The worst place you could ever use, I do not recommend this office at all. They dont return calls, even when you are having an emergency. Also after sent you a bunch of test with the wrong code so the insurance wasnt able to cover, they called us 1 day after our appointment to refuse to treat my mother because we use Doctor Garcia, the one that dont call you back in a middle of an emergency due to a medication prescribed by them. The staff is very rude, they dont care about the patients at all. They left my mom with Lupus without care. Shame on all of them!

I do not recommend this office at all. My GP recommended me to this practice and I tried for a week to schedule. I left 4 messages, 1 on a weds, 1 on a Friday, got a call back on Tuesday afternoon and missed the call, called back tuesday afternoon and left message, and left the 4th message Weds morning. I called my referring dr to let her know I was unsuccessful in getting an appointment and made an appointment with another dr. Within a few minutes I heard from Dr. Quintero’s secretary who was EXTREMELY RUDE. Her voicemail clearly states all calls will be returned within 24 hours. For anyone trying to schedule, be aware that it will take you quite some time to reach the rude Viviana.

I called to make an appointment because my Dr. (who is not under my insurance network, but I pay cash), recommended Dr. Quintero. I attempted to schedule an appointment but because she is not in my network, they would not accept me as a cash patient. The receptionist must of had the ability to see my bank account, evidently, and told me it would be too costly. Her response was nah ah, it’s too costly, the tests. Dr. Quintero’s practice came across as uncaring and unprofessional before I even set up the appointment. I am by no means speaking bad about the receptionist, she’s just doing her job. But, it speaks volume about Dr. Quintero.

This place is horrible, staff is rude. They treated my elderly mother horribly when she went. I made sure to have all her papers and made sure with them everything was correct before I let my mom go there and when she gets there, which is a far drive for her, they say they can’t see her and were rude about it. Horrible place! If I could give zero starts I would!

Dr. Quintero is very professional and takes the time to listen to your concerns. She performed a wide variety of tests to find out exactly where the problem was. I am very satisfy with her level of service and professionalism.

Ive been a patient for 3 years, and I find Dr Q to be the most kind, careful, intuitive rheumatologist (or doctor, for that matter) I have ever seen. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Heres what my experience has been for others who may be apprehensive of their first visit: My whole life Ive felt like I have been ill with a flu that i just couldnt shake up until my first appointment here! My mothers always had similar symptoms to me. She first saw Dr.Quintero and her staff whom did some bloodwork revealing she had lupus. The results of my moms diagnosis and the medicines she was prescribed seemed to help her quite a lot! Out of concern my mom suggested I see Dr.Quintero so she could order blood panels on me too which I thought at first seemed unnecessary because I got used to living the sarcasm of sucking it up and pretending to be ok. It got to the point a year and a half ago I felt I had little to no quality to my life due to my chronic pain. I could not shower or bend to pick up a penny, even cook breakfast without locking up in horrible muscular spasms in my abdomen. I could no longer fake it and knew I had to do something, so I decided perhaps indeed I should come see this expert. I had no idea my rheumatological health was indicative of having and suffering the symptoms of systemic lupus as well.. After being prescribed the proper medicines I needed my life has improved beyond greatly. What separates this medical team from any other Ive visited is their ability to hear the patient word the symptoms of their specific diagnosed ailment without crass judgement or the catty it cant happen to someone your age or gender Ive dealt with by many other lead-a-blind drs, nurses, hospital staff, and specialists elsewhere. These days with the ability to confirm with science panels and biology what your most probable diagnoses and what in your situation the best treatment is theres no excuse not to look as in-depth and with as much care and precaution as Dr.Quintero happens to. There is no blatant disregards for patients health with dangerous medicines to compensate pain like other visits Ive had with other doctors and she prefers seeing people stick with what works with them alongside the also helpful pharmaceutical tablets available for an array of sicknesses. In my case this Dr was the first to deem me needy of medical marijuana for the pain of my otherwise uncontrollable condition. All though it may sound like an intimidating initial visit it is not by any means, Dr. Quintero and the list of others she has as staff, and those she recommends as specialists for other things related to rheumatology could not be friendlier more down to earth people. Its obvious to me this Dr. has actually studied and reread her books before practicing from this office! Being able to live with a quality to my life which I had never before felt helps me so immensely! Thank you all a bunch for helping me grip back my life from my illness, and regaining some quality to my life (any for doing all you can for my mom). Its like a miracle that my insurance happens covers this with only a couple dollars co-pay.

First time here, my appointment was scheduled at 10am. Brought new patient forms filled out, it’s 11:04 still waiting in the waiting room. The front desk staff are very unprofessional. They don’t communicate with the patients and are abrupt with their response. The doctor maybe worth the wait, unfortunately, the front staff is the deciding factor weather I return back to see her.

I stood at the front desk waiting for someone to talk to me. The staff is awful. My referral was with my family doctor. Dr. Quinteros secretary could not help me retrieve it...they didnt care that I was there trying to get it. I arrived at 9am, my appointment was at 9:15. At 9:30am Dr. Quinteros secretary told me that she would have to reschedule me. I had been waiting for three months for that appointment, and drove 23 miles. Every times I had an appointment there, I waited a period of almost two hours and saw the doctor for five minutes. A few minutes after I left the office, my family physician called me to let me know they had sent the referral to Dr. Quintero. If the employees had a minimum of interest, they would have had that referral. We patients have no value to doctors...Every time I had a blood test done, no one ever called me to give me the result...not even when I called them and left a message. What is the point of going to a doctor then?

My experience with this clinic is very bad, according to the secretary named Viviana, who by the way is very rude, I do not understand how a Dr. can work with someone who treats patients badly, she just let me speak and they werent taking new patients, not really I recommend neither Dr. nor this clinic they are extremely rude, if I could give them or I would give it to them.
