They always do a good job when I take my son to get his haircut.

The stylist was very nice. she trimmed my eybrows too. .I really liked me haircut when I left. But then I noticed that it was very choppy on one side and almost a spot left with no hair. I will let it grow and then have it sone again. This will not stop me from coming to great clips. It is convenient , fast and usually very good

Absolute worst hair cut I have ever had, I was a walk in appointment on my lunch break! Although the lady took 10 minutes to cut my hair. She absolutely butchered my hair in the process. Uneven on both sides, the lining is terrible. I asked her for a fade and said I don’t normally get my hair cut, I cut my own! I gave the woman a 20 dollar tip on top of it cause I couldn’t get a good look at it and normally when you get your hair cut at a business it’s not Terri-bad! This one is, and I will never be back

The staff is always nice here. But we WONT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. 2x my child has contracted head lice from here. We done the math times and dates add up. First time we thought nothing of it, treated it and with LOTS of work and time it went away FINALLY. Months later we go back to same location, and BAM... 1 week later..... Here we go again.... Its not worth it. Just a fyi..... We never had a problem till coming here.

Been going here for about 2 years now. Every time I go in they are a treat to talk to and they make sure they get it right. If youre not in a talkative mood they dont make it awkward on you.Also as a disabled Vet, they really give big respect. Which has been super nice

Love the price for a regular haircut, very reasonable. The only thing I didnt appreciate is that the stylist that cut my hair didnt remove hair with powder around my neck after taking off the cape and was itchy until I was able to get home and shower.

I grew up always having the same barber. Having so many different ladies at this shop I was concerned that I would not get the haircut I wanted. Well, I have so far had 5 different women and I have had a great cut each time. They keep notes in the computer of what I prefer and I never have to explain myself. And having the Great Clips app, I can check-in and know when to be there so I do not have to wait in there shop.You are always welcomed and given a smile... it is a comfortable place.

I checked in online which worked well, only waited for 10 minutes. However, this was a terrible haircut. No attention to detail, no blend from the sides to top, a total waste of money. Spend the extra 3 bucks at sports clips, and get a quality cut. Disappointed.

Went here to get my sons first haircut and the hairdresser we got was wonderful. Good interaction with our son and made him comfortable with the entire process.

Great Clips is in all right place to get a fast haircut. However, know your stylist or your beautician because some of them really dont know how to cut hair. I have one girl that I go to and I am pleased but in the past I had not had that opportunity and was disappointed very very much more so than that. They say you get what you pay for and thats absolutely true. But I lucked out and finding a hairstylist its been there awhile and cuts my hair the way I want it.

Haircuts were good but staff were a little short with us because we didnt check in.

Terrible place to get your hair done. I went there and the person who cut my hair did a horrible job. She did not even finish cutting one side of my hair but she did finish one side so I had to get another haircut. If you could get a free haircut from there DONT your just gonna lose money spending it on another haircut to make it look at least decent. Do they hire people of the streets? The girl did not even know what she was doing. -100/10.

I had a horrid experience here today. I had long hair that I merely wanted a trim for, that had layers in it I wished to keep. I ended up losing 8 inches of my hair when I walked out of the shop and all I’d asked for was a trim. An absolutely terrible experience — maybe it was because I went an hour before closing and they just wanted to leave? Definitely do not recommend.

What thay did to me is unexpected this haircut alone has ruined my day and I cryed all night a trim does not mean shave my head.I have been made fun because of this haircut for 2 days.Great clips more like bad clips-Adog the realest guy in the Midwest

I needed a simple trim on my one length long hair. I was charged a 10$ length charge Even though it was a straight across trim. She didnt ask if I wanted a wash or style. She dry cut it, the cut took her ten minutes as she never said anything about the extra charge. When I said something about the extra change I was told it didnt matter that it was a simple cut, and was told that the extra change was standard and I should have expected it. Completely disappointed.

Dont take your kid here. Stylist was not patient with child and was rude to the parent. Made parent stand in front of the child the whole haircut to hold her head so it wouldnt move. The child has been to multiple stylists without issue ... Not sure what the deal was with this place. Just not kid friendly. Go elsewhere.

My husband and I got a hair cut today. He has Alzheimers disease and they couldnt be nicer to him. I REALLY APPRECIATE their kindness and understanding.

I have been a long time customer, and have always liked going there , but today put me off...not because of my signing into the wrong store, that was clearly my fault I admit. What I didnt care for was the girl talking to me , going on and on and on , making sure that she would have the last word about how she is leaving at 6 no matter what, and how people just try to jump in front everyone else. I sat there listning to her rant even when she lowered her voice , you could still hear her complaints, while she was with another customer ! I waited for a while and thought ...do I really want someone with a stand off attitude cuting my hair? I told them I was leaving and she had the nerve to look surprised !! This isnt the first time, last time the same girl asked me if I knew how to read the sign that said cash only! She was right it was right there, and I missed it ! However a little kindness, gos a long way.

Never told me I could sign in on line when I phoned in and because of this one person went ahead of me. Me being a little old school didnt like it at all. I left. They could have just mentioned that on the phone call but didnt. Its the idea of it not that I waited long at all. But someone going ahead of you and your there 10 minutes earlier than him.....nope. The dont take appointments either...lol. So make sure you use online check in .
