Asked for a basic perm which is listed for $44.95. I was charged $75.97. Nothing was added to my hair. I questioned the stylist and was told that prices have gone up. They would not honor the price that was listed on line. There is NO price list posted in the salon. I am happy with my hair. I just want my refund of $30

This is for the stylist working at 9/19 at 5:30 pm. She is rude and so unprofessional this lady shouldnt work with customers. You can be good at your craft but if your attitude is nasty I will definitely pass. I called to see if a product was in the store she said yeah all rude. I got in my car and drove to the store where her attitude was not any better in person. Smartstyle train your people and teach them customer service and phone etiquette.

This comment is just for the stylist, I was at this place before. I stopped by on Tuesday 06/11/2019 to get a quick hair cut. The stylist was alone and she said me it takes 20 minutes at 5:05 pm. I sat there and waited for 40 minutes. At 5:45 pm, I said I am leaving and she said “I am almost done”. During this 40 minuted she never said anything to me. When I left for a short walk inside Walmart she accepted another client. You better be honest with client. I ended up missing another appointment of mine. Very frustrating.

Jessica is the best!! I have gone to her for umbre color, silk press and hairstyles for events I attend such as weddings. SHE IS AMAZING!!! Please ask for her ! Friendly, fast and professional. I will continue to go there for her 😄

Two words Jessica Onwudiachi ! I don’t know where to begin ! Her service is phenomenal. I recently visited this salon and Jessica greeted me with open arms ! She has the smile to light up a room and the customer service and expertise to match . Jessica gave me a wash, trim and color and when I tell you I have been receiving the most compliments I ever received on a Hairstyle ! I am not kidding. I usually go to bubbles salon but now that I found Jessica and her services I will only be Comming to this salon as long as Jessica works there ! By far the best place I have gotten my hair cut from. Came in for a simple hair cut and was treated nice by the staff. Front desk was very helpful in arranging my hair cut. Overall, I would come here again for a cut.

Larry is great! I was able to walk in and make an appointment for 30 mins later (because he was working by himself). He was patient, personable and not willing to let me shave my hair - he said we will take it slow and I appreciated that because I was unsure. I have received numerous compliments on my hair; it looked and felt great! I hadnt had a trim in about 3 months so before he cut it, he asked if it was Ok for him to cut 2 - 3 inches off and I agreed. Im taking my daughter there tonight but Larry isnt working, so we will see how it goes. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the book he gave me (the only one available) to look through appeared dated and I didnt see anything I liked. Otherwise, its convenient, clean and reasonable.

Alex cut my hair in a style my hair that lasted for a weeks vacation. It was perfect...I will be back every two weeks...

This location states it is open until 6 on Sundays with no specification that a final appointment must be arrive before a certain time. I arrived at 5:45pm and the representative failed to serve me even with no customers there. On the brink of false advertising. The rep said, she was just doing what she was told. Will find another more truthful establishment in the future.

The lady that did my hair had great customer service but she cut off all my hair. That wasnt the style I showed her and its uneven. I cant even go outside without covering my head. I have no self confidence because of it.
