Dr. Knudson really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease. Dr. Knudson did a great job with my first ever health exam. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Dr. Knudson gets it. From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. I actually liked the doctor, but the office staff does not know what they are doing. I scheduled an appointment for first available appointment because I needed a medication refill. First available was 6 weeks out. I took the appointment and was told they would call me back closer to the appointment date with copay information. 2 days before my appointment I call them and they inform me they dont take my insurance and never have. Now I have to start from scratch making an appointment and wait longer for my medication. It doesn’t seem like knowing what insurance you accept would be asking a lot from a medical establishment?
