I booked a last minute appointment with a person I didnt know but I had FAITH. I got there, everyone was polite! I got Tiara and GIRL, YES! Professional, personable, but most important SHE DOES HER JOB AND DOES IT WELL. I would argue this is one of the best waxes I had and I was OVERDUE. she took her time but she didnt waste time. I will be back with her.

I was 7 minutes late to my appointment. I was coming from 40 minutes away and hit traffic. They said the new policy for this location only is a 5 minute late window and wouldn’t take me. Because of 2 minutes. So disappointed. Won’t be returning to this location.

I’ve been using EWC for years. EWC is known for having a very aggressive late policy, from shortening their waiting window from 9 minutes to 5 minutes to even cancelling when you’re parking your car. I would respect it and have just learned to come early and plan around appointments like these, but the EWC in Bowie Town Center is just really unprofessional. Though I’ve had good experiences before, I came today with my sister and the center had us waiting for 11 minutes until she could see a specialist. Had we been this late, we would’ve had this appointment cancelled immediately, no excuses or empathy. So why doesn’t EWC hold themselves to the same standard? They were unapologetic, curt, and unfriendly despite our frustration and that made matters worse to me. I’d rather trek to the College Park or Annapolis location than come back here at this point.

Jasmine is very professional and is so nice and sweet!! Jasmine treats my ingrown hairs and took her time waxing and making sure I was cleaned up correctly. She takes good care of her clients and makes sure that they leave satisfied!!! She’s now my only go to !!Thanks Jas-Naiya Y

I heard great things about this location and was super excited to visit. I was told that every technician was awesome and couldn’t go wrong with anyone. I never got to experience this supposedly great business because my appoint was canceled the day of. I was told I could reschedule but that would be mean going another day. I spoke to the office who basically like oh your person called out sick and we can’t see you today. Mind you I had a trip I was going on that flight left that evening. So needless to say the I willl not be booking any future service with European Wax. They left me high and dry with no wax service. Beware before you book

I had a great experience here on Tuesday we evening. Angel did a fantastic job on my Brazilian bikini wax it was prompt, painless to perfection and I am still feeling more refreshed than ever. Thank you so much. I look forward to my next appointment.

My experience with Jazz was great! She was so nice and made me feel very welcome! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of five is because when I left, I noticed that there was still noticeable strands of hair left. I know that every single piece won’t be caught, but I’ve noticed many more strands than I would like to see and wish more time would’ve been spent on clean up afterwards.

Had a great first-time service with Nipsey! She was great, she explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Ask for her!

I was waxed for my first time ever by Jazz and let me tell u honey she is the best thing poppin! She made me comfortable with every step by explaining what was going on and before u know it we was havin regular conversations about life. It was like i knew her already. So this location in Bowie is simply AMAZING! I called and had amazing call with Clark! She explained everything to me because this was my first wax! I decided to get 1/2 arm 1/2 leg Brazilian underarms and eyebrows she booked me with Keturah on a Wednesday! I was looking forward to my appointment!I then received a call saying that I would have to reschedule my appointment because my water was not available. I was confused because me and Clark had a good conversation and selection of my appointment. I asked to speak to Clark and she was confused...... she took her own appointment and gave it to me but with a different waxer. Now I know that was super sweet, but I told her Ill take it but that I wanted to speak to her manager because as a first time waxer I did not understand why my appointment had to be moved.....Deepa the manager called me back heard me out and addressed and fixed the issue! She was so prompt and responsive to my situation!Fast forward to the day of the wax! Keturah was super nice explained everything she did as she did it! I was super relaxed with her!At one point I almost canceled the appointment and booked with a private person but because of the hard work of Clark and Deepa, I have booked my next appointment and look forward to an amazing waxing because my appointment is on my birthday!

I truly loved everything about my experience at this location, Jazz was patient with me and took it easy made everything comfortable and relaxing she has the best attitude and did a beautiful job on my Brazilian wax I DEFINITELY recommend her! Jazz made me fall in love with getting a wax because of how great my experience went.

The first time freebie us a good deal. Atmosphere is nice but otherwise my nail lady can do the same thing but cheaper and faster without a lot of the prying. I am private person so them saving my identification details and card info is a big no for me... overall meh.

First off I’m never the one to do this but my experience was so bad I have to. The lady who did my wax was not friendly at all. I felt awkward and didn’t feel comfortable at all. I told her the wax was too hot and she just ignored me & secondly, there’s still hair like did she even try??? Never again.

I received a eyebrow waxing from Jasmine today and LOVED her work. She does a blend of waxing and tweezing. Before the waxing, Jasmine did a great consult with me on what I wanted to have done. Great communication skills and even better work.

Using the app to schedule was easy. They called to confirm and were timely. I worked with Jazz and she did a great job!

This was my first time. My usual place relocated to Annapolis so I found somewhere closer. Parking sucks but in an ideal location.

First timer at EWC. Arrived at 6:50pm for my 7pm appointment with a specific technician. After checking in and waiting to be seen I was greeted by a different technician that I wasnt reserved for. I inquired about why I was being seen by her and not who I requested and she indicated that the original person was busy. So, I let her provide the service. During the service she did not explain anything that she was doing or using. During my checkout I asked the front desk why I wasnt notified that I will be seen by a different person. She responded and said I didnt think you wanted to wait. Its not fair that she didnt notify me or ask me what my preference was. After getting home to examine my service, I still had patches of hair. Very disappointed in my experience. I will be calling to file formal .complaint.

So clean and fresh inside. Followed Covid protocol!Friendly staff and super nice to me being 9 months pregnant and wanting to get waxed before delivery.

They do not answer there phones been calling all day to reschedule appointment. Then someone hung up on me several times

Aside from the place being freezing cold both times I have been, I am happy. My latest wax tech was great. Fast and painless. Committed to the year.

Sarah was great with my brazillian! This was my first time visiting and using the hard wax; I love it and am definitely switching from the other wax. I even stayed on the phone with my sister so she knew there was nothing to it (shes childish and still uses razors - just ghetto). 😂 She was thorough, nice, and her customer service following my appointment certainly aided in my bill going from $50 to $174, after buying products. LOL I love them though and it helps alot in between my waxes.I usually post pics on my reviews but ummmmmm nothing to post on this one😂😂Now, had the receptionist checking me out offered me the yearly package, I would have gladly obliged. I learned about that part, from a friend, after I left. Oh well. Otherwise, it was great.

Love EWC and this was my first time visiting this location and I will return but will try a different person to do my wax. My armpits were sore for two days afterward. Everyone was very polite.

The little Indian lady, who apparently is one of the managers, was rude as hell. She insisted on cutting me off when I spoke and talked over me. Her attitude was unnecessary and I won’t ever return. And I’ll be sure to have my two friends that go there change their appointments over to the college park location.
