Walked in as a new client. I had been diagnosed Type 2 for 2 years (at 30years old, 58 145 lbs). Dr Guttierez walked in the room at our first ever appointment looked at me looked at the chart and said You are Type 1, this is wrong. Gave me a LADA Latent Auto Immune Disorder in Adults Type 1 diagnosis. My previous Endo hadnt even herd of it. Dr Guttierez has helped my switch meds and fought to get me CGM continuous glucose Monitor that has helped me drop my A1C from low 7s to low 6s.

I saw dr Gutierrez and she was ok. She told me that they would get back to me with my bloodwork in about a week. I did not get a call so I started to leave messages. I left 5 messages and no call back. I needed the results to be faxed to my new internist before she saw me. I canceled one appointment with her due to no response. I am now going up to the office to get it myself. I will never go back.

I thought it was me. After calling other Endo offices, I realized it was them. Although my insurance approves self referrals and I have a family history, they would not make an appointment for me to see Dr. Gutierrez. I guess other Endos understand the importance of preventive care. So disappointed...

Dr. Gutierrez is literally the only endocrinologist in Palm Beach County I have found — after having gone through too many to count — who checks all the boxes required to meet my elderly diabetic mothers needs. She is kind and knowledgeable, and she has the patience and empathy to really listen when my mother speaks, however challenging it is for her at age 90 to express herself. Gone are the endocrinology appointments with doctors who rush her through a 4-minute appointment while making snap treatment-plan decisions that are poorly thought-out yet highly consequential.Furthermore, the nurses and office staff couldnt be more professional nor eager to be helpful.Dr. Gutierrez is one of the rare S Fla doctors who cares enough to treat the elderly with the compassion and respect needed to endure this difficult, final stage of life, and Im grateful on behalf of my mother to have found her.

Dr. Gutierrez is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She takes time out to talk with you about your problem and shows genuine concern. She is amazing and so is all of our staff! Thank you all!

I was attended by a completely unprepared doctor (Spanish name, I think Da Silva) arrogant and superb. I was treated very badly by her, and I am waiting for my exams until today, and the problem that I would like a doctor to see was a wound on her leg that despite the requests did not look, horrible !!!

So rude , I called to book an appointment sent by my doctor multipletimes,their receptionist always seems to be on the rush, with zero patience, then hang out right on my face.

My wife sees Dr. Gutierrez, she speaks highly of her. Highly recommend her !

Been seeing her for about 6 years. She is wonderful! A very caring physician. With her help and guidance my A1c went from 10.3 to 7.2 !

The office is run poorly, Dr. Gutierrez doesnt listen I have to repeat myself over and over. She ordered blood tests and I had to call office 4 times to get someone to tell me the results. She ordered an ultrasound but I never received the prescription. I have hypothyroidism, am on medication for it, and wanted help losing weight naturally, without medication and all she said was trim down. Will not go back here.

Dr. Gutierrez is sweet and takes the time to go over information but her staff is rude. I wont be back just because of them. God forbid you need to call and get your lab results and they arent in yet.. Ive never spoken to a more rude person over the phone in my life. Ill make sure to tell everyone who needs an endo to stay far away.
