Most of the staff was rude and unhelpful. They brushed away most of my concerns with my family members health issue. The only nice people I encountered was an RN named Stephanie and a Registration clerk named Rachel. Thank you so much to those ladies for treating us like people and not a burden!

The medical center has too many elegant doctors who believe they dont have to do test to ensure them being accurate. I have been battling them for the last three years with treating my wife good. They have gave my wife a big hassle to get her medicine. They told her they cant do anything for her. They also leaked my phone number and I got harrassed by someone claiming to be from the medical center and threatening to do harm to me. If they treat everyone like this its a wonder they even stay open!

Hands down worst medical experience in my life. Showed up with a colitis flare, 10/10 worst pain in my entire life. Multiple people were seen while I was in the lobby curled up in the fetal position crying for help. Waited for over 2 hours before I decided to just go home and suffer rather than in a waiting room. Avoid this place like the plague, they are in absolute shambles since all the layoffs with the covid vaccine. BE WARNED.

Emergency (a.k.a. oh are you still alive????) ROOM. IS A JOKE. I dont like to be one that complains about places like this. I have taken a few different people over the last few years and never waited under 4 hours. Right at this moment im at 6 1/2 hours and counting. And this has been way before Covid.

Unless youre deathly sick or severely injured dont bother going during night shift. Got told flat out that our 2 hour wait wasnt anything because theyve had 5 and 6 hour waits all night. Reason for long wait is theres a blue billion nurses and 1 doctor for the whole er. Only reason we got seen was because we got up to leave and the nurse went and got the doctor and when he came with his lovely attitude that we were a level 4 and not important looked my wife over and left

They fire heroes for not getting a MANDATORY vaccine that has been proven to be ineffective and have side effects sometimes deadly.... Avoid this prison of a hospital

If I could give negative stars I would. Sitting here in waiting room for 6 hours and counting with a senior is not a good way to run a ER. Very unsatisfied with this hospital and the way of getting treatment.

I had a terrible experience with the emergency room. Got there at 11:30 pm with chest pain. I was tested and put back in the waiting room. I waited until 4 am before being putt in a examination room. I waited until 5:45 am when the doctor came in. Told me he ordered more blood test. I got up and left at 6 am. 6.5 hour was long enough.

I understand that ERs are usually busy, but they shouldn’t forget about their patients. I went to this ER on Sunday and they didn’t listen to me about having a possible kidney infection. They gave me an antibiotic that made the infection significantly worse. So, I went back yesterday. I came in around 10 am. I was there for about an hour, and the only person who came in was a nurse to register me in the system. I hadn’t eaten or drank anything yet so I was on the verge of passing out. I waited another 30 minutes and asked a nurse outside my room when doctor would be in because I was going to pass out from lack of food and water. The nurse SHRUGGED and scoffed then went back to her computer. The nurse next to her said they weren’t able to give me any food or water until the doctor saw me. I understand that because some procedures require that. I asked for an estimate of when the doctor would be there and she said “Shortly.” They then moved me to “rapid” assessment. An hour after I was moved there they finally asked me for a urine sample. They didn’t collect the urine sample until 30 minutes later. Then maybe 45 minutes after that the doctor finally comes in and says “Figured I’d come in and talk to you so you don’t feel like we forgot about you!” That is, in fact, exactly what I thought. She talks to me about my symptoms for a maximum of 2 minutes then leaves. I get up to ask a nurse if I’m allowed to eat or drink because I was going to pass out soon. Maybe 15 minutes later another nurse tells me I can drink water. An hour later another nurse comes in and gives me the antibiotic shot, and tells me I’m going to leave in about 20 minutes. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER I get up to ask a nurse why I’ve been waiting so long. Naturally this nurse wasn’t mine because they were very apologetic and said it was a big problem they forgot to get me to leave. After I left, I hadn’t eaten for so long that as soon as food touched my mouth I vomited. I’m still having issues eating today because of this. I was there for over 6 hours and maybe interacted with nurses and a doctor for a total of 8 minutes.

I have visited twice. Both times the service was exceptional. The staff were kind and non-judgmental. The doctor on duty listened and was empathetic towards my needs. I will definitely recommend this facility for emergencies as apposed to other emergency facilities in the area. Thank you for your amazing service.

Worst service Ive ever had at an ER. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hrs before they even took me back. Then sat in a room for an hour and a half without anyone even coming in the room before I walked out almost blind from an accident

My husband walked in on his own not feeling well in the chest area. By afternoon he was in Cath Lab and had two arteries at 99% blockage and the 3rd at 80%. They couldnt believe he walked in on his own and didnt code out. They took very good care of him, kept me informed asking the way. The treated him respectfully, kindly and professionally. Highly recommend this hospital.

Hospital staff is rude and doesnt care about patient comfort. Girlfriend has been in a room for over 3 hours now and the doctor hasnt even came in to talk to her. The sheets on the bed are stained up and dirty looking. We were also told we have to keep the door to our room shut it is muggy and uncomfortable in here. I though paitent comfort was taken into consideration but i see otherwise. I assumed we were at a hospital but seems more like a prison since were told not to open our door for air. Completley rude staff and dirty bed would not recomend only gave 1 star because i cannot give zero.

Took my husband on a Friday morning for severe headaches. Saw Dr John Strode.. he was very unprofessional in telling my husband he needed pain management. Well Dr Strode .. we went to Vanderbilt and as it turns out he has a brain tumor setting on major blood vessels and nerves! It was a wasted 4 hours of a JOKE @ Medical Center Emergency Room.

Went to this location for a severely strained muscle in my back...they took a pointless X-ray, prescribed me Aleve and kicked me out...I guess they have magic Aleve that is better than the 3 I took this morning...Thanks for the magic Aleve and for not caring about my pain...
