They have good services but they really need more staff. Train your staff when not on busy times, maybe more of a private check in. It kind of is a poor check-in process, all info is given in front of everyone. I know thats hard to avoid but could be better. Clean facility and nicely decorated.

Quick, efficient, easy time saving online check in. My provider was amazing in that she was confident, listened, and she made me feel very comfortable in not only her, but also the diagnosis.

Wonderful friendly staff and providers. My only complaint is I reserved a spot online. I received a context and email. However, the only thing I was told to do was arrive 5 minutes prior to the reserve time. I arrived 15 minutes prior and sat in my car for an hour an a half not hearing from anyone. I finally called them and they said I was suppose to call when I arrived. This was my first time going to them. In the confirmations that I received neither one of them ever said to call when you arrive.

Busy place! The staff keeps wonderful contact with their patients and their system if checking in works great. I was cordially greeted and seen in a decent . The nurse practitioner explained my sickness and was very thorough. A very pleasant experience!

Absolutely hands down best staff. J at the front desk is amazing and super awesome multi-tasking. Nurse Pract D was absolutely amazing, logical, and extremely caring. So gentle with my baby girl.

Reserved a spot for 11:55am at 8:56am. Filled out my registration form right away. All instructions emailed and texted stated I would receive a text when the clinic was ready for us to come in. It is 1:29pm and we are still waiting. I finally called the clinic from the parking lot to ask what was going on and Jenna asked if I had bothered to call when I arrived. I told her no because I had no idea I was supposed to call when I arrived. I was waiting for my text and nothing ever stated in my instructions that I needed to call at any point. Nor did it state to come in when you arrive. It only says you will receive a text when they are 5 minutes out from calling you in for your appointment. Over 90 minutes and counting just for a school physical. Not worth the wait. Very disorganized!

Midwest Express in Bourbonnais is an excellent place for care. I have been there several times, and each time the staff is friendly and helpful. They are always courteous.

Wish no rating was an option. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Went to confirm the time given for a follow up/recheck appointment. Was told all appointments were canceled due to a staff funeral and ALL patients with appointments were contacted. NO phone call received or message left on my phone. Asked to confirm phone number on record and staff refused to do so. Meanwhile, my discomfort level increases and I am inconvenienced to find another clinic.

I have am so unhappy with their service! I “Checked In” like they suggested so it would go quicker!! Really??!! I would hate to see how long it would have taken them if I would not have checked in. Check in time was 2:10 pm here it is 3:54 pm and I am STILL SITTING IN MY CAR WAITING TO BE CALLED IN! As I watch people go in and out! I will NEVER suggest this place! This was all after I called before I left to find out if we were going to be able to get in at our “Check In” time and was told yes there should be no problem!

I was registered immediately upon walking in the door. I saw a nurse practitioner within 10 minutes of arrival. Very personable young man. Prescribed a drug for me after a very careful scrutiny of all the medicines that I was taking. Staff made it very clear that I could call or come back if I had any future problems.

I thought for ACA ins I might be going into somewhere shady. This clinic is so nice & the staff very efficient & professional for such a busy office. They always let you know up front on an approximate wait time & just a very courteous front desk.

As long as you get a place held in the line by reserving online and filling out the necessary questions, its fairly quick and efficient, 11am place held, in at noon out by 1250 range covid test results, diagnosis and treatment. The staff was courteous and friendly, the medical practitioner was thorough with the diagnosis and treatment very friendly and kind.

Friendly staff but low quality patient experience.I had an appointment and still waited over an hour in the lobby. The receptionist was friendly but not attentive to anyone in the lobby - you pretty much just sit and wait to be called while the staff ignores you.The work stations look filthy and super cluttered- from the reception desk to the desk and counters throughout the back.When I called I informed them twice that I had insurance and asked if they would like to collect that information over the phone, they declined and said just provide it to the receptionist at check-in.While checking in (major HIPAA violation by the way)… Asked for my first, last name and DOB in front of like 6 other patients.Then she asked me to email my insurance information to the office, I did. Then asked me after I was sitting for 20 minutes if I was paying cash or had insurance… this again was after I had just emailed my insurance information to the office email.The nurse practitioner, Brent was great. He had good “bedside manner” and seemed like the only component person working there during my visit. I went in for an ear infection- he wrote me a script and informed me that he would have it called in.Waited an HOUR for a 15 minute visit but I was just happy to get my script and that I was going to be out of pain because my ear was THROBBING.An hour and a half later I called the pharmacy to see when my script would be ready, it was never called in. I called the clinic to inform them, whoever I spoke with said she had it on her desk and that she was calling it in as soon as she got off the phone with me. That was at 7 o’clock by 8:30 I called the pharmacy again to see when the script would be ready- still, it was never called in and the clinic was closed. Hopefully it is called in when they open this morning!I was willing to look beyond all of the concerning things I experienced at this clinic because even though it wasn’t the best patient experience they were friendly, and even though the staff seemed subpar, the provider was great. However, it is unacceptable that the staff never called in my script, it truly shows the lack of care the staff has for the patients.Whoever the manager is needs to train their staff better because this is was truly ridiculous. I will never go to this clinic again.

Great staff very friendly. The PA that took care of my son had great bedside manner! She was very patient and explained eveything to him. My only complaint was we left there at 1pm and she never sent the prescription to the pharmacy until 8pm. I called 4 times asking when it was being sent over, I got sorry its been so busy she will send it over soon. I was annoyed it was 745pm and they close at 8 and it still wasnt sent over! Unfortunately with it being that delayed I could not pick it up until next morning, next time I go Ill ask for written prescription!

The wait was a little long but it is an express clinic. Other than that the wait wasn’t too bad and the staff was nice and respectful.

Don’t trust the online check-in. Set time for COVID test for my daughter at 7:00 pm and received text at 6:55 pm to check-in. Called and the receptionist said she would alert them I was there. Waited 20 minutes before noticing the open sign was turned off and hadn’t seen anyone in the office area since arriving. Doors were locked when I went up to see if they were actually open. Called the number on the door and it turns out the “receptionist” isn’t on-site and didn’t even know if anyone was working. I understand if they had to close early for whatever reason but the online process and receptionist should’ve been alerted to this so as not to waste customers time.

I was taken care of quickly & my Dr. listened and took care of me with compassion. Its nice to get treated right. 😌

Well this was my first visit, I was not in for covid anything, and i did make sure to use their online services to hold my place in line early in the day, I was called back a little over an hour after showing up. The lobby was very nice, the poor receptionist looked like she was working to maximum capacity but was still nice to everyone she talked to. The nurse (?) who got my vitals was again VERY kind and nice and soft spoken. As was the nurse practitioner who saw me. Didnt wait but maybe 10 mins in the room for her either. Faster than most of the Dr. offices Ive been to. Which for me is key, and the number one reason I dread going to Drs. Nothing like losing 4 hours of your life waiting around...

This was my second visit. First, was last year for COVID testing. Everything was great. In and out. This time, once again needed COVID test for breakthrough COVID. I sub. Made my online reservation? Best way to describe since they wont call it an appointment. After an hour of waiting I found out there were 11 before me. They didnt open until 8, my whatever you want to call it was at 11. The only way this was possible was to schedule every 15 to 20 minutes and see walkins.Two hours after my scheduled time I was called to come in. Too little too late.Really should eliminate express from name. It is clearly false.

I love this Clinic; before coming to the Bourbonnais location, I went to the Darian Clinic for years. The nurse was awesome, she explained some things to me that I was not aware of. As far as for Stephanie (my PA or NP), she was incredible! I wish she was at this Clinic on a regular basis. Very knowledgeable! Thank you for a pleasant experience to all!!

We were going to Shoefest 10th year anniversary. We did not read the fine print about the COVID virus guidelines. We needed to prove we were negative of COVID before we were allowed in an outdoor festival grounds. No fault of campground, insurance probably forced them too. Midwest was open to walk-in, yeah. Although, they were extremely busy, they were absolutely the best team, professional, calm, and caring. The cost without insurance was $120, ridiculous, lucky we were given a “miracle” OTC”at Shoefest (thank you Shoe Family) test & didn’t waste no money. Ended up 5 hours later with an awesome spot at Shoefest 2021!

I had a wonderful experience here! Showed up right when they opened to get a rapid covid test done so I could return back to work and everyone was super friendly and helpful! The facility was very clean and I was in and out in 15min. They treated me better there than my own doctors office. I tested negative for covid, but instead have a bad sinus infection and Im currently 5 months pregnant. They answered all the questions I had and even checked me out like I had been their patient for years. The doctor, I believe her name was Jen even told me what I could do/take that is safe during my pregnancy. Thank you all so much!!

I have been to Midwest Express 3x. Two times I needed a Covid test to fly and the last visit was for a medical illness. Even when I had a Covid test, I saw a doctor which was nice because I had a few questions.This is NOT because I asked to see a doctor. Every patient will see a doctor. I have seen different doctors each time I went, but each doctor was knowledgeable, kind and and never made me feel they were trying to get out of the examination room as quickly as he/she could.I would recommend Midwest Express b4 any of the Immediate Care options offered in this area.

This evening was one a mother never wants to go through. And just as they always have been amazing with my daughters; they took care of her.They were able to give her the medical attention she needed without having to go to the er. A very simple and straightforward process to preregister online. A text message confirmed my registration and then I was prompted to call once I arrived. I got in right away, my medical history was reviewed and my vitals taken, and then I was seen by the medical professional. Everyone was professional and helpful! A good experience! Thank you!
