This facility is beautiful, extremely clean and the staff is exceptional! The receptionist, Jessie and general manager, TJ were very welcoming and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone. Very impressed!

This treatment center is very professional at every level. From the billing coordinator through case work, therapist, and administration the staff was informative, patient, and responsive to my concerns. In particular my situation required treatment for SLA (sex and love addiction) in addition to standard substance abuse. Once this was established as a separate concern, Immersion brought in specialists to provide the specific therapy that was needed. IT was substituted for some of the regular groups. SLA is not well understood yet in the Addiction world, and in this case it was the piece that had been missing from years of otherwise comprehensive treatment. In addition, Residential Treatment is followed by options for Partial Hospitalization and Individual Outpatient therapy for a 90 day stay that includes transitioning back to the community. Immersions model is based on the 12 step program, which is what most people need to be successful in Recovery. THey are watching and listening very carefully to each person to understand what that persons specific barriers are to achieving Sobriety and then living in Recovery. That is how the treatment is individualized; everyones barriers and resistances are based in different life histories. I agree with an earlier reviewer who said 5 stars is not enough to convey the benefits that Immersion has to offer beyond the standard fare

This place is a life saver. They know what they are doing there. Facility is ran beautifully. Treatment team really cares about the people there. 10 out of 10.

After being in 30 previous treatment centers, I can honestly say none of them compare to Immersion. The way they blend clinical support with the focus on the 12 steps of AA has helped me get my life back. They also will coach and help you through life problems and help with different tasks. Immersion saved my life.
