to be on the computer not even acknowledging me I walked out. Its obvious they have preference on who they want to help out

MICROAGGRESSION. Took a caucasian customer who was standing in adjacent line before me. Did not even visually acknowledge me or the customers standing behind me. No explanations offered. No eye contact or verbal acknowledgement. Also addressed him as Sir, and when I put my items down on counter to leave, I was addressed eWith the rude qyestion Did you want these? No excuse me Maam, no CORRESPONDING RESPECTFUL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! Spoke with an Asst. Mgr. (Athletic Female) and she was apathetic and unapologetic. Lost my business FOREVER! Racist bigots.
