Dr. Robison is a great doctor and my experience, on time. It’s refreshing to show up on time and get seen on time. He also works great on cash pay.

I have been to doctor Robison multiple times (for both myself and my children). I highly recommend him. He has great bedside manner. He is knowledgeable. He explains things, gives options, listens to my concerns and more. His treatment has been successful in all things I have seen him for.

After 20 minutes on hold waiting just to schedule for an appointment with the clinic and then waiting another 20 minutes to see the doctor to have a Dr rushing in and out of the room glancing at me for less than 30 seconds doing a full body a scan for what was supposed to be a full body skin cancer prescreening i am not impressed. The rush and inability to listen to my questions and concerns really shows me he was annoyed at me asking questions. Silly me, asking questions about CANCER right?I will never see this provider again. Not only he rushed through it so much, he forgot to inspect and diagnose another skin issue i had questions about.Just to make it clear I PAID FOR A 20 MINS VISIT, not a 20 minute WAIT with a quick minute glance.Another doctor saw me and found a cancerous spot that needs treatment. I am very disastified.

Dr. Robison is an amazing doctor! Ive been into see him several times regarding minor skin cancer. His bedside manner is one of the best Ive ever seen in a doctor! That attitude extends to every single member of his staff. My only request for improvement would be that I wish he was a doctor I could go to for EVERYTHING! Yes he and his office are really that great!

Holy cow!!! Talk about TERRIBLE customer service. I tried making an appointment for my son to get in with Dr. Robison and the customer relations/receptionist was RUDE. I will never take my family there. They are the first the patient experiences when going to the doctors office. You would think these providers would have chosen better.
