This place is great and pretty well stocked for its sIze! Staff is always helpful and my pickup was ready quickly!

This location is inside the mall and very well stocked. Store is oversized which means each aisle is very easy to walk down and browse. General Manager was working today and he assisted me with my purchase. Very kind gentleman who was knowledgeable about all the products. Almost all employees were kind and helpful. I say almost all because 2 of them were complaining about customers, which I understand happens but maybe shouldnt happen within earshot of other customers. Make sure you use your coupon off ulta.com at checkout.

Best makeup selection, friendly staff

We called to make a appointment and they asked us if we wanted to make appointment with a professional that costs $65 and we said no and that we to stay on our cheaper appointment. We went to our appointment but then they charged the $65 that we said we didnt want.

Love going into Utah. I had to cut this trip short. It was so hot in the store and along with wearing the mask. It was to much for me. When I came out of the store everyone was making sure I was alright. Please, adjust temp in your stores.

I asked for help with matching my skin type to a product. The woman helped me, but also didnt know much about the product, which annoyed me. Prices are high, but massive amount of choices, which was fun!

They are always quick to assist with helping find certain products and are knowledgeable about any skincare needs.

I’ve been in this Ulta twice now and the same woman at the register an older short haired woman, has absolutely no manners. Incredibly rude, I pulled my mask down off my mouth for about a half a second because it was too close to my mouth when I was trying to give her my email details and she belligerently said “Ummm ma’am you need to keep your mask on in here” It was maybe pulled down for half a second! Give me a break, you have more germs in your store, you definitely don’t have to worry about my half a second of adjusting my mask which FYI everyone has to do. The manager witnessed the entire thing and said nothing. Incredibly poor customer service.

Ask cashier if you stop emailing coupons. I havent had any for a long time. Sign up in 2010.

Always a pleasure shopping there

Went in to find something for my wife the green haired manager was rude to me and treated me like I wasn’t important enough to be waited on. Plus she wasn’t even wearing her mask right. I left and went to jc penny and their makeup people were awesome. I won’t be back at that rude place.

I have gotten my hair done at Ulta several times now. Chelsea is my stylist. Shes great and knows what shes doing! My hair was a bit of a mess when I went in the first time. Chelsea is doing a wonderful job straightening it out: color & cut! I have seen people getting makeovers, haircuts and shopping for gifts or products for themselves. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. I also hear a lot of laughter when Im there, which is a good sign of happy customers and staff. Check it out!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they do your eyebrows there. I believe the girls name was Sarah or Sheila I was surprised at the price I thought it was pretty high almost double what I paid other places... yet by the time it was over I never knew my eyebrows could look so good !!she did all kinds of work on them. I tipped her $5 I would gladly pay the cost of the brow Cosmetics again... well worth it.

The employees I do encounter are usually friendly, however they seem scarce towards the last hour of business. It would be nice to get some assistance when trying to find products, throughout the duration of business hours. However..wonderful selection, unmatched.

The Ulta in Bowling Green is large and has a good selection of products. The problem is they often run out of product that’s on sale or the freebie perks offered to members via E-mail. If you’re going to promote it, you should make sure you have plenty of it. Like a lot of stores, I imagine they’ve cut down on the number of employees to cut costs. In my experience, the employees are kind and helpful; there’s just not enough of them. I looked around for someone to assist me yesterday for a solid ten minutes; I was thinking of switching foundations and wanted a second, knowledgeable opinion. There was no one. And that’s not the first time.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Visit the brow bar!! It was the best!!!! Stephanie really did an amazing job!

Made a $20 purchase here used a coupon and received a nice makeup kit with eye shadows blush bronzer lip stick lip pencil mascara eye primer and the makeup bag plus a $3 off $15 coupon. They have a great selection of makeup hair products perfumes the even have salon in the back. The staff are helpful and friendly and i will be returning.

Not awful just typical for other Ulta stores I have encountered. There always seems to be a poor selection within lines they carry (never completely offered), staff is scarce, and the store is generally disorganized with what products they do carry poorly stocked. Its like the poor mans Sephora, which is a shame since with a bit of energy and pride the store would be wonderful. Im guessing staff are not paid/treated well by corporate which unfortunately trickles down to us the consumer.

My lady loves Ulta. Plus they even have stuff for me as well but definitely a store more catered to the ladies and women in your life. They have great products at decent prices and they even have a fantastic return policy..

The Ulta in the Greenwood Mall has up to date makeup, would like to see more colorful and unique products.

Loved the Saturday night staff. The eye brow chic is adorable, kind and skilled. It was my daughters very first waxing..& her eyebrows are on fleek! 😆

They have horrible customer service skills. I went in and had been completely ignored. I asked for help and the associate walked away. I proceeded to test my foundation myself since no one would help me, and the same associate who walked away claimed that I couldnt use any of their beauty blenders to color match my foundation. She told me no matter if my foundation was full coverage or not that I would never be beautiful. She was the associate with glasses and was presumably working the Benefit Cosmetics counter.

Decent beard products just WAY overpriced. Cheaper on Amazon & ebay if you can wait for delivery

I taught the girls that observed me taking photographs of their products for Google how it assists with Google Express product placement and I shared with the perks of being a Local Google Guide. I had an appointment booked with their eyelash person and I called to confirm the night before, for them to call me the day of my appointment to tell me she wouldn’t be in that day and not available to Thursday. Will not be getting my lashes done here. Don’t recommend

Ask for help from a young lady whom laughed to her coworker before walking over to assist me. Both processed to walk over where she was snarky! Hair Service with Nicole H:: Im still fairly new to BG and this was my first time choosing Ulta Salon. I honestly couldnt wait to take the time to rate Ultas Hair service 5 star!! I would rate higher if I could! I booked my appointment for a cut and scalp treatment online about a week prior and appreciated the confirmation emails leading up. It made me feel secure that my online booking worked, also made me look forward to it more by being reminded. The day of, i got stuck in some weather, causing me to run nearly 30 min late to my appointment. When I called, they were so friendly and understanding. When I got there i was greeted and given some water (in my running late, embarassed, panic mode, it was a life saver!). Nicole remained so friendly throughout and still was willing to do the scalp treatment service even though i was embarassingly late. I am new to BG and havent been to a salon in ages, but Nicole made me feel so welcome and comfortable and so great to chat with! Shes so informative, gave great suggestions, and I have to say, when i left I felt so happy and could feel my confidence just shoot up! I can look in the mirror again and feel good, which is HUGE for me!!! I am so grateful for her and her patience. I cant wait to go back!

I went into Ulta tonight in the bowling green ky mall to get some Tarte shape tape foundation. After picking up my shade and finding my primer I headed to the morphe brushes. At the Morphe station the big black booth set up passing by I notice a brush that Im kinda curious about. The lettering is rubbed off. The lady may remember this I think she was a makeup person by the morphe station and I ask her what brush it was. She looks at me and says thats a It brush and I ask her if ulta carries tthis one. She replied these brushes are very expensive still not telling me which way the brushes were located or even a price. Im standing there and thinking to myself WOW. I have a 40 dollar tarte foundation in my hand and a 40 dollar tarte primer. I wanted to relpy Bishhh this aint Gucci but instead I made no fuss and asked her to find me a morphe brush with the same texture since I am starting my collection of those brushes.....needless to say I was very offended considering I had my work badge on and she assumed I couldnt afford that brush. So nah not too happy tonight with that girl. I spent 150 in there tonight by the way and I also go in once to twice a week spending my money I work 2 jobs for. I will get a set of IT brushes but not from ulta now...not after that offense! Love the other employees tho. What a bad bad bad representative to not make a sale. I wouldve bought that brush plus some!

I purchased 2 Pur make up kits that contain 2 foundations inside. When I arrived home, one only had the refill & not the one in the compact. When. I returned it to the store for an exchange, I am amazed at the lack of customer service! I really should have asked for the manager!

Poor instock and customer service by certain associates. Associate asked if she could help me in the NYC cosmetics section so I asked if she scan and tell me when a certain item would be back instock. She said that they had been out for several weeks, didnt know when the warehouses would ship, and that shipments only came in on Thursdays; check back then. There was no reason to ask for her assistance anymore. There were several items in the Benefits, Bare Minerals, and NYC sections that I drove 45 minutes for. When I checked out (same person), I asked if anyone was working in the Dermalogic section, as I wanted to see if I could get a sample of the tinted moisturiser for a friend. Same associate informed me they didnt have an esthetician and Dermalogic didnt give out samples. I found this strange as in my 2 other Ulta purchases in May, I received samples. Guess I wont be shopping at this store too often. Not worth the drive or disappointment.
