Harm reduction center is seriously the most amazing program I have ever been too. To anyone struggling or anyone that knows someone that’s struggling with addiction, this is the most amazing rehabilitation center. Their staff genuinely goes above and beyond for each and every client. Their facility is beautiful, the staff is amazing. I want to specifically shout out Justin C and Matt M. These guys saved my life, amongst many others. The level of care that this place provides is top class. Other rehabs I’ve went too should all learn from Harm Reduction Center. anyone struggling, don’t wait, Harc will literally put you in the path to a life beyond your wildest dreams. Harc has been the best recovery experience I have ever had, the staff has been amazing especially Samantha the alumni coordinator, she has been nothing but supportive and inspiring for me and my recovery she is a huge part of this process and I am so thankful she is there, and Suzi the tech at housing has been a huge part of my recovery as well, the amount of support and community that this place has is fantastic, any issues IV had have been taken care of immediately and I could not be more thankful for this place

As the only sibling of a dear loved one suffering with substance abuse disorder, it is with great pleasure that I share what a positive impact HARC has had on my family. My brother first arrived at HARC in May. After a relapse and a desired change of setting, he recently found his way back to HARC when seeking the close care, individualized treatment, and family involvement that he couldn’t find at any other facilities in the area. My brothers therapist calls me once a week to check in with me and answer any questions I may have. The therapy team is truly phenomenal and the medical staff has treated my brother’s medical issues as their first priority, doing whatever necessary to expedite his doctors appointments and provide him with transportation. The program director, Jared, made it a priority to make sure that my brother and the other residents were set up with a wonderful Christmas dinner so that they could celebrate their achievements together during what must have been a difficult holiday for them being away from their families. I’m so grateful to be able to sleep at night knowing that my brother is receiving the most exceptional care possible during such a challenging time in his life.

ZERO STARS! This place is a complete joke! They only care about your money. They don’t care about your loved ones. Since y’all are now ignoring my questions I will hire an attorney! I’m done with y’all! Y’all are so shady.. we need answers that y’all simply do not care enough about.. we need closure.. because of y’all my son lost his father!! I have had the pleasure of touring Harms facility and am extremely impressed. The faculty are professional and kind. After touring and learning how Harm operates and doing my due diligence have a very close friend in the process of being admitted. Thank you for all of your help and guidance

My brother died while in their care almost 3 weeks ago. They are unwilling to release all medical records, won’t return calls, and still have not returned his items which includes a car. We are devastated to say the least . This is an unbelievable pain to have to worry about on top of our loss. I’m so sorry y’all were in network with his insurance, another place any place may have saved him. I’m truly in agreement with prior reviews, y’all are in it for the money. Shame on you and God bless you all .

Unfortunately I have been in and out of many facilities down here in south Florida and Harm reduction is most definitely the best all around program I’ve attended. From a clinical standpoint, all of the staff here cares and provides you with everything you need to be successful. The housing IS the nicest I have ever had the pleasure of living in. If anyone you know is struggling this is without a doubt the only program I would recommend to ensure safe, quality care.

When it comes to client care and cutting edge treatment this facility is leading the pack. The staff is beyond friendly and each person here has displayed that their primary purpose is to see each and every client succeed. Everyone had a “can do” attitude and did not hesitate to assist in any way, shape, or form. The best part of the being here was the laughter and the feeling of being apart of something that felt quite like family.

As a recent former patient of the Harm Reduction Center electing to review on his own experiences here; I cannot magnify the significance greatly enough of how this facility changed my life. Harm Reduction Center employs a young staff that is truly invested in the care and recovery of the client, that can truly relate and identify with many of the challenges and struggles clients are facing. The staff is proactive in fostering a relationship with each and every client and exceeds expectations around the clock. The therapists are top-notch and deliver many different types of techniques of treatment to encompass a successful recovery routine as not to get monotonous. The facility is new, and extremely clean. The environment is as calm and stress free as can be in early recovery. This is not just another rehab facility; the staff here TRULY cares about your recovery and well being. The CEO and top administration will likely be seen having lunch with clients and just checking on the well being of clients daily; that is just how this center operates. No one is overlooked at HARC; every one is top priority. If youre tired, let them help.

I have been to a few treatment facilities in South Florida, Harm Reduction has been by far my best experience! The staff here are AMAZING!!!!! They treat you as a real person not a $ sign. Sadly ill be leaving here tomorrow and i will miss it but its time to continue on with my recoveryThank you to all the staff for all you have done and for putting up with me lol!!!

State of the art institution. The staff is spectacular from the techs to admissions to clinical. Really great facility! Focuses on many different aspects of recovery that I have not encountered from other facilities. My cousin died in their care (or lack there of) due to their extreme gross negligence. I am appalled at how they treat their patients and even more disgusted about how they treat grieving families. They are refusing to release records and personal belongings, including a car. If not for my cousins sake but for the sake of your loved one, pick anywhere else.

The staff was wonderful! Everyone was extremely kind and professional, and the facility is really nice. The therapists were so helpful and in general I just had a great experience! Highly recommend!

The Harm Reduction is at the top of their class. A young & energetic staff that is there for you at all times. Some of the best facilities i’ve encountered so far. I would highly recommend the Harm Reduction Center for anybody trying to make a positive change!

Well intentioned staff overall. New facility, at the time this review was written it had been open a little over a year. Went here with my girlfriend, wasnt made aware of couple rooms. when we were admitted (at the same time, on the same day) and didnt mention we were a couple and were not allowed to get a room together after being assigned separate rooms first. We were consistently looked upon as not a real couple because of this. The groups are sub-par. Between making clay objects and smoke breaks, there isnt much else of any substance. Good potential for this place, but the fact my girlfriend and I were looked down upon and treated a certain way because we werent aware of the couples rooms and mentioned it after brings down my review substantially. Also, the medical staff at HARC is better than it was my first time, but still odd in their allowance of certain medications at certain doses while other medications they dont allow. Make sure before you admit while on MAT they will allow you to stay at the dose you wish (when I went I wasnt allowed over 8mg of Suboxone, when 12mg is what managed my cravings.) I wasnt made aware of this before coming. Changes in clinical and medical have already been made more than once, in under a year. HARC has room to grow, if run correctly.

This place is gorgeous! Getting on a plane coming to Florida is scary but Im so glad I chose this place! The owner is in recovery himself and is a very humble man who is hands-on in the day-to-day operations. All of the other staff is amazing too and also in recovery. Im happy I chose HARC because I felt like family since day 1. They supplied me with the tools to get sober and clean but most importantly provided me with confidence to remain sober and clean! I would leave 10 stars if I could, I highley recommend!

HARC has been such a wonderful experience for me from the moment I walked in the doors. The staff is amazing! 6 month update: My life hasn’t honestly been this good since before I can remember. I was a junkie for 10 years. Constantly in and out of rehabs, half way houses, and detoxes. I’d get out of whatever program I was in, last a couple of days, and end up relapsing. Today I have an amazing job, money saved away, my own apartment, and most importantly I’m not killing my friends and family. They’re all genuinely happy to see me now. I swear, HARC absolutely changed my life for the better. Best treatment center hands down.Was one of HARC’s first clients when they had opened up there treatment center. And this place has without a doubt helped turn my life around. I’ve been to 9 different treatment facilities prior, and I can honestly say I have never been as happy and as productive as I am here. Harm Reduction Center really gives you the tools and skills necessary to stay clean in the real world. And each staff member at the center actually cares about you, it’s more than just a paycheck for them. Which, as a client, really helps you grow knowing that they’ll go to bat to help you. Overall I have literally never been to a treatment center as absolutely amazing as HARC.

HARC is by far the most helpful, and highest quantity treatment center I have been to. And even though Im not proud of it, trust me, Ive been to enough of them to say that their treatment team is here for my best interests. I would absolutely recommend this place to even my own family member if they needed treatment. The staff are also recovered addicts who are there if ever you need someone to talk to. Whether it be 7 in the morning or 11 at night, they will listen, and help you through whatever youre going through. I went from php to iop to OP, and successfully discharged. This time it stuck with me. I now have over a year sober. I couldnt get a month beforehand. The medical team is also very professional and will assist in any way they can. HARC saved my life... It can save yours too!

They are all about the money all they want is to charge your insurance they do not care about their clients they have let people got get high once and then kick me and my boyfriend out for a false positive for drugs I’ve never even done in my life one of the house managers told the client that they could smoke weed just not on the property the housing is not clean if I were you I would not come hereIt’s crooked and it’s all insurance gameIf I could give them zero stars I would I never even saw the results for the supposedly positive test
