I dont usually write reviews but I really feel like this company deserves it. Munas heart provided extra ordinary care for my mom at a time that I needed a provider that I can trust. My mom had back surgery and was having a difficult time recovering. I had to take off work to stay home with her couple days since the previous provider we had almost never showed up on time and my mom was not comfortable with the care she was getting from that other company. Another family member who have used Muna recommended them. I was really skeptical at first being that we have gone through a very dissatisfying experience with the previous provider. Left with very little choice I decided to take a leap of faith and call this company up. I was at ease the moment I spoke with the director of nursing. She was really knowledgeable and professional and seemed willing to help my mother. They sent in an amazing combo of a nurse and an aide since my mom needed both services. They were always punctual and render excellent care to my mom. Fast forward three to four weeks later, her surgical site has healed and she is almost back to been up and about like her usual self. The staff was really patient with my mom and she actually look forward to seeing them daily! I would highly recommend this company and am pretty sure you will not be disappointed.

Weve been using MHNS for home health services for our elderly mom for about a few months, and the experience has been simply wonderful.  Trying to manage home care for a loved one from across the country is terrifying, but I finally have peace of mind that my mom is being well cared for, after having had horrible experiences with other home health services in MD.  MUNA’S HEART aides and nurse are skilled, attentive, responsible, well-supervised, and above all, kind and thoughtful.  Management is responsive and flexible and bends over backwards to assist with special requests and scheduling changes.  When you or a loved one needs a service like this, you want the best.  These folks are IT.Thank you,If you dont stir the pot, all the great stuff sticks to the bottom Author Unknown

Seen 2x. Would give a 0 rating if availavle. Nurse was 1 hour 45 min late for first visit. Had Lucy, she was almost scared to touch me. Very odd for a nurse! I had a hip operation and was doing well, but having poop problems. She offered no help. Second time told me she wouldnt take my temperature because I was sitting outside. I told her I wanted my temperature taken since it would show infection or not, then the TRUTH. Her thermometers batteries were out. I then had to ask her 2x to remove my bandages per doctors instructions. She was very hesitant. Then, she didnt have gauze or saline-used my own!! I want reimbursed for my materials! Then third visit, nurse was no show! I called her cell and left a message, no return call. Needed her for wound care, again, had to buy steri strips online. Will be calling and complaining to insurance and company on Monday. Do NOT use this service!

My husband had an acute stroke in September and I started using MUNA’S HEART NURSING in December 2017, the same day I terminated another provider that failed to meet needs an expectation.I called MUNA’S HEART and the owners responded quickly and efficiently to my requests. They understood my needs and worked diligently to fill those needs. The initial start of service was with temporary Care Giver, to fill the void created by my termination of the other company.With only a couple of minor changes, in the starting line-up, they quickly filled all the required time slots with permanent care giver,The Care Giver they found and provided was qualified and easy to work with and smoothly fit herself into our daily routine.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and their muna’s heart nursing services Caregivers.
