Dr. Goodman was great as always. Have not been there for several years but she remembered me. Spent plenty of time looking for issues and discussing things to do to help. Wasnt one of those , well we got your money now leave visits. They really cared!

Dr. Goodman was great. She explained to me my c-rays and showed me exactly what was causing my issues. She explained the steps and care that I needed to do to recover. Additionally, they were able to get me in quickly. Overall great experience!Thanks Dr. G!

I had great experience at NWO Orthopedics and Sports Medicines. All the staff members were great and friendly. Dr. Goodman was very friendly. Explained what I had and what needed to be done so I can get heeled and get better.

Directions to the facility were inaccurate on Google, so I was a little later than I expected to be. The address is Klotz Road and the building is actually on East Gypsy Lane Road. Once I was registered at the kiosk I was able to complete my new patient paperwork and be seen by the doctor. The staff seemed nice and professional. The facility itself was clean and well run. Overall, it was a good experience. Not great, just good.

The check-in process for new patients was made easy by the staff and a computerized check-in system. The therapist I have is very friendly and knowledgeable, and if an exercise made me hurt he picked another one that would work the same area. The exercises I was given were actually enjoyable and very doable at home, and the ones I was given were on a patient portal I could go to if I needed to refresh my memory on how to do them. I actually enjoy going as I know my therapist shares they goals for myself. If I ever need more therapy, this will be the place I go.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; the doctor took her time; I felt understood my issues and offered recommendations to help.

Place is very clean all the staff where very friendly. Dr was very friendly and took her time to explain everything to me and did great at taking care of my issue and not feel like Im being rushed out.

The staff here is great! They really care about making sure you are getting stronger with each session. Love the variety of exercises they come up with.

What a great experience! Id been in pain for over a year and my PCP recommended NWO for Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery.The surgery center was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly. I healed quickly and Im back at work less than 2 weeks later.

Ive been a NWO patient since I was 13 years old and have never been disappointed in the care I received. Ive had 3 surgeries by Dr. Brian Hecht and 1 by Dr. Michael Tremains. I see Dr. Angie Goodman for Podiatry in the Bowling green office who has provided me with orthotics that help so much! Dr. Jeffrey Noftz and Nancy Martin, APRN-CNP for family medicine along with my daughter and husband, they take the time to actually listen to you and dont rush you out the door. Heather Heck is an amazing Chiropractor in Findlay location and has helped me since I was in highschool as a gymnast and during pregnancy. The therapy department has helped me alot too. The staff is always so kind and helpful. My family and I will continue to be patients and refer our friends.

After several visits to different podiatrist over the years, Dr. Goodman is the best I have encountered. Any issues for follow up care are dealt with immediately,,and has actually called me a couple of times, not staff, but her personally. I highly recommend her, staff is also good

Explain where you are located. Tell people your entrance is off Gypsy Lane. Would also send out paperwork in advance of first appointment. Paperwork is lengthy and repetitive. Actual appointment and staff were great.

NWO BG office squeezed me in on Monday for x-rays and then squeezed me in to see Dr. Tremains on Tuesday. I was so appreciative of their efforts to help with my shoulder that I injured in a fall and which was very painful. I was very satisfied with everyones efforts on my behalf!!

I have been seeing Nancy and Dr. Noftz for years. They are great. They usually get you in quick when theres a problem and are thorough. I drive from Toledo to see them because they know me as an individual and know my complicated medical history. I love this office.

Doctor was very informative on what he wanted to look for in getting to the bottom of my concerns. Hopefully he isn’t correct on what he’s looking into but whatever the outcome I feel he was concerned for my welfare.

We have always been very happy with Dr. Tremains and NWO. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to his patients. Just about my whole family has needed him at one time or another and he has taken excellent care of us all!

Everyone has been great and informed me of my injury and how I can heal. I learned a lot and feel better. The staff is very friendly.But I have a bill. I thought I made arrangements to pay. When I went to check out, the person told me that I could not make another appointment until I made payment arrangements, However, the Findlay office said I had to give them a credit card number and autopay to be considered as a payment arrangement. I made the point that I cannot see the doctor unless i give my credit card information. They notated my account saying that I will pay monthly with the threat that my account will go to collections if I miss a payment. I have been paying something every time I walk into the office.
