Erika is a phenomenal trainer. She pushes me but makes every workout fun. lost 15 lbs in first 60 days. Never felt stronger.

This awesome, personable trainer used to work where Im temporarily renting and wow, was I impressed! I spoke to her a number of times and found her friendly and very knowledgeable about sports medicine and a host of related and complementary fields. Shes clearly a lot of trainer for the money and has happy clients too! Happy at early hours in a gym is tough but she delivers!
