Dr Latoya and her whole staff was extremely compassionate, thorough and diligent with my toddler. They really make you feel at ease and go above and beyond. Will definitely come here anytime my family is in need of urgent care!

Giving this Xpress 3 stars. Id give the nurses and doctors 5stars and reception/front desk 1 star. I got a voicemail and 2 missed calls this morning in regards to my bloodwork. I called back 20 minutes later and was transferred to an answering machine by the receptionist. I called back and she did it again. I called the third time and she VERY reluctantly looked up my file and proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that no one called me (I have the missed calls and voicemail). I waited a bit, and called back several hours later and unfortunately got the same woman, who upon hearing my name instantly transferred me to a patient records for an unrelated hospital? Which also was just an answering machine. Whoever worked 10/18 on the phones this morning needs a new job because she was very condescending and not helpful, when Im just trying to figure out what my blood results mean.

Dr. Latoya Howell, Glen, and Tatiana went above and beyond to help me feel better. Dr Howell was very kind and thorough in her assessment. She listened to all my symptom and addressed all my medical concerns. The staff at Xpress Urgent has changed my mind about urgent care and will definitely be my first choice next time my family needs immediate medical care. Much quicker than the ER and way more cost effective!

Dr. Latoya, Jenny, and Olivia are some of the greatest people on the planet. They run that show like beasts and Latoya really eased my mind when I came in today. Really would recommend this urgent care in the Boynton area! Thank you guys again for everything!

I don’t ever write reviews because I don’t have the time or patience but my experience here was unacceptable. I paid a high copay just to be waiting for an hour and a half and be seen by the doctor for not even a full minute? There were two people that came in before the doctor did and then had me waiting for an hour in the room by myself. I understand if you’re busy or low staff, it’s fine. But the fact that I waited all that time just for the doctor to come in clearly rushed, barely even acknowledging me, and walking out after just checking my throat without even really talking to me was disrespectful. What was the copay for? I tried explaining my condition and making it clear that it wasn’t normal for me but they told me what I already knew… that I had a sore throat. LOL. That’s why I was there! And I even tried asking both the doctor and an assistant how I was supposed to get my medicine but they wouldn’t even give me a clear answer for that! I left feeling completely rushed and clearly they just wanted me out of the way. I paid money and waited almost 2 hours just to be told what I already knew. Please learn how to properly treat patients even when you are busy. It’s okay to be stressed I get it, but it’s not okay to treat patience like they’re the reason.

I came in with a sever burn on my hand. The receptionist looked at it briefly and told me to go rite in. Dr.Joe and nurse assistant Summer cleaned and treated my wounds. They gave me extra dressing and instructions .The nicest people. I only wish that they were my primary doctors. ❤

Was sent to this location for employment drug testing. Was surprised to find out after driving there that “the guy” (singular) who does the drug tests isn’t in today. What kind of legitimate urgent care doesn’t have more than one “guy” who does drug testing. Do you mean to tell me the people sticking needles in your arm and the people helping the “urgent” cases aren’t qualified to test pee? What kind of qualifications does it take to watch people pee? This really baffles me! I will never visit this location again after today’s experience.

Latoya the nurse practitioner was very nice, and front desk was welcoming. I took my sister for a small laceration and was very quick in and out. Thank you so much☺️

This place is very unprofessional. They state they open at 8am. Sign on the door was flashing open. Patients and staff were left waiting in the heat until apparently the one person with a key arrived. We were told that the individual with a key wouldnt arrive until 8:30. Folks having to go to work and school were delayed due to this lack of consideration. One individual who has received care at this facility before stated that this always happens and they never open up on time. This healthcare facility should be ready to receive patients at 8am, NOT having staff showing up to work at 8am or after!

Lobby was INFESTED with ants. All over the floor, chairs, and even crawling on the blinds. I went to get a prescription for an xray so I could go to a nearby diagnostic center (they didnt have anyone there to do xray), and I waited 2.5 hours to see the nurse practitioner for 5 minutes. It then took them A FULL WEEK to get back to me with the results of the xray (which were sent to them by the diagnostic center right after it was done). Why did it take a week to make a 2 minute phone call where you just read the radiologists report???? Would not reccomend.

I had a good experience with both nurse assistants and the doctor that saw me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The front desk associate faced some interesting/rude patients while I was in the waiting room, and she handled it very well - I was impressed.

The HIPAA law is nonexistent in this establishment. I heard the PA and medical assistant discussing my health information in the hallway where other patients can clearly hear them. I was in complete dismay to heard them speak of other patients and their prognosis as well. Paid $100 when I could have stayed home and invested $5 to $10 on an over the counter medication. The staff needs sensitivity training and the PA needs to review their code of ethics. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

IF YOU ARE SICK I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.THE FIRST DESK PERSON IS THE WORSE. I WAS THERE FOR MORE THEM 2 HOURS AND NO HELP EVERY TIME I ASK THEM IF SM MEXT THEY SAY YES AND THEN CALLING SOMEONE ELSE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I HO BACK THERE.

I come here when my migraines become unmanageable. Every time they are accommodating with promptly putting me in a dark room, speaking gently, and getting the right care plan to help! They even allow me to lay in the room after as the medicine starts to work. I have a toddler at home so the 20 minutes laying down in a quiet and dark room makes the world of a difference to me! The nurses have always been kind and the doctor is knowledgeable and sincere. 10/10 would recommend this office every time!

They dont actually open when they say they do. At 8am we were denied service because only 1 nurse was there and she couldnt help us. We were the only customers by the way

A nightmarish experienceMy 3 year old fell at school resulting in a deep gash on his face. Since Urgent Care was the closest medical facility, I took him there.Upon arrival, I found the door locked with an unclear message about having to call for access. As I was managing my injured child and fumbling for my phone, several people came out carrying boxes. I asked if they were open and if they would provide care for my child. The person stated they needed to ask the provider and went back inside- - all this while I am standing outside with my injured child.The person emerged about 30 seconds later saying that the provider could see my child. However, my child with a gash on his face would need to wear a covid mask prior to entry!! This is absolutely absurd! He is not able to wear a mask due to the deep facial gash. I tried to explain this to the person who could not understand that not only would a mask cause further distress it could result in facial scaring.I am absolutely horrified that we were treated in this callous manor by a medical facility.knowing my child needed rapid care, I quickly proceeded to the next fast clinic -- as soon ad I arrived. i knew it would be a better experience. not only was the door unlocked, the doctor ran out into the waiting room to assess my sons injury.we were quickly taken in and treated by a caring and highly talented doctor with stitches. using common sense, My son was not forced to wear a mask prior to entry.

The staff is awesome, I really feel like they listen to my concerns and I never feel rushed.

If you need Covid lab results in a timely fashion, do not go here. I went to get tested and retested due to work requirements and they said results could take up to 7 days. I called them on day 3 to find out if the results had come back and they said, Oh yeah, we have the results. They came back yesterday. I missed an extra day of work because they were too disorganized to inform me of my results. Dont go here.

I was very pleased with my experience at Xpress Urgent Care. They got me back in less than 10 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor was very personable and thorough. She listened to me and answered all my questions and treated me very well. They did everything right, all the staff was friendly and I will definitely go back next time I need an urgent care.

We have been to this location with all of our children a few times now and absolutely everyone there including the front desk clerk were amazing each and every time! Everyone is so kind, caring and knowledgeable and we’re always in and out in a very timely manner. Highly recommended!!

Just had a visit on Monday morning and it was my first time here. Latoya and Annette really took care of me and got me out the door quickly which i was very thankful for. I will definitely be coming back. Hopefully not soon though!

Xpress it was really express, not only fast but I felt I was treated with maximum professionalism and curtesy; front desk staff unfortunately I didn’t catch her name was awesome, friendly and efficient. Claire Nurse Practitioner who took care of me was exactly what I was hoping for and medical assistant Annette was warm, accommodating and what I wish all the urgent care place staff could be. Went here for the first time for a sinus infection. Front desk was very friendly and quick to get my information entered into their system. Annette was my medical assistant, she was also very quick and friendly. The nurse practitioner Claire got to my room shortly after that and took care of me. She called in my antibiotics to my pharmacy before I left. This was fastest I have ever gotten in and out of a clinic in all of my years of going to them

Awsome office. Every time I come to this office I have a great expirance. They are fast, know there stuff, and have some of the best customer service ive have in a long time. I reccomeend my famly to go to this Urgent Care!!!

I’m usually skeptical about walk in clinics but wow!!! This place is amazing! Staff is super sweet and willing to work with you. Place is really clean! I explained my situation to Tatiana and she was really nice and worked with me. Courtney was awesome and made me feel so comfortable coming in here. She’s hilarious to so it distracts you from even realizing you’re at the doctors. Latoya was so sweet and gentle with me like a mom. I would most def recommend this office! I would for sure come here again :-) I can honestly say that I have never felt more comfortable coming to the doctors!!

We had a great experience at the Boynton Beach location. Annette and the nurse practitioner were amazing and super nice.They got us in and out fast... unlike at a hospital where you can be waiting for hours just to be seen. If we ever get sick again we will definitely be returning to Xpress Urgent Care.

I have been to this urgent care 3 times and I have taken my daughter there. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and every single time it turns out to be a fast and easy experience. I was there recently and Annette and Claire went above and beyond. They stayed open later just to take care of me. I will never go anywhere else.

Outstanding medical attention and care, second to none!!! My wife, with a sore throat/swollen glands and I, with a sinus infection, visited Xpress Urgent Care this morning. The staff was professional, personable and kind. Latoya, our care provider, treated us with complete, unwavering attention, compassion and care. She listens, was patient and gentle, and is smart; very, very smart! After a thorough exam and diagnosis, Latoya reviewed with us how our medications should be taken and offered hope that we should be feeling much better in a few days. And, if we had any questions, she said to call her immediately.We are snowbirds and for years have been trying (without success) to find competent medical care in South Florida on an outpatient basis. Without question, this is THE place to be!!!

I packed up a bag with all the essentials for a long wait wanted to making sure my time was well spent. The minute I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern The two ladies behind the receptionist desk greeted me with big smiles and took care of me immediately. Filled out simple paperwork and sat down to expect a wait, within 5 minutes I was taken into an examining room. The MA and PA were absolutely fantastic, kind, well knowledge and friendly. I was in and out within an hour. Now I know my timing was good, but when I was leaving other patients were waiting and all had smiles knowing they came to the right place. I cannot believe how lucky I got with this office and the amazing staff. I highly recommend them. Im coming back to have a follow up next week. A doctors appointment Im looking forward to...even just to say hello to them.

I came in for a sprained wrist. Latoya, the nurse practitioner was amazing. She took her time and made sure I was taken care of. Clean exam rooms and friendly staff. Hope I never have to come back but if I do I know Ill be in good hands.

Went here to get help for neck pain as a new patient. Appointment was set online yesterday; I waited 10 minutes, tops. The entire appointment took 1 hour from the time I walked in to the time I left.General health check, series of questions about my condition, expected path of treatment, a shot to dull the pain, x rays with a preliminary negative result, referrals to a physical therapist and a chiropractor, and Rx for a mild muscle relaxer to treat the preliminary diagnosis of cervical strain. The final x ray results will be determined tonight and theyll follow-up with me tomorrow.Im very impressed with the level of efficiency, cleanliness, and care at this facility. The entire staff was respectful, professional, and friendly.If my family or I ever need urgent care again, this is where we will go. Very highly recommended!!

Excellent staff, my 12 year daughter had a really bad infection.I didn’t wait more then 10 min before I saw the Dr. I’m so impressed with the Medical Care @ Xpress Urgent Care. The staff was amazing, made my daughter feel very comfortable.My daughter’s prescription was sent directly to the pharmacy by the time we left it was ready to be picked up.A+ service. Couldn’t find an urgent care center that would take me on a Saturday. I called first thing in the morning, they were very understanding and accommodating, told me to come right in.Cedric at the front desk was friendly and attentive, he answered all my questions. The NP Claire was outgoing, patient, and seemed genuinely concerned. The facility was very clean and organized. I would definitely recomment this center.

Came in here because my dad needed stitches and they are right next to our office. The receptionist vel is so sweet and personable. She made our visit very pleasant and was so nice. The facility itself is very clean and all the drs and staff are nice.

Courtney, & Zena were so kind and helpful! It is Christmas Day and my daughter was not feeling well and they were very sweet and patient and helpful! We got in and out within 25 minutes and they helped find a pharmacy opened today!! Highly recommend!!

My visit to the Boynton locations was terrific. The office was spotless and beautiful. I was in and out under 30min. But what I like most of all, was how great the staff treated me. The receptionist, medical assistant, and provider, all worked together flawlessly, in answering all my questions.

I needed to be seen asap so I figured xpress urgent care was the way to go. Well I was 100% correct. The staff is amazingly fun and pleasant to talk to. Tatiana at the front desk is welcoming and well mannered. Waiting room was very clean and there was literally no wait time besides filling out paper work. Once I got call back, the MA courtney and Glenn are so funny and talkative. They definitely will put a smile on your face. The NP Latoya was amazing.......... great listener and knows her stuff. I was so happy with my experience there. I was out pocket and they made sure that I go the treatment I needed at a price that was affordable to me. Thank you all for your help. Keep up the amazing work.

This place is Incredible. My son doctor is all the way in 45th street. I went there today with my son for his rash. He is 6 years old from the moment we walk in the door we felt welcome by the receptionist Tatiana. One of the most professional Receptionist I have met. The nurse (Courtney) made my son feel so comfortable. She is so goooooood with children and kept a smile on his face everyday. I told her go be a pediatrician she would be so amazing. Doctor Zena she was extremely helpful and kept me together and made me understand what my son had. I WOULD RATHER GO THERE FOR MY PRIMARY. THEY ALL AMAZING AND I WANT TO THANK THEM FOR MAKING ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE.

Really bad experience with this clinic (Xpress urgent care 1485 Gateway Blvd, 33426, clinical supervisor Serge Agafonov) as they mislead me in seeing a doctor and by the time I got in the visit room a nurse told me that they don’t have a doctor, only her, physician assistantI explain that I asked to see a doctor when I arrived, not having any idea that they don’t have one on premises and that the front desk should had informed me.The lady nurse, pa, said then just get your refund and she stormed outSerge Agafonov the location supervisor came in and said that I won’t get any refund for my visitAfter continued arguments and rude behavior he finally agreed to request refundI asked for documentation in regards with the refund request and he started arguing with me again saying that is not guaranteed, that will take several weeks for my refund... which I just realized that decent doctors practices they don’t charge you until after you see the doctorBesides the fact that I was sick and took off work to be able to see a dr and take care of myself, I had to deal with the rudeness, misleading and lack of compassion from this place.A very unfortunate and unpleasant experience.I hope someone will be able to address those complaints and hopefully something will change, and I also hope I’ll get my refund back, as it was charged abusively without any ground.

Aside from being a clean establishment and being taken care of in a speedy manner... the staff made my visit even better! From the friendly smile from the receptionist to the welcoming greeting from the nurse (who shared my same birthday) to Doctor Aprn Patoombal’s awesome sense of humor, you will really get a professional yet inviting experience! Although I have no desire to feel ill again, if I do I’m glad to know I have a great urgent care as clean and professional as this right up the street. Definitely recommend it.
