I have issues that I would like addressed at the next scheduled open association meeting. I have brought one specific issue to the attention of the front office management with a less than accommodating response. The basic issue is how some of our HOA funds are being spent, or possibly misspent.

JANICE FLORES, the assistant general manager, is rude. She is bossy, impolite, scolding clients although she’s wrong. I provided document to show she was wrong and she did not even bother to apologize. Her attitude is like she owns your house and you’re obliged to her. I sold my house due to rude management.By the way, I contacted Elan Vaknine, the general manager, to complain about Janice Flores. I asked him to review the phone recordings. Mr Vaknine was kind but it caught my attention that he was not apologetic for Janice’s attitude 🤔🧐Stay away…

Lived here for more than 8 years. Great place to live .Many amenities cafe on premise.

Horrible place to live. The management is super super sour. If you want added stress move here. You literally get fines all day, the HOA are like parking meter maids. The worst attitude ever, I have major regret buying here. Ask the residents first. If you have a package delivered while you are away, that is a fine. If you bike with your kids in the parking lot it is a fine. If you breathe it is a fine. If you show up to the HOA door and knock without knowing if they are open it is a fine. Do yourself a HUGE favor and literally move anywhere else.

Pros:Good safe place with modern clubhouse and all of its updated amenities.Cons:To high maintenance fees, management could be friendlier, was Previously 55+ community which makes you not most wanted person on the block or by the pool.

The absolute worst. Management is verbally abusive and literally have the worst attitudes ever. If you are under 55, trust me dont come here. Pool is never open, and if you have kids you will be eyed the whole time by the elderly. If you have kids you will be closely scrutinized and will be extremely stressful. The place is very outdated as well and has a horrible stench. The locks are from the 60s. I believe this place may have been the Go-TO place in 1960 but has not been touched since. If you have kids, or are under 75, RUNNNNNNN.

The Platina is beautiful and a well maintained 55+ gated community. I was impressed with the design and decor of the clubhouse, the theater, the cafe, sthe outdoor pool and snack bar, etc., and the variety of classes and activities this community has. Highly recommended if youre looking to buy.
