Dr. Mote is an exceptional chiropractor who listens to my concerns and addresses them each visit. I always feel much better after each visit. Office staff is wonderful and flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend this location.

I sustained debilitating injuries to my neck, shoulder, spine, lower back, and legs due to a bad car accident. My quality of life was a 10+ and went down to a 1. The expertise of Dr. Mote and his extraordinary team has helped me tremendously. The entire staff dedicates themselves to my well-being. My therapist, Yenifer, is amazing. She understands physiology so well, that she knows exactly what I am feeling and how to remedy it. While PT is work, I sincerely look forward to each of my sessions, as Yenifer, Sam, Alex, Karen, Sarah...make you feel like family. Its a great patient experience. Mote Wellness is a beautiful facility with wonderful people working to serve you. Everyone that is working there I could now call a friend. They have helped me so much in my recovery from an accident. The employees are so friendly and attend to all your needs. Dr Mote is a great man, he is very thorough and explains to you everything you have going on. His chiropractic care is also excellent. Brandon is my pt a majority of the time and he is fantastic. He is Always pushing me to get better and genuinely cares. JP is always great and helps with the stem and heat after my therapy. Such great staff and happy people. Recently I was experiencing some debilitating neck pain so I visited Dr. Mote at Mote Wellness and Rehab. I arrived at 9:30 and promptly taken back to explain the problem I was having with the doctor. After a consultation and a schedule of therapy within three days I was feeling great and had much better range of motion in my neck. Thank you to the friendly staff and impressive cleanliness of the facility I will never go anywhere else!

Our son is in Marching Band and wears a harness for his snare drum. After long hours of practice and competitions his back hurt and we went and had a tests done. Found out he had a slight bulging disk and the harness and weight of the snare were compress the disk. Long story short, Dr. Mote helped ease the tension and fast. In the first session alone our son (against docs orders) marched the show at the football game. It was the only 3 minutes he had the harness on. The rest of the time he used a stand. His Band Mates made sure he had plenty of ice for his back. I can say this, Dr Mote has the very best interest for his patience which are more like family. You are not just a folder or a piece of paper when you come through those doors. You are a person and are treated as such.

I was in an accident and I had to come here for evaluation and therapy. Such an outstanding place! Beautiful facility, friendly attentive staff, great hours for people who need to come after or before work, telehealth visits were great due to Covid-19. I cant say enough positive things about my experience here. I feel great and I know that if I need anything I can always come back here for services.

Mote Wellness and Rehab was by far one of the best places I have attended for physical therapy. Lets start with the young ladies at the front desk they were very professional and polite. I attended therapy for six months and I cannot recall one time I walked into that building and wasnt greeted with a smile and by my name. I dealt with three therapist during those six months and though they each had their own style of doing therapy they were all very personable and knowledgeable of my injuries. They challenged and pushed me to do things that I didnt think I could do but with their help and encouragement I did it! Dr. Mote was also very hands-on which was a great thing but very shocking to me. I have been to several Rehabs and cannot recall ever seeing the Dr himself in the facility let alone sitting in the room talking with me. This was an all around pleasant facility! If I ever have to do physical therapy again (Im praying I dont) I would most definitely return to Mote Wellness and Rehab. 👍🏽👍🏽

Mote Wellness & Rehab is by far the best rehabilitation facility in Palm Beach County. I had my first visit with Dr. Mote today. I must say that I found him and his staff very nice and professional. Dr. Mote took the time to talk to me to understand my problems, which means a lot to me. We did the treatment and he gave me a little adjustment which actually gave me some pain relief in my neck (thank you Dr. Mote for that). Everything went great until checkout. For some reason they wanted me to sign a super-bill accepting the fees on the super-bill. I told them i have BCBS PPO please submit the claim and I will pay my responsibility. They made up a story that I need to sign this super-bill in-order for them to submit it to the insurance company. As someone who has personally billed 100,000s of claims to medical insurance over the past 13 years I knew this is not true. At that point the entire staff was getting angry with me and even Dr. Mote came over to explain why i need to sign the super-bill. I was really shocked by this as all they need to do is submit the claim to BCBS to get paid. They turned it into this big unprofessional event trying to force my signature on their super-bill. By the end of it I felt not welcomed anymore and I did not deserve this unnecessary and unwanted stress for using my health insurance. I wanted to make a follow up appointment for Friday but after all this it was obvious in my opinion that they dont care about my treatment or following the rules of a BCBS contracted provider. In my opinion, all they cared about was getting my signature on their super-bill accepting their fees so they could balance bill me. Im going to call BCBS and report this as its against the doctors contract to try and force fees on the patient for services thats covered by the insurance in an attempt to balance bill the patient.2/26/20 Response to Adriana:Adriana, from the patients point of view when you ask a patient who is using insurance to sign a form accepting the offices fees for the service provided that day you are trying to balance bill the patient. I agree its good to be transparent with patients on your cash price for services but for someone using insurance you cant ask them to sign a form approving the offices fees for that date of service. From the patients point of view its like you are trying to get paid once from the insurance company and again from the patient.What i feel the right way to handle a situation like this is to bill the patients insurance and collect the amount due per the patients policy. Telling the patient they need to sign your form accepting your office fees for every visit if they want to be a patient of the practice is against BCBS policy and is unethical in my opinion.

I treated with 2 different medical facilities without much help. Then I found Dr. Motes facility which was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and completely resolved my pain and weakness.

As a doctor treating Sports Injuries, arthritis and pain I referred to many Physical therapy centers over the past 17 years. I learned firsthand Dr. Motes is one of the best when I ruptured my achilles tendon and had surgery july 2017. Dr. Motes front desk staff is very friendly .My post surgical rehab with SAm and Christy was excellent. Sam in particular was amazing. Very professional, great hands on massage techniques, good personality and was exactly as aggressive as he needed to be. He helped me get back on my feet without pain and helped decrease swelling and improve strength. I have been referring patients there for past 8 years and now even more given my personal experience with his office.

June 2, 2014Dr. Mote & Staff,We wanted to write and thank you for the physical therapy care you provided Marlette and I for 14 months starting in January 2013.Our lives were considerably altered on October 19, 2012 when we were rear-ended, resulting in significant injury to both of us.Initially, we were referred to another chiropractic office in Boynton Beach. Since we had previously experienced good chiropractic care while living in Colorado, we recognized right away that this was not the level of treatment we needed. Our doctor’s office then referred us to Mote Wellness & Rehab in Boynton Beach.We knew immediately that we were in good hands. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The office staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The therapists were knowledgeable, professional, caring and gentle, continuously challenging us forward to achieve the most from our therapy.Dr. Mote stayed engaged and monitored our progress along the way. In our case, he noticed that we were having more difficulty and pain than we should. He recommended we see another specialist that resulted in a further MRI being done revealing the source of the problem for Marlette to be in her hip. A MRI revealed that I had a torn rotator cuff, which was the source of much of the pain in my neck and shoulder.We could not be more pleased with the total experience we had from Mote Wellness & Rehab.Unfortunately we moved further north just prior to me having rotator cuff surgery. The distance to drive and continue with Mote Wellness & Rehab was no longer feasible. I had to continue rehab of my shoulder at another facility.
