Justin was Amazing, Very very professional. He got here pretty fast and went straight to work. Very hard worker and even painted the spot where the fan was when it wasn’t in the job Description. Did an amazing job!!

They did the job eventually, but scheduling was like pulling teeth. The customer service rep would consistently promise a time and the time just kept slipping by the hour... Then by the day... Their technicians even came to my house and had to abruptly leave for another job before even starting the scheduled work. It was difficult to deal with and I would recommend seeking out a different company unless Lucent guarantees the best price!

Giant waste of time(commercial)

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. The electrician who came to help was really a con man. He came to fix my grandparents Ring doorbell, which was already purchased and installed bin another company, but not recording video. He spent hours wasting time making phone calls and working in the attic. There was absolutely no reason for him to be in the attic when all of the Ring equipment and software is on the device on the front door. He charged them $861 to fix a stupid little doorbell!!!!! He took advantage of my sweet senior grandparents. He swindled them out of their time and money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISHONEST ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

After having troubles with another company- I called Lucent Earth about a duct I was told needed to be hooked up and fixed. Lucent Earth came out quick and they were upfront and honest with me. They saved me $600! They told me the duct didn’t need work and it was an old duct that wasn’t being used anymore. They could have scammed me for money but they were HONEST! So refreshing. THANK YOU.

We requested service in wiring a ceiling fan remote on a holiday not anticipating a response so quickly. The electrician came within a few hours and did a great job! We found them on Thumbtack. Thanks!

UPDATE- now I’m dealing with the IRS because Carl withheld money for taxes, but the IRS received nothing🤔... we filed 6 months ago and still no return because he lied. We’ve been on Carl for two weeks and he’s still blowing us off on getting us the paperwork we need. He’s a dishonest conman. And he’s screwing over my family.If you want someone who pays their employees ON TIME, don’t use Lucent Earth. My husband works there and is an excellent employee. But Carl either pays him late or bounces the check almost every single time. On top of that, he has earned PTO, which Carl told him he’ll pay him “If he can” when he gets back from vacation. I generally want to hire a company with integrity, this is not that company.

They were very professional,on time and explained everything they were doing
