Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Super friendly when making my appointment over the phone. Made me feel at ease during eye exam and the doc was stellar in explaining the results and possible future needs. Picking out frames was a snap and knowledgeable staff helped with my questions when deciding on lenses. All together a great experience.

Wow! Your new Building is Amazing. Your staff was very nice. Making sure i knew what was going on at all times. From the front desk till I got to see Dr Dunlap himself. Dr Dunlap did a very thorough exam. He even made me laugh a few times. After that I was brought up front to choose new frames for my new glasses. Talk about choices. I was like a kid in a candy shop. They were so beautiful something for everyone. But after a few minutes I was able to find the perfect pair. They were professionally sized for me . I cant wait to be able to pick them up. Overall 10/10 .

The staff got me in that morning when I called about a painful eye problem. Dr. Lisa was very quick & gentle as she extracted a particle embedded from my eyelid. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment!

Was a really nice and clean office. I had Dr. Peachy and she was phenomenal and very friendly! Would definitely recommend over any chain optical places. It was very busy while I was there and heard it was like this all the time which is a great sign in itself.Only negative I experienced was I wish they had more opticians to help with choosing glasses as there was a little wait time after you saw the doctor because there was only 2 opticians I saw that were staffed at the time. I did come in around 3 pm so could be a busy time?Highly recommend overall.

Dr. Dunlap was very thorough with the eye examination he had given me. He is, obviously, very educated in his field of optometry. Dr. Dunlap took a lot of time explaining everything about my eyes to me and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed throughout my entire visit at Dunlap Vision. Dr. Dunlaps technicians were very helpful and patient in administering my initial tests, thoroughly explaining all my lense and frame options and measuring my new glasses accordingly. Dr. Dunlaps technician also spent a lot of time with me to find the most economical route for me (progressive vs. 2 separate glasses and also transitions and snap on sunglasses). Dr. Dunlap has tons of frames to choose from. My experience with Dr. Dunlap and his entire team was excellent. The facility is so beautifully designed, modern and clean. Im glad I chose Dunlap Vision and I highly recommend Dunlap Vision for everyone!

I have been going to Dr Dunlap since he first acquired the business. He is very caring and always takes the time to answer questions and make sure I understand any concerns or instructions. He gives options without pushing for an outcome and if he has a concern he does his best to address the situation or refer to a specialist. I wouldn’t go to or take my children to anyone else!!!!

The eye care doctors are great or at least the one I’ve had. Everyone else just seems to be terrible. I’ve tried to get my glasses replaced more times than I can count. They’ve either put me on hold to never pick up or said I’ll get a call back soon with no return.

I HIGHLY recommend Dunlap Vision to everyone!!! I have to say that my eye appointment with Dunlap was by far the best experience I have ever had. They first tested my eyes with 3 diagnostic machines, one which took pictures of my eyes. My exam with Dr. Lisa Kerouac was very thorough and she patiently answered my questions and allayed my concerns. Then I was assisted by Nina, who helped me to understand how to deal with my bifocals. She explained it so competently and thoroughly! I had a “duh” moment for myself and a “wow, now I get it” thanks to Nina. THEN she offered to pick out some frames that she thought would compliment my face. I was ecstatic because this has always been the part I hate the most because it’s difficult to pick out frames when you can’t really see what they look like and you don’t know the prices. She picked out 5 or 6 frames. What was so awesome is they were frames I probably would have never chosen for myself. I settled on 2 - she asked if I wanted a second opinion and he also agreed on my choice. The frames are soo modern. I was so excited about my choice. And many many thank you’s to Ala for “McGyvering” my busted left ear piece on my current frame so I don’t have to wear them with one ear piece. Thank you to the entire staff for such a wonderful experience!!

Love this place. I’ve been a patient of Dr Dunlap’s for years. Turns out, we attended the same college (years apart, of course), which makes him extra cool. He’s always very thorough, calm and cool. He answers any questions you may have and he remembers details about you and your life that you would think he’d forget due to his amount of patients but no, everyone gets a personalized experience and he makes sure to form that bond with you as your doctor. Dr D will always be my eye doctor, as long as I live in the area.

You will not be sorry you chose to use Dr Dunlaps practice for your eye care needs. This is a first rate, 5-star practice. The doctors are very knowledgeable, very willing to spend time explaining things to you and overall very friendly. The support staff is great. My three year old had her first eye appointment. I was very impressed with all staff. Clerical, nurse, Dr. Dunlap, and the lady who helped pick out glasses. It was a long and somewhat traumatic experience for my daughter, but Id say the experience was about as good as it could be. If you need to take your toddler to an optometrist, I would highly recommend!

Wait time was fast. Seeing the doctor was fast very professional by all the staff.

Girls that work there are mean, nasty people.They called the Dr office I work for and because our systems are not the same they called me stupid and put me down. They didnt take care of their patients insurance before the appt, not my fault they were not prepared for the patient. They could of called the insurance themselves. Guess just lazy. My manager called their manager and they were rude and nasty to her too. Not girls I would want representing my business. Do not have anything bad to say about the Dr. but will NEVER go there or recommend.They responded to this with a lie of what happened to make themselves look better. What they said happened did not happen. Could not contact us for the truth or to apoplogize for the aweful way the staff treated us just told lies about what happened.
