I was in the midst of a family crisis when I began working with Katie. Her caring, compassionate manner, along with her clinical knowledge is exceptional! Katie recognizes the importance of treating the client’s symptoms and not just a diagnosis. Katie believes in teamwork and collaboration. She offers her clinical recommendations , listens to my questions and concerns, then together we make a plan. Katie is the best in her field! I need to send a shout out to Karen and the front office staff, for their professionalism and efficiency.

Hi, trying to reach Katie Byrne about the fees that were supposed to be reimbursed by her due to her receptionist’s error. We have attempted emailing 2 times since the incident but they must be going unnoticed.  We have moved to another state but still feel it very unfair that we are left to pay out of pocket for the continuous incompetence of the receptionist. Please notify us when the check has been mailed to the address we provided in an email about a month ago as this is unacceptable.Thank you,James Plish and Maggie Ward

Hoping to get ahold of Katie Byrne since it doesn’t seem our emails to her are being delivered. My husband and I want to follow up on the fees we incurred due to your receptionists error, that you put it writing you’d reimburse. We haven’t heard anything in over a month and would like to wrap this all up.
