Elements have some of the best massage therapists and it is usually pretty easy to get an appointment. Elements is very clean and the atmosphere is nice. I highly recommend their membership program.

My rhomboids and trapezius are always knotted up when I visit and they get that sorted out perfectly.

Had a very good experience with the massage at Boulder location, referred two people and they enjoyed their visit too. The frustrating side is: there never seems to be a 1 hour slot within the next two weeks. When found and booked one online, which itself is not easy to browse, got a call there is a glitch and that is 90 min and either I had to accept 90 min or cancel. Accepted the first time but the second time it happened, I cancelled it and booked 60 min in another location. By the way, while talking to a rep at the other location I was told from July prices will increase by 10dollars. No advanced correspondence in this regard from the Boulder location to members.

2020 was a particularly hard year. I lost 9 people and broke my tailbone. I’ve been in both emotional and physical pain for months. I am so excited that Clay has returned to this studio. I received a 90 min session from him today and he listened to my needs and worked my body with thoughtfulness and constant communication on pressure. He allowed a safe space for me to process my emotions and just listened. Clay, thank you for being such an amazing healer!

Seriously worth the hype. Every LMT is so attuned to what you need when you walk in, and the communication is outstanding but not overbearing. I came with my boyfriend for a couples massage (bonus points for being so LGBTQ+ friendly) and ended up getting the membership because the work was so good. I’ve never left disappointed, and their hours make it incredibly easy to pencil in some self care. I have multiple sports injuries, and all the LMTs are incredibly well versed with physiology and individual quirks, so no worries if you have a laundry list of aches, pains, and medical histories. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. Do yourself the favor and book the damn massage.

I have been getting massages at Elements Massage Boulder for years now and won’t go anywhere else as the service is top notch. Jess and Daniel are superb therapists who are skilled, intuitive, and able to discern what is needed according to the issues I am experiencing and need help with. They are both particularly good with neck and shoulder issues. Also, the customer service is excellent. Brenna is particularly so professional and friendly and has helped me many times with scheduling or re-scheduling and getting checked in. The ambience from the minute you walk in is calm, and soothing..not like some other massage places where staff is talking and laughing loudly. The whole experience is one where you feel so much better than when you came in!

I always feel fantastic after a massage at Elements. The therapists are amazing, making an appointment is super convenient, the loyalty program is definitely worth it, and the staff is very helpful and welcoming.

I am not satisfied with the female receptionist at the front desk. She doesnt explain things clearly. All she cares about is money. Also, when I first came a month ago (in Jan), they texted you and tell you to come 15 mins early to check you in. But they let you wait outside in cold winter for 15 mins till the scheduled time. So, what is the point of coming early?

I LOVED my experience at Elements Boulder. Lizzie at the front desk was wonderful and I loved the environment - its very clean and relaxing! Roberto was unbelievably knowledgeable about what was going on with my body and Im so appreciative of the TLC he provided. I could tell almost immediately after I left the room that my body felt differently, in a positive way. I cant wait to continue the progress he made in my first session!

The receptionist was polite and explained the paperwork clearly. She proactively asked me if I wanted to use the restroom before the massage and directed me to its location. My massage therapist, Mike, was professional. He definitely did something with my shoulders and arms that Ive never had done by any other therapist, and it was extremely helpful in relieving the stress in those regions. He was also sensitive to the pressure and where I was tender from knots. Overall, one of the best massages ever! He should be nicknamed Magic Mike ;-) I only wish I lived there so that I could visit regularly, but I work in Canada now. I would definitely visit again the next time Im in town.

Just didnt like the way they run the place

This was my first visit and I was in from out of town (Ohio). The ambience when walking in is great. The front desk staff member was extremely professional, friendly and polite. My aunt set up this appointment as a gift to me and honestly, her interaction with the staff went off without a hitch. Clay was the lmt whom worked on me and was professional and gave a wonderful massage and the aromatherapy really upped the experience. I am sad that I live out of town because I would highly consider loyalty here. I enjoyed all parts of my experience from start to finish.

I’m a huge fan of Elements Massage Boulder. I’ve been getting therapeutic massage for over a decade and Elements is by far the highest quality treatment I’ve received. Although I typically go for deep tissue or sports massage, they have something for everyone. I’ve worked with multiple therapists at Elements over the past 2 years and they’ve all been excellent. Mike from Boulder Location gave me the best massage Ive ever received. I communicated the kind of work I do and where my body needed work and I walked out not only feeling relaxed, but renewed. If youre someone who works a very high stress job and are looking for a deep tissue/trigger point massage - ask for Mike! His technique is extremely unique and again, the best Ive ever had. I love this place, the Boulder one in particular that I drive up from Denver for a monthly massage from Anthony. I threw my back out in December and went to him the same day for some relief and mobility. I bought a membership and have gone to see him at least once a month since. I have honestly never met a more intuitive, healing massage therapist in my life. He puts in the hard work needed to provide relief to my incredibly tight muscles and I could not be more appreciative! I HIGHLY recommend going to see him if youre in need of some relief. Oh! He only seems to work there two days a week so make sure you book in advance!

Great vibe inside and working with the therapist was comfortable and easy. It was clear that Mike has a keen awareness in his hands with a very strong sensitive presence. He worked very skillfully and with precision as we breathed together throughout the session. It was an amazing experience!

The front desk personnel were very friendly when I walked in. They were attentive and explained the process. My therapist asked what I wanted and did exactly what I requested. I will definitely go back.

Sam was awesome. I went in with a nagging back issue and came out a new man with no pain. This guy has muscles between the joints of his fingers! If you want a deep tissue massage, ask for Sam. I dont live in Boulder, but I will likely be driving the hour commute when I tweak my back again.

My partner and I decided to walk in to schedule appointments as first time guests, and Im glad that we did. The gentleman (I forget his name) helped us find the best therapist to work with based on the type of massage we were working with. They were able to get us in the next day too which was great. My partner worked with Lori and myself with Hollis. Both of us walked out feeling less tense and exactly where we wanted to be at the end of the massage. The atmosphere they create in there is also perfect for relaxation. Will definitely being going back!

Lori Abel is an exceptional massage therapist who brings new and interesting techniques to the table (pun intended) every time I see her. She is very professional and very knowledgeable and my only complaint is she is getting too popular, forcing me to plan further ahead to get in to see her. Besides Lori, your front office staff is friendly and efficient. In particular, Kathy is great to deal with both on the phone and in person.

I called to book a massage today and the gal answered with a Hello and no indication that I reached Elements. It took a few minutes for her to understand that I was a prospective client. I asked about availability and her response was....You can come in if you want The lack of professionalism and customer service makes me scared to go in for a massage

This was my first time; I called when I couldnt get an appt with my usual place. The receptionist was very upbeat and helpful. My therapist was fantastic. Totally exceeded my expectations. The facility was really nice. I had such a great experience that I signed up for a membership.

I had a 90 minute massage and then asked how much time was left on my account. Emily the receptionist said 30 minutes .( I had canceled my membership because the receptionists would never answer the phone or call back . I had spoken with the owner about this prolonged lack of service from the new front desk personnel.) I looked at my receipt today and Emily had charged me an additional 30 minutes, so my account had been up to date. Wow that looks fraudulent to me. I would like to hear back from the owner, but Emily would not give me her number. Stay away.

The friendly, casual, non-pressure customer service and the great attentive massage I received. I was able to get in the same day and with a busy schedule that doesnt allow me to plan too far ahead, that was so appreciated.

The massage is the focal point of the experience. Other places have other amenities, but typically, the actual massage is lacking. At Elements, this is not the case. The goal is relaxation and attention to massage excellence. My husband and I love Elements and will continue to come back.

I really appreciated the personalized attention I got at Elements. The particularly sore muscles definitely got very specialized attention. Its much more of a healing experience than a typical spa. Ill be back and I recommend it.
