DON’T GO!! I had a severe infection after a spider bite and I came in only to wait 45min BEFORE BEING CHECKED IN in a totally empty lobby! All the security guard could say was “she’s in the back somewhere” and will be here soon. Trust me, you DO NOT want to go to this place. It’s a poor excuse for a “healthcare” place.

I had a very horrible experience at this hospital. The light skin ekg technician with the bandana on her head was extremely rude. The nurses were super rude. The Bowie er system can definitely do better than this. No human should have to go through what I went through. Go to an urgent care or another er people. God bless.

Worst er ever. Staffs are unprofessional and extremely rude.

Do not go here for pediatrics. There is no pediatric doctor. Staff is very friendly and caring, they just didn’t know how to care for a toddler. Didn’t tell me the right information and I would’ve been better off driving straight a hospital that had pediatrics rather then waiting 4 hours to just be transported to children’s national hospital.
