Teresa cut my hair and it looked freakin horrible. Watch out ethnic people. Ohh when she cut my hair she left the hair on my head and and never brushed the cut hair off my head ..terrible. Was it on purpose??? Hmmm...I asked for a loose wavy hair perm well guess what?? She gave me a tight hair perm... U cant be that clueless. Right? Right.
