I could give zero stars, I called this place and had a very serious and SIMPLE question, how booked up are your neck ultrasound people, because my PCP was not answering his phone and I was going to try to get a referral from someone else, any time they dont want my business any more than to SMART OFF LIKE A CHILD AND HANG UP THE PHONE, they can keep it!!!!

Friendly helpful staff

As a 53 year old, I have had MRIs performed on me before today at KY Imaging. It has been my experience that the techs always insure that one is as safe and comfortable as humanly and professionally possible... And such was the case this morning upon my 1st attempt to have an MRI. As I was put in the tube; although never before claustrophobic, I quickly discovered such could develop late in life. At this discovery I was treated well upon my freak out, and was quickly removed from the machine in a panic. The tech, her name is Sarah, was absolutely very professional, and sympathetic even to the point of placating and showing me their Open MRI...and beseeching me as to whether I felt I could forego even it! She was lovely! Looking at it and being treated so well I thought for sure I could... But I couldnt. Couldnt hear just how much louder the OPEN MRI is, nor was I warned accurately JUST how much longer it would take! (Sarah had said it would be a little longer not 35 mins long!..Nor was she able to know how uncomfortable & neglected I was to be treated by the replacement tech later that day. I was in incompetent hands to say the least...I was sweating due to how hot I was, was not talked to while in the tube, and then lied to by the tech who claimes she told me how long each noise assault would be. I went in to the machine expecting success, but now know I WILL NEVER COMPLETE MY 2ND MRI WITHOUT FULL SEDATION... Sedation....Wish anyone would have told me upon my 1st claustrophobic freak out that I COULD BE SEDATED... And KY IMAGING, PLEASE look into how long I was in that machine because it was not a little longer and about 20something minutes as 1st warned by tech Sarah...and furthermore perhaps all sessions should be recorded so you will know I was told the 1st ten minutes and not talked to until I was told ok we got it...I still require my kneck MRIs...VERY TRULY,I RATHER DIE THAN again go through such neglect...

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING THIS OFFICE!The Good:We experienced great service at this office. The staff were friendly and very professional. We were in and out very quickly.The Bad:At the recommendation of our pediatrician, we took our child here for a single x-ray to determine whether he had a broken bone. The policy of this organization is to bill the x-ray as an outpatient procedure. This policy results in charges 6 times higher than the walk-in orthopedic clinic in town (our child has been accident prone this year). When we asked why an x-ray was billed as an outpatient procedure, we were told that it was billed according to the policy of Med Center Health and there was nothing that could be done. We are extremely disappointed in this inflexible policy that favors excessive pricing over patient satisfaction.While I understand that every patients situation may be different, I feel that sharing this experience may help prevent others from dealing with an excessively high bill for a simple service rendered.I hope the owners of this business will consider working with their conglomerate to provide a more flexible and common sense approach to billing for simple services that dont drain the wallets of their patients. My rating takes into account both our experience with the staff and with Western Kentucky Diagnostic Imagings billing practices.

I had an early appointment and had 2 different test done and was done within an hour. Great staff very friendly. Very clean

I have used this place for just all of my imaging needs.The staff is great and make ou as comfortable as possible during the testing.
