I recommend, strongly, giving Ingram Insurance the opportunity to quote your home and auto. Heres why: Ive had home insurance for 20 years with KYFB - and theyve treated me great. Great on claims - decent on price - but what ive never had was a home insurance review of EVERY SINGLE LINE ITEM - Its nice to save a few dollars a year- but when a suprise happens and you find out you arent covered on an item because you never went over that coverage - that few hundred dollars saved can become tens of thousands in cost. I now understand my coverage - I got to choose it msyelf - Curt spent two different sessions with me and then with me and my wife - we now know why we have the coverage we have. Now I feel a peace - and you cant put a price on that! Now - he did save us more in car insurance by almost $500 a year! a year! Plus, we have drive tracker - and it scores you according to fast accelerations, hard brakes, etc. We as a family now compete to see who can have the safest driving score! Thanks to Curt, Tara, Shannon, Stephen, Taylor and Josh for the effort they put into servicing people like me as their clients!

Rates were good the first year (which is why I purchases from them). I had to get them to change the policy after it was issued -- despite asking for higher limits (with a higher premium) on some coverages, the policies were issued with the lower limits; they fixed it (and I paid the extra premium) when I pointed it out to them, but was a very odd error for them to make. When the first renewal came along this year, the rates got jacked up 15% with the same cars and the same house I had last year. No claims, no tickets. I had a lot of trouble (still do) with the insurance company web site. They dont seem to care. Yes, I know, you dont go see an insurance agent because you are looking for someone to care, but still . . . I suppose the good news is that they wont care when I cancel my coverage next week, either.
