I have gone here for many years. It seems that has ended. I have one wellness visit per year for which I am not supposed to be charged. It seems since the doctor discussed my health (test results) the office decided that I used my wellness visit and they are charging me an office visit. Find another doctor.

I have been going to Dr Spirazza since forever. At or around the 2nd move he made I felt like he was pushing me on his nurse practitioner. I also noticed that he was becoming increasingly less accessible when I made an appoint with him. I also noticed the staff has changed around a lot. When he moved to his current location, I noticed that a lot of the staff did not transition with him and he has this new present staff that talk like they are in the ghetto and are very unprofessional. I have had issues with them in the pass but yesterday was my breaking point. I called last month to make an appointment for my physical and when I walked in I was told that my physical was not until May and there is a possibility that I may pay for the service out of pocket even thou I have new insurance. I asked the lady at the front desk (who admitted that she took the appointment) and basically that there was nothing I can do about it. I sat in the waiting room calling my insurance company which they normally do ( I guess they dont do that any more) while I was calling my insurance company . Another unprofessional staff asked me to come in and I told her I was calling my insurance company and that I want to find out first if I am going to pay out of pocket. She got an attitude and I got one back ( she kept making a comment that she does not get pay for this. She is so unprofessional she was arguing with me with patient waiting in the waiting room. Then the office manager came out I have read previous review who stated that the staff needs to be replaced. I 100% agree. The office manager Is not better and I basically left and got another doctor. I felt a very uncomfortable feeling since the beginning when he brought on this current staff and I should have left then. From observing there Is a high turn over rate in the office so some one in the office needs to get it together.

Doctor and NP are good, but the office staff is entirely rude. They take their sweet time playing on their cell phones, while making patients wait. In addition to their attitudes, they act like youre bothering them.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Spirazza for the past 16 years. He is the only family doctor that we will ever go to because we trust him. His office is busy, but Dr. Spirazza will always find time for his patients. He is a doctor that is compassionate, caring and will always look out for his patients best interest. As a dentist, I understand how hard it is to see between 30-40 patients a day. I respect and am very impressed that Dr. Spirazza does this with quality care for his patients.

I have been going to Dr. Spirazza since I moved from Ohio, to Boynton Beach in 2008. I never had a more personable, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant Doctor. Every visit I have had with him results in complete satisfaction on my part. This, as he never rushes me and takes the time for inquires about any of my concerns. I always arrive early for my appointments. Most often I am seen prior to my appointment time. The Office staff are always pleasant and make you feel valued. The Nurses are great. I have since moved to Ft. Myers (3 years ago). Since I am now a 2 1/2 hours drive away, I did try three different and more local Doctors. There was no comparison. THEREFORE, twice a year I take that long drive and get my annual physical and check up with Dr. Spirazza!!!! I could go on about more of my satisfaction with his patient relationship and other things, such as his concern that I am retired, on a fixed income and his consideration when prescribing less expensive medicines and treatments. Thanks Doc and to your staff. Ed Scalzitti

I and several of my adult family members have been patient for more than a decade plus, both at his former office and the newer one. We all have received darn good care, support from him and his staff has never been rude or uncaring in my opinion. Office stressed at times? Sure! Imagine having to deal with SOME sick folks with such negative state of mind and anger that sucks the energy out of you if you let them. The complainers expect miracles on one office visit and blame others for their declining health. Get more positive, exercise and change your diet (non-GMOs) for starters. Then wait your turn like the rest of us!

IF you want to see Dr. Spirazzo, you need to make a appt. far in advance. Otherwise you see the other Person who can take care of you. Also, in the new office there is a lot more staff, whether it will be a improvement I dont know yet.

Dr. Spirazza and his staff are warm yet totally professional. I have been going to him for more than five years and could not ask for more in a primary care physician.

The office smelled disgusting, like someone cooked there nasty lunch in the microwave in the office and ate it in the waiting room. the waiting room looks like it hasnt been updated since the late 90s. everything about the place was awful including the employeesThe receptionists are incompetent, i got the sense they dont know what they are doing, they had an issue taking my insurance information but once i talked to the manager she straightened them out. i would be surprised if they have a high school equivalency certificate. they are not polite. i get better service at a Mcdolalds restaurant. they are also very rude.when i saw the NP, she was alright. did her job and got out, really no conversation.the urgent care place isa lot better and thats sad since this is supposed to be a primary care Dr. office.... just a terrible experience.

The office manager (and really the entire office staff) are extremely rude and condescending to their patients. I wasnt the only person in the waiting room to notice this. The doctor should replace them all as soon as possible, or at least get a new manager to lead as the staff.. as they are the first point of contact and after meeting her, I will never visit this office again! I will also tell all my friends and neighbors to avoid as well!!!
