Everyone was friendly and the visits were quick I’ve had much worse experience at other places nearby in the past.

The staff was friendly. The nurses were pleasant. The DR was knowledgeable. My only complaint was that no one seemed able to properly operate the Depth Perception eye exam machine. If you’re taking an exam for a job, like I was, this could be detrimental.

I got sent here by another Concentra, and I couldn’t be happier! This place made me feel welcomed, and very well taken care off. The front Gal’s are Amazing!

Friendly staff, and professional in explaining the entire process. I had a bit of a wait once I got into my room, I was there for an unscheduled physical, bit other than that it was a great experience. They work with an appropriate amount of cheer and humor to keep the experience pleasant for everyone involved. They took care of the billing back to my employers on my behalf and made it easy to get in and out.

Great and fast services, very friendly staffs, doctors are friendly and funny to be around.

Outstanding customer services. I didn’t have an appointment, but was greeted with a smile and fit into their schedule. While I waited I was given an ice pack, and was kept up to date with my wait time. The Medical Assistant was so sweet, and made me feel very cared for. I’m very impressed with way this place is operates.

I had such a great experience here. Front desk made me feel so welcomed. The Medical Assistant was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The Doctor really listened to my concerns. I left feeling much better emotionally, and physically.

Fast service with very patient and friendly staff. Walked in for a pre-employment drug screen and the nurses I spoke to were very helpful.

The PT and massage therapist are wonderful at this site! The companys ability to keep scheduled appointments is a different story. Always double and triple check your at times, even after arrival.

Great service at this place! I was greeted by the front desk right when I walked in :) I was nervous about my blood draw, but the MA was super gentle, and quick! If I need any other services in the future, this is the Concentra I will return to!

A work injury led me to the great folks at Arbor Occupational Medicine. Here many of my injury needs are met (they also offer massage and PT, acupuncture is outsourced to another local office) and in a location that is convenient for me.The waiting room always has several fresh copies of the Daily Camera newspapers and there are also a variety of magazines to enjoy in both English and Spanish. The candies at the check in desk are also welcoming.Dr. Long is by far my favorite doctor to see for my injury needs. I feel that she not only really listens to my concerns but also genuinely cares about my progress and overall health. It is truly great to feel that you have someone fair and compassionate in your corner.Caryn the physical therapist has done a great job coming up with a home program for me and helping me understand the progress I have seen thus far.Kyle the massage therapist has also been terrific. He always takes the time to hear how my injury has felt in the past week and often tells great stories of Boulder wildlife encounters when working on some of the tough muscle knots.The location also includes a room of gym equipment and I am happy that they let me perform some of my foam roller stretches/exercises following my visits with their practitioners.Something I would love to see is a bike rack. Currently the closest ones are located at King Soopers and down by Ripple.I definitely recommend this location for your injury needs.

Staff, PT, LMT, Medical Assistants, and Doctors were all very kind. Over the multiple weeks I had to come in, they took care of me really well and were always adjusting with my busy schedule. Probably one of the nicest places Ive gotten care, Im very lucky and thankful for all their hard work!

Had an appointment @ 3pm for a D.O.T. Physical. Still sitting in exam room at 4:10 Went to the reception desk and got a B!+1#y look and WE CAN RESCHEDULE now the I DONT CARE LOOK. Some P.A. walked in @ 4:30. REALLY are you kidding me!! If I made them wait for 1 1/2 hrs and cost them $ see how they would like it happing.This is on there websiteConcentra is a national healthcare company that provides PROMPT effective care to injured employees, and urgent care services to the communities it serves.

Concentra Sunrise is the best Concentra clinic. And I’ve been to many of them! Staff and Service are exceptional! ♥️

Both doctors are terrible. They do the bare minimum, dont care about any words you say, and send you on your way worse than you were before

It was fine. I didnt have much that I needed and I think it was just a visit to check in to see how I was doing as I heal. I had all of my questions answered.

Very friendly and nice staff, but I waited over an hour to be seen for my appointment.

Moderate traffic at this location, it’s in a very centra boulder location so that’s to be expected thought! Arrived for the first time for a drug screen- front desk lady(s) were short and very curt, which was less than exciting to be met with when I’m prepping to pee in a cup. Sat in the waiting room for a decent amount of time, apparently the individuals who were able to carry out my drug screen were swamped with other patients so I was required to wait awhile extra. To save time they went ahead and squeezed me back for my bloodwork- I had a very polite younger MA do my blood for me, had great bedside manner but his technique in regards to the draw was really inexperienced. The MA used a small gauge butterfly needle on my forearm, cleansed the site with alcohol and then proceeded to touch it with his finger directly following which contaminated it (and stuck me anyways), after sticking me he left it hanging in my arm and did not use his dominant hand to secure it to prevent movement/repositioning/it falling out- I simple had to remain completely still to prevent it coming out, he proceeded to use both hands to take the tubes in and out of the vacuum and fumbled quite a bit with them. No issues occurred, but as a MA myself it was really concerning to me to know that MA’s that potentially didn’t receive quality training and education are working at this office.

The staff seemed confused about why I was there and spent quite a while trying to figure out they were not equipped to handle my appointment. The end result was for them to send me to another Concentra 90 minutes further from my house on a different day.

I showed up this gentleman opened my door and treated me with utmost respect, I really appreciated that!

Felt like they work the workers comp system. Nice enough but felt skanky

Receptionist was extremely aggressive and rude despite the fact that I was the only one there. The rest of the staff acted inconvenienced to have a customer. Terrible customer service.

Long wait 1 hour and met with a doctor for a couple of minutes.
