Having your teeth cleaned is not high on my enjoyable experiences list. However, my experience at Dr. Rosenblatt’s office is great. His technician is gentle and pleasant. Cautions me that I don’t floss enough (and I don’t). She explained the negatives. His office staff is always very pleasant and ask about family. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Just moved here about 2 years ago. I saw 2 different dentists before a customer told me about Dr.Rossenblatt. So I took her recommendation.. Lets start with the receptionist Courtney. Shes fast ,friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and so helpful. She doesnt waste anytime! And for Florida (the land of the lazy, procrastinating, cant help you do anything customer service)she was a breath of fresh air! She made EVERYTHING EASY!The assistants are through and make you comfortable. My exam was fast but efficient. The doctor is no nonsense and put together a VERY workable treatment plan for me that works with my busy schedule( I own a cafe so I work 7 days a week). GREAT GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS FROM START TO FINISH!

Worst tooth pain imaginable. I called the emergency # someone got back to me as they were driving into work. Explained my situation. Told me get there at 8 when they open. By 815 I was in a chair. I had never even been to this dentist before. By 845 the tooth was extracted and I am pain free. I will now be going here and recommending everyone to see him. Thank you so much!

This was my first visit to Dr. Rosenblatt’s office and it was outstanding. The service is terrific and I felt very comfortable with them. They did a thorough exam and cleaning and they took their time. If you want a more attentive office and to be treated like a VIP instead of just a number, than I would highly recommend this office.

I was a little anxious about my visit because of the pandemic. When I arrived all my fears were gone. I was greeted at the door by Valerie. She asked me a series of health questions and took my temperature I felt totally relaxed.The office was up to snuff for infection control. Never thought I’d say this about a dentist’s office, but what a wonderful experience! I was able to schedule my initial appointment for the next business day. The receptionists are kind, answered all of my questions over the phone, and made sure I was ready for my appointment. The day of, covid safety measures were great and made me feel safe: door locked so I was greeted with a temperature check and hand sanitizer, face masks required, seating spaced apart. The hygienist and assistant were very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout my experience with my x-rays and cleaning. My consultation with Dr. Rosenblatt was nice and direct so I felt on board with the next steps. Two days later, I came back for my fillings and Dr. Rosenblatt did not disappoint! Efficient, careful, friendly, and informative. I would highly recommend this office. I had a very positive experience. I wish I got all of your names, but thank you to the whole team.

So. . . The Dentist. . . No one wants to even hear those words i think but it had been awhile since I took care of my teeth and I was worried. Rosenblatt was professional and pretty cool but I got a girl named Sylvia. She was super sweet and professional. I ended up needing a deep cleaning which was even more scary but she really took care of me amd came up with a good treatment plan to get my teeth and guns healthy and did a great job without hurting me or being careless or wreckless. Also I like that I stayed with her the whole time, I wasnt getting passed around with 3 different peoples hands in my mouth. O and also the Lady at the front im mad I forgot her name but she was super sweet as well. All around i couldnt be happier and no they didnt pay me and it was my first visit.

I started coming here in 2010 (?) for cleanings and also had my bridge done here. I hadn’t been here for years until today. They got me in the same day for x-rays and exam. I went to another dentist that was closer to my house a year ago and never went back. As soon as I started having tooth pain, I knew I needed to call Dr. Rosenblatt’s office. I trust his knowledge and recommendations over any other dentist and also remembered the welcoming feeling I always had when I went there.The staff is just wonderful and so personable. Courtney even remembered me from YEARS ago when I walked in! And Chante was very great with welcoming me and taking my x-rays.I’m in the dental field now as well and I set the bar HIGH for “dental experiences”. This office is excellent. Clean, thorough, friendly, and professional. I have recommended them to friends even during the years I was not coming in and I will continue to do so when someone needs a general dentist. I will never go to another dentist again.

I went yesterday to see the dentist for a cleaning feeling nervous due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I called in the morning to ask if the dental hygienists would be wearing face shields, I was told they were. When I was greeted by my dental hygienist, I quickly noticed that she was only wearing a paper face mask that was sitting below her nose (obviously the incorrect way to wear it). I followed her into the room assuming shed put on a shield and fix her mask when it was time to get started. As I realized she didnt have a shield on her, I asked Youre going to put a shield on before you clean me right? in which she replied, No I dont wear one because I take care of myself When I told her that I would only be comfortable with her cleaning my teeth if she wore one she said its hard to see in a face shield and that it only protects her so I shouldnt care. When I explained to her that I work in marketing in healthcare and know for a fact that a shield would protect me too, she gave me attitude and told me she would try to borrow a shield from another hygienist. I did ask to see another hygienist and she told me that there was no one else. THEN, as I sat thinking that the only way I would go through with the cleaning would be if she were to get a face shield, she tells me The whole science thing with COVID doesnt add up. I went to school for science, and the whole science behind the protocol doesnt add up. If it did, they wouldnt have air dyers in bathrooms. I then said, Are you telling me you dont think the science behind COVID and stopping the spread is real? and she said yes Im saying the science doesnt add up.I then got out of my chair and said I am not getting my cleaning tonight. When I walked to the front lobby to tell them what happened she started saying that I left because I didnt want my xrays done. I quickly explained that wasnt true and when I was saying what happened she said to stick to marketing and was about to say F*** you (she started saying it then quickly stormed off.I then had a conversation with the dentist who didnt seem to be surprised or very concerned about what happened. I explained that if people in hair salons wear shields shouldnt the woman about to go inside of my mouth with her hands and have her face over mine?!! They then apologized and handed me a $5 dunkin donuts gift card to buy a cup of coffee on them.I am disgusted and appalled that I wasnt told it was unacceptable that the hygienist wasnt wearing a mask and unacceptable that this happened. It is CLEAR that face shields arent mandated here. In fact, its clear they dont even care if the mask covers the hygienists nose.

Yes, I was sent to a collection agency after a year and a half from service, for a service that you guys told me that was covered by the insurance. I had no choice to decide if I actually wanted or not that service (the service is tissue repair after a tooth removal). I did pay cash for the bone replacement which I knew that was not covered. I called for explanation I and all I was said that all I had to do is to talk to the collection agency which by the way I paid because I do not want to be in trouble.in addition, I called my insurance Cigna, and they told me this procedure is not supposed to be done in the same day of the tooth removal, and that is why they did not pay for it. I am really disappointed with the service and the way I received answers by calling your office. I am still moving forward with my insurance and want to go deeper in this even though I paid the full amount of money.

I used to go to this office 5 years ago. All was OK then. Moved back to Florida from Georgia and set up an appointment. Because Im on Medicare and dont have dental insurance, I was told I can get a full exam and cleaning for $95.00. They started doing this gum test and the doctor came in and checked my teeth. Everything was Ok except they said I need a deep cleaning for approximately $1200 dollars. I told them I couldnt afford that right now. I said lets just do a regular cleaning and Ill let them know about the other. He told me I cant get a cleaning unless I did the deep cleaning first. So I had to go to another dentist to get my teeth cleanedVery upset @

Id like to give the Rosenblatt group 5 stars since the cleaning was more than satisfactory, but I was caught by surprise when I received a bill in the mail with an unexpected balance. Turns out that I was charged for a fluoride wash that wasnt covered by my dental insurance. I wasnt made aware of the extra cost beforehand, so that I could decide whether I wanted it or not. I think it only appropriate and reasonable to be informed of any hidden costs to prevent a situation like this from occurring. Wouldnt you agree? When youre pinching pennies, everything matters.

Kristen did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough and told me better ways to improve my home care. She also put fluoride varnish on my teeth that helped with my sensitivity.

I receive a flyer in the mail stating New Patient Special $99 Exam, Cleaning & X-Rays they did the X-rays and Exam but did not do the cleaning. They wanted to do a deep cleaning for $1070.00. Stating that I have Periodontal Disease I got a second opinion elsewhere and I do not have periodontal disease and they perform a basic cleaning which all I needed.

My experience with Dr. Rosenblatt and his dental practice could not have been better. From my initial call to set up an appointment for a cleaning and exam, to the delivery of a new crown just three weeks later, everything was perfect.I was initially greeted by Yvette and Courtney at the front desk. They were both very friendly and made me feel welcomed as a new patient.Next I met my hygienist, Sylvia, who started off by giving me a tour of the facility, which was very clean and well equipped with all the latest technology. Next, she took a full set of digital x-rays, evaluated the health of my gums and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. She was very friendly, very professional and made me feel comfortable through out the process.Finally, I got to meet Dr. Rosenblatt who unfortunately had to inform me that one of my teeth was cracked and that the only way to fix it was with a crown. Even though I didn’t like the news, I very much appreciate the fact that he took the time to show me a photo of the cracked tooth on a large screen TV and explain why it could not be repaired by simply replacing the large silver filling that had been there for many years.When I arrived for my next visit, I met Dr. Rosenblatt dental assistant, Chante. Like everyone I met on my first visit, Chante was very friendly and professional as well. She was also very good at her job and worked extremely well with the doctor. With two them in the room, I definitely felt like I was in good hands.Of course the real star of the show was Dr. Rosenblatt himself. I’ve been to many dentists over the years and I can honestly say that none of them were nearly as good as he is. My new crown fits perfectly and the whole process was completely painless.It is obvious that Dr. Rosenblatt keeps up with the latest dental techniques and does everything possible to provide his patients with best possible care.I am so glad that I found this practice!
