I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ojea’s since...2012, I think. I’ve never once left his office and not felt lucky to have found such an intelligent, kind, and pleasant doctor. He is generous with his time, easy to talk to, and is really gifted at communicating things in helpful and creative ways. He also made a minor tweak in the dosage of a medication i’ve been taking for more than half of my life, and the effects have been profound. I was feeling deep appreciation for that very fact a few minutes ago, which is what motivated me to write this review.Oh, cannot fail to mention Juana and Juan, the first two people you’ll see when you walk into the office and also who you’ll talk to on the phone. They’re awesome. Like the Doc, they’re bright and kind. Frankly, the office is filled with smart pleasant people who are really good at their jobs. That’s been my experience. For years now.

The staff is very friendly, cordial, helpful. I feel the Doctor gives me the impression I am the only patient scheduled that day with him. He isnt in a rush just to get an appointment completed.

I have been going to Dr. Ojeas office for over 15 years. He is always amiable and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend Dr. Ojea to anyone. His office staff is always friendly and helpful. I give 5 stars.

I absolutely love this office. Front desk is always friendly, Juan is fantastic, and Dr. Ojea couldnt be more caring. They can generally get you in for an appointment very quickly if need be. I had an issue that I called for and Juan answered my questions on the phone and then Dr. Ojea called me back to check on me after my visit. Dr. Ojea is the kindest, most knowledgeable doctor out there. You are never rushed and he listens thoroughly. It might make him run slightly late but how wonderful to have a doctor not rush you out of his office. My family is truly blessed to have him as a doctor.

Dr Ojea has been my doctor for over 15 years. To me he is the best doctor in town. He listens and spends enough time with the patients to provide the best diagnosis.

I been going to Dr. Ojea for at least five years.You have to leave a voicemail when you need refills on medicine.I left a voicemail for refills in a Friday. Checked Pharmecy on Monday.Nothing was called in. I then called the office, no answer, went to office in person it was locked up.Called back and got the answer service, She told me they are on vacation. Thanks Dr. now I have no antidepressants for a week and a half. This is the second time this has happened.I’ll be changing doctors.

Ive known Dr. Ojea since 1990. I worked with him in the professional arena as a nurse, and chose him as our family physician when my children were young. Hes an excellent, compassionate physician. I trust him with my life, and have referred him to many who are equally as grateful to have him.

I was a patient of Dr. Ojea for more than twenty years. In my last couple of visits, service became a problem. I would arrive early for my appointments but i was not called on time and on one occasion, I was not called at all. That is when I decided to contact Dr. Ojea directly to express my dissatisfaction. He was understanding and asked me to set another appointment. Juan from the front desk called to set the appointment, but when I told him that the time did not work for me, he said he would call me back. Instead, Dr. Ogea called me back and said, We attempted to make an appointment and you didnt accept. So, I have a better idea for you - find another doctor. And, hung up on me.This was a total surprise, unprofessional and can only agree with the other reviewer - the office is a complete joke. They are dishonest and a total liability for Dr. Ojea.

Do not go to this doctor! Save yourself the aggravation and find another practice. Although Dr Ojea seems to be a knowledgeable doctor, the office is an absolute joke. in 3 consecutive appointments in a 3 month period i waited 1 1/2- 2 hours to be seen. I walked out today prior to being seen after 1hr 45 min of waiting. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I spoke to the office manager to express my concerns, her response was find another doctor then. If you want horrible service, complete disregard and lack of respect for your time then make an appointment and pack a snack because you will be waiting. In addition, I was once sitting in the office a year ago in tears with walking pneumonia and was still forced to wait close to 2 hours even though i had an appointment. I cannot express to you enough to find another doctor. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save yourself the aggravation.

Dr. Ojea, Is the most compassionate amazing practitioner I have ever known. He spends time with his patients, it’s evident that he loves what he does, and he treat you with dignity and respect.His staff members treat you with dignity and respect and bend over backwards to accommodate you especially when you’re ill. I am also in the healthcare profession and I will say that he is a gem, one of the last few real Ethical and compassionate doctors.

I love this doctor and all the staff . I have been going there for many years and they have always helped meGetting appointments and anything I might need . Juan and Wanda are the best . The doctor takes he’s time and listens to you and your concerns and helps you find the answers your looking for .

Wonderful experience at Dr. Ojeas. Appointments do not feel rushed at all - a rarity in a doctors office. Dr. Ojea listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions with great compassion. Very knowledgeable and made me feel extremely confident in the level of care he provides.
