I can not recommend Paul Giles to anyone! I saw him several times trying to figure out why I was not feeling well. I had constant fatigue, chronic pain, daily headaches, heart palpitations, to name a few. Whatever I have suggested to look into, tests, etc., he had always dismissed my suggestions. Long story short, I started to research myself what was going on and suspected that something was going one with my thyroid and hormones. I asked him to order a test to check the thyroid and after asking several times he finally ordered it and tested my TSH (thyroid stimulating hormones). Well, if you have thyroid problems, you know that this is the most basic and inaccurate test for healthy thyroid function. He said everything was good. I asked, then why did I have these symptoms, the constant fatigue, daily headaches, heart palpitations, chronic muscle pain, and many more? I really wanted to figure it out! I wanted to feel better! He looked at me and said, and I quote, I dont know why you feel like this! I was speechless! Now, 3 years later, it turns out that I have a Hypothyroidism and have been living with the symptoms for years AND, on top of it, I went through a pregnancy with it! People with this problem know how dangerous can be for the mother AND especially the baby!! Words can not explain enough how extremely frustrated and disappointed I am! I can not believe he is in this profession! Shouldnt you, Dr. Giles, be wanting to help people feel better?!?
